Edit - changing my review to 1 star because I’ve been losing major progress for weeks now whenever I exit the game, support made it seem like it would be fixed by now but it’s still happening. They are coming out with new events (great) but still not fixing this huge issue. It’s annoying going in and having to repeat the same steps. Especially when you lose items you watched ads for. The only way I’ve found to save progress for a little while at least, is to not exit from the game all day, but I have such a habit of swiping my apps clear, so I keep losing progress. I tried everything, I even try keeping the game open in the background for hours to let the system update my progress.

I love it! It is so different from every other merge fables / evermerge-type games out there. But also so similar. Which is perfect! Beautiful graphics. I could go on and on. I truly hope it stays around! There have been a few merge games over the years that are great, and then they stop updating. Keep advertising this, and you’ll have a hit game! You can tell all of the work that was put into it.

The only thing that could be improved is the slow speed at which you pick up and move items around on the board, as well as how easy it is to accidentally merge three items—especially when you’ve been saving the items for ages to do a merge five, and they magnetize together. It’s happened so many times already, lol. This game is going places! Absolutely love it!

Great game. Fun and entertaining. BUT WTH IS UP WITH THE ADS I WATCH!!!! I even allowed the tracking which I never allow, and I also report all the weird ads and still get them. I mean they are really weird and disgusting. I report as shocking or disgusting and they still pop right back up. I’m just going to stop choosing to watch ads for that extra little chest or whatever it’s for. I would’ve given 4 stars but yeah no. ALSO, three little days to complete those certain quest is just ridiculous. It’s never enough time. I never get to the last piece ever maybe twice and that was only because, yup you guessed it I spent diamonds. I get you all need to make money but seriously rethink some things about this game. Until then the one star sticks with me.

I downloaded FableTown exited to see what it was about. That excitement was quickly distorted by a pop up notification wanting me to agree to “their terms and conditions as well as more information”, let’s just say that is a HARD NO for me! We’re already giving app developers so much access to our own information that I refuse to agree to anything More. I started reading this “terms & WOW, invasive to me and my entire info, contacts alone w/ sending me text messages & email messages from them & OTHER PEOPLE!
Marketing ploy so I can say I never played FableTown & delete it ASAP!
Don’t get fooled, they are harvesting your personal information and you have Zero recourse!

So there’s not much room to work with as items accumulate right near the beginning, running out of space quickly. They offer pieces of land to buy, but it’s parts of the main area that should already be available rather than an island or something and they want $10 just for a small area (because they packed it with prizes, but you really just need the space).
Good concept for a game and has potential to be fun if not for this particular struggle. Makes it seem like more of a money grab

My problem is them making it so silly for item placement when you mine or open chests. I hate having to chase down items Everywhere. Sure you can Pay for a magnet but Why?!? Why make it a pay item at all? There’s so Many other things to spend money on in this game as All the pop ups will tell you. There have been numerous times that I’ve been dragging pieces towards each other when a pop up asks me to buy this or that and in doing so, causes my pieces to merge because the dragging action did not stop when the box got in the way. A merge confirmation for less the a five would be a Great addition. I’ve spent plenty of money to unlock lands etc but I’ve just lost the feeling to play every day. I don’t look forward to chasing down pieces everywhere and closing ads All the time I’m playing. Thanks for a fun time while it lasted.

Loved the game, but quickly learned I could not access bonus videos. I kept getting different error messages each time I tried. I sent a text to support who quickly responded saying it’s some type of block on my device.
Not true. Other games access videos without issue, but I did double Ck making sure there wasn’t blocking on my device.
I continued playing in spite of this because I was still able to complete special events without bonus videos or spending money.
Then, I stopped leveling at 25. Nothing I did would aide me to level up to 26. I tried to contact support, and now I’m getting an error message saying unable to open at this time. 🤨
I’m thankful I didn’t spend any money on this game. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed because I really did enjoy this merge game. 😢

I have played many merge games and usually end up leaving the game because I’m spending too much money, so far I hadn’t found that to be the case with this app (I’ve spent a lot of money, just not more than I can afford to continue). Then I hit the highest level but within a couple of days they added a new area and wizard, so I had things to do. However, they completely omitted any story with the new levels, but still ok. Now I have hit the highest level again and instead of adding new levels they have added all these new mechanics with no explanation of how they work or what to do, and I items have less value (e.g. less harvest per crop, less tokens for the creatures). The fairy tales are still decent, but I don’t know if that’s enough to keep playing.

Definitely a cute game but its mechanics makes me feel like a hamster on a wheel that never stops. After the initial love bomb stage where the game gives you tons of energy, once the tutorial is over, progress grinds to a halt in order to get you to pay $$$ to keep that initial fun rush of excitement at the start of the game. And if you’re a free player, forget about finishing any of the story events that occur in another area, with only two days to complete, it’s literally impossible to get the special reward by finishing without spending that $$$.

