I have been playing MoheganSunBeyond for years… And feel taken advantage of by Mohegan son. I just realized, after finally earning enough chips to get to the VIP room, that it is all the same players winning every time! There are seemingly a handful of players that are winning every game… at least that is true on the few games on which I am focusing.“Temple of nudges“ “ultraviolet“ “atomic meltdown“ I have screenshots for evidence, which I have forwarded to Mohegan sun… Only to get no response at all.

Are these not games of chance? How can the same people be the top three winners all the time? They have to be cheating. Isn’t cheating still illegal… in casino slot machines?

Game stole my 50 million coins through Facebook and I contacted Mohegan with no reply from them. Total rip off!!!! Even while playing Gonzo’s Quest I would win a few hundred thousand coins and they would never get put into my kitty- the next spin would be waiting as if nothing ever happened. Gonzo’s Quest also keeps crashing. Total gimmick.

I’ve enjoyed playing slots on my phone since the pandemic began and I stopped going to the casino itself.

I have found this to be one of the easier apps I have been able to plan a stay and played games. the few times I’ve had hiccups it’s usually because where I work has poor Internet reception I especially love playing the casino games they’re a lot of fun

I have been playing games in MoheganSunBeyond for years - when MoheganSunBeyond was “upgraded” several months ago I lost my winnings on the games and the CPU in my iPhone 7 began to heat up to a point where playing became uncomfortable. If you install MoheganSunBeyond , I recommend skipping a few casino visits and using that cash to buy the latest generation phone because any processor less than the top end today doesn’t cut it.

I thought it was my iPad but now that I have read the reviews I see it isn't. I have deleted app (and lost all my points) and repurchasing it again but it still doesn't work. It acts like it is going to open game and then goes back to my home screen. I am done with it. Always had so much fun playing but can't play it anymore

Have to agree with those who say it’s stepping back. Just downloaded the most recent mandatory upgrade and am now unable to log on to my account at all, a new low. The online gaming used to have great slots, but they stopped their affiliation with play4fun and the new supplier offers games that are boring, with a sound track that kills.

I loved MoheganSunBeyond to see what perks I’ve been offered. I’ll gladly update and upgrade this review if MoheganSunBeyond is updated to run on my iPhone X with iOS 12. Since I updated my iOS, MoheganSunBeyond opens and disappears. It is running in the background, but it keeps disappearing when I select it rendering it useless. :(

I tried MoheganSunBeyond Support link and it was a broken link. :(

This latest update makes MoheganSunBeyond completely useless. You used to at least be able to book a hotel reservation, but now that option is missing. Instead it gives you the option to visit the website, but why would anyone do that through MoheganSunBeyond when they can just go directly to the website?

Apps are supposed to simplify and streamline experiences - I think of my banking apps and how easy they make certain tasks...this is not the case here. All MoheganSunBeyond basically does is launch the website within MoheganSunBeyond .
-It never keeps me logged in - I have to enter my pin every time I navigate away...even for just a second
-You can’t cancel reservations
-Sure, booking a hotel room is easy, but that’s only if the pages load and you actually make it that far
Just expected more from Mohegan...

Not gonna blame IOS. Always crashed before. But now you can’t get to the next level nor get the credits when filling the bar. And I always thought playtika was bad. Login still might work if it feels like it. Tried to check on a hotel offer and kept getting kicked out. Not fixed by the weekend, I’ll say goodbye, do my reservations on PC forget the aggravation. Kind of stuff I expect from across the river.

When MS “upgraded” their app, they neglected to mention that they radically downgraded the user’s experience, options, choices and access to the fun casino games one has come to know and Love and associate with this formerly great site.
The new gaming experience is obtuse, severely restricted and boring. All “progress” over the last several years by individuals was summarily stripped away and one is dumped in a basic site as a newbie. Lol. Guess the intention was to alienate former users and the elimination of exposure to the fun games we used to play? Success!
Roll it back.

I thought because I was playing a nice fun game from Mohegan sun that It would actually be very good. I realize that it is just play money but the fact that you buy credits to play the game and then the system crashes every time you hit the free game bonus makes you feel like you're getting ripped off. I just spent $15 buying credits to play the games, hit bonus rounds four times and every time they crashed before I got to even play the bonus round. No extra credits to keep playing, so you need to buy more. Very unstable app.

Don’t know what has happened to the play 4 fun app... I eventually updated MoheganSunBeyond and it had crappy games..not the ones I earned and already had and started over as if 8 never had account. Then today I clicked on the email sent and it let me sign into a sign in screen (that looked familiar and showed my accurate points, but I still can’t get to it by going into a Mohegan sun app?.. I’ve downloaded 2 of them and they do nothing t have the play4fun ... MoheganSunBeyond that took over the update of my existing app does not connect to the old account

With every update MoheganSunBeyond gets worse. More and more complicated and slower Makes me sign in again almost every time I click on something, plus having to click on captcha every time is the most annoying thing ever. STOP WITH THE CAPTCHA’s!!!
Tried to book a room but after having to sign in like 10 times in 10 minutes I gave up.
My favorite casino, my most hated app...please get your act together!!!

I paid for credits and they never gave them
To me. I reached out to several departments but no help. Kicks you off in the middle of games and doesn’t give you the credits you won. Very annoying and frustrating. Can be fun play but glitchy.

Iphone 8 recently updated to ios 12
now the Mohegan Sun app will no longer open... reinstalled it... & nothing ...would
like to continue to use it on my phone

This is really a great way to feel the excitement of the casino when you can't get there that day. It is fun to bet large amounts as you can win big, too. My largest hit was 14,000,000 coins!!
