every time i buy new ticket i have to fix login process from the beginning

Can’t check in. Keeps telling me I’m offline despite the fact that I’m literally online typing this now. Fix your app!!! It worries me that a company that can’t handle something this simple is flying people through the air!

the worst airline ever. they have cancelled my flight 2 times, after having rebooked. not reliable at all. please pay slightly more to fly with anyone else, and save urself the hassle.

Avoid sun country at all costs - expect horrible delays and even worse customer service. In particular, Tatiana at LAX was insanely unprofessional, rude, and smug

SunCountryAirlines will not work with WiFi enabled on smartphones.

What a joke of an airline. Nashville sun count try airport told me they didn’t have room on the flight so they left my bag behind. They broke off the wheels on my other suitcase as well. They will charge you for you’re bag knowing that they still won’t ship it

Can’t get app to show booking or profile info. SunCountryAirlines redirects (twice!) to a webpage, and then SunCountryAirlines clocks and never loads.

SunCountryAirlines tells me I’m offline when I have cell service and wifi.

Useless for android devices. I tried to download from the play store for my Samsung S22 phone and Galaxy S8 tablet but couldn’t as it was not compatible.

Unable to book any trips because no return destinations available.

App keeps crashing on me.

Yeah, seems to work well when it does not work with Wi-Fi enable the phone. It only wants to work when cellular data is connected with SunCountryAirlines ..
I consistently get off-line notification when I’m on Wi-Fi. I have to disable Wi-Fi and have cellular data only and then I can connect with SunCountryAirlines and use SunCountryAirlines .
Otherwise, SunCountryAirlines seems to work fine from what I can tell, but Wi-Fi would be preferable as an option like all other apps than using data only

App is pretty bare bones. I got stuck in the regular TSA line because SunCountryAirlines or mobile pass doesn’t add the pre-check to the boarding pass. Also would be helpful to add the gate where my flight is located.

SunCountryAirlines runs very slow on my satellite internet, more so than any other. Sometimes indicates I’m offline when I’m not. Apparently app can’t access past trips - when I search for them app says it can’t access it and to call Sun Country. Not being able to get receipts for past trips in one place is a huge omission for business travelers, I have to search my emails instead.

This may be the only airline app that doesn’t update your trip information and boarding pass with any delays. Need to SEARCH flight status manually by date/destination or flight number. No push updates, no text messages, email only notifications… bizarre.

But it works alright. Slow, clunky, and quite bulky, but it works.

Overall great app with not too many issues.

My only complaint is that when boarding if the screen backgrounds or closes, coming back will reload the boarding pass code inefficiently. The loading icon blocks the QR code and makes it unusable. Why does this need to be refreshed so often? I don’t have this issue with Delta’s app. I opt in to adding the pass to my apple wallet and using it there to avoid this issue.

Finally Sun Country has an app, and it’s a good one! The interface is easy to use, would recommend when flying Sun Country. Dont fiddle with paper tickets!!

So happy when Sun Country announced its new app - immediately downloaded it! It’s clean, intuitive, extremely user-friendly, and love how rewards are readily displayed and available right under your profile. So nice to be able to store vouchers, too! It’s very functional and thoughtfully laid out for upcoming travel. Kudos to Sun Country! 🙌🙌

I'm grateful that Sun Country has developed an app that offers convenience and functionality. The sign-in process was seamless, and I had no trouble updating and completing my profile. I'm eager to utilize the mobile boarding passes and flight tracking features on my next Sun Country flight!

Recommendations for future updates:

- Adding a section within SunCountryAirlines that displays all past flights and miles flown with Sun Country would be a fantastic addition, providing users with a comprehensive view of their travel history.