I’ve seen some reviewers say there’s tons to do in the game but there’s really only one thing to do - merge the hundreds of objects up their tiers to get to the desired final object and after a while, that starts to feel really tedious and monotonous.

This game would be a lot better. If you would just let the players actually be on their own playing the game by themselves like people do like people can play this game by themselves. It’s a match game. It’s an easy game. I don’t need step-by-step instructions of how to match things together if you don’t know to match things together go find it easier game. This is as easy as it gets. So back it off leave us alone and just let us figure it out. It’s not that hard. Other than that it’s it’s a fun game.

This game has so much going for it. Great look, great story, fun creatures/pets, but it takes SOOOOOOO long to get anything done. There’s whittling away at debris or whatever and takes like twenty hits, takes more energy as it goes, and takes quite a long time to finish the last hit. You only get so much energy before you run out and when you level up? They don’t refill your energy. I play this game in between other games and maybe twice ( if that) a day. Leveling anything up takes a very long time too. I’ve spent money on this game and that doesn’t take you very far either. So meh. I could live without it.

This game is pretty good and I really like it so far. I like that you can pay to skip ads as an option, but you will need to continue to pay because it only skips ads for a limited time. The magnet helps and also you can buy time to use it, but the time is also limited. The story line is interesting and you get plenty of bonuses. There are a few things that would make this better. Once you upgrade a building to the maximum, it would be nice to be able to get rid of any remaining pieces or exchange them so they do not take up valuable space. And also, not receive anymore unusable pieces from the chests, mines, floats, etc. Also, when an event ends it would be nice to be able to go back and collect any gems or coins that are left or automatically do it when the event ends. I did not know you would lose them once the event ended so I lost quite a bit. Otherwise keep up the good work and look forward to the next event.

Why did you reduce the free energy amount in the main board from 25 to 15? Also, collecting the energy orb is now maxed at 35 instead of 50?

Fun game with lots of chances for getting energy and extra prizes. The problem is my board is full of the lanterns needed to restore the building. If I click on one, it says “Claim 15”. If I click to collect, it says the building is already restored and there is no way to remove them. I have 50 lanterns using up board space and no way to delete them so I can’t play. Please help!

I really love Fable town. It is the best merge game I have participated in. I have even deleted the others on my phone and only have Fable Town on my phone now. The graphics are beautiful. The incentives keep you playing and the additional story lines with the genie are great. If there is anything that bothers me has more to do with the ads that will knock out the sound to the game when you return to the game. I don’t know if that is your operating system or the ads but it annoying. But other then that, I love Fable Town.

I have played a lot of merging games and this one has kept me interested longer than any other. My ONLY complaint is that the events don’t last long enough to really make full progress unless you are someone who can play a LOT during the 48 hour window that the events last. Please please please make them last longer!

Is there a way to turn on a merge warning when merging fewer than 5 pieces? Even on an iPad with an Apple Pencil it’s tricky when putting pieces beside each other. I keep accidentally merging 4 pieces, which can really mess things up at the higher end on a special event. I just switched to this game from a popular merge game. I love the story line and the graphics. I just really really need that “are you sure you want to proceed?” Pop up or an undo button. 😮‍💨 I submitted a ticket, but no one has replied. Thanks.

I love this game a lot!

The only problem I have is that every time I open FableTown , it keeps crashing and a window pops up saying “Error. Restart game”, I close out of FableTown and open it again, and again it has and does the same thing as before.

Please fix this issue

I’ve played a lot of merge games and one thing that bothered me the most was how difficult it was to achieve the side quests without spending coins/gems/real money. This one has made their quest difficult enough to be enjoyable but simple enough that you can reach the main goal. I also love the story and how it’s different from all the other merge game.

I recommend this playing game!

I have found this game to be very interesting and creative. But I have hit a problem where I can no longer play. I get an error sign that says I should restart the game. It Wii not let me restart. Can you folks help?

Finally! A merge game that isn’t slyly cheating you! Fun to play, with plenty of things to keep you busy/entertained. Plenty of options to purchase things, but can be played without spending any money. It’s games and game developers like this that I will gladly spend money on because I don’t feel like I’m being ripped-off. My theory is: If they are generous with me, I can be generous to them. Most of all~I despise feeling like the developers are all about the money.

Usually after a month these games start to get annoying because you can only play for 5 mins before you either have to pay money to continue or close out and come back the next day. This one is different and a lot of fun. The only thing that I would like to change is the length of the side game. It never lasts long enough. Other than that, this game is great!!!!
