Completely offensive app. It’s just the website to a T, just with the predacious practice of ads everywhere. Just like a typical mobile game, you can’t scroll or click very long before getting a pop up to download another app. Honestly despicable. It’s obvious customers are being pushed to download this to squeeze out every penny they can through third party advertising.

The website also advertised scanning goods in store but it’s not a function that could be found within DollarTree , only an ad urging you to download another app to scan QR/Bar codes.

Avoid DollarTree. You’re better off with the much more streamlined website in the mobile browser with significantly less ads. There’s no benefit to using: no rewards, savings, deals (there’s a tab but nothing under it, just a redirection to another page), nada.

It’s not often when the website for a retailer is the better option than an app, but this is definitely one of the times. How does it make sense to have an app for a retailer where you have constant full screen ads every few minutes? Ridiculous! Worse than the crappiest mobile game! Uninstalling!

Horrible app!!! Ads every 5 seconds, literally. Trying to look for something and an ad pops up with no way to close it. Start app over, search for a product and if you are lucky if you get your results before another ad pops up, then if you can get to one of the search items and click on it to read about it, there’s no back button to go back to the list. Close app and start all over. I deleted it and went back to their website. At least there aren’t ads every 5 seconds on there.

I am trying to shop on DollarTree to purchase things in bulk. That’s not a small amount of money. Just through the <2 minute process of creating account I had at least five pop-up ads take over my screen. And while I was looking at a single item for ~30 seconds, I had two more. DollarTree is not usable.
There’s no way to get anything done at this rate. I cannot tell you how frustrating and confusing it is. Do y’all really not want people to access DollarTree and shop/make purchases? What a wild choice to make.
(and yeah i’m also unhappy about the price increases in the store but it’s whatever)

I downloaded DollarTree because I had seen that dollar tree had one ounce bottles of resin and wanted to order some but over ten ads later I gave up because I couldn’t figure out how to go about ordering because it seemed like every time I clicked anything an ad pops up and I’m deleting DollarTree because I don’t want accidentally open it and possibly get frustrated enough to hurl my phone across the the room

I didn’t track how often ads pop up interrupting my shopping but it’s WORSE than any free game with ads. The ads prevent me from continuing my search for items I intend to buy and I can’t do anything until the ad finishes. These aren’t even ads from Dollar Tree which makes it worse. DollarTree is a waste of my time. Dollar Tree, you’ve lost a customer.

I love stopping weekly and checking out the new merchandise!!! Nothing is more exciting than finding something for $1.25 that is five dollars at Walmart. Wide selection and always something new.
I have never left there, empty-handed or disappointed. A weekly routine in my life.

I always loved shopping at Dollar Tree it’s always been a great place I’ve never had a problem or error. Customer Service is always on point and it’s always quick and easy!

I love to go into dollar tree to shop but sometimes they don’t have everything I want or the quantity I want using DollarTree helps me order more of something or find something new that I didn’t see in the store

Dollar tree has always been one of my stores because of the quality of the products for a great price, and I think it's great that now they also have an app, I recommend it.

I love finding all the organization products for my home, I find everything I need for it, different shapes and sizes suitable for any space and also products for my hair 🫶🏻

I highly recommend dollar tree because I’ve shopped here for years and they been upgrading on their items. It’s a really good start to shop here as well for moving into your first apartment etc.

I enjoy coming to dollar tree! I mainly get cleaning supplies when I come here because they are so cheap! But I also get other things, as always it’s great service any time I come in!

Dollar tree’s merchandise is a very good quality and I usually find everything that I’m looking for when I’m shopping there. I’m very pleased with the product with the merchandise that they sell.

Easy use. Perfect to download so I can search for anything since I can’t get the website to bring anything up. I can also check to see what my stores near me have so I don’t run in when they don’t have what I want.

I was very impressed by their website because it was very easy to maneuver and I’m not very technology proficient. But they have it so anybody can find anything anywhere they put the Dept was in there or what do you want to do you know and show what they have and that’s nice to see it before you go into the store with it in your mind. I always have an idea of how something might look in my mind until I get to the store and I realize that’s not gonna work so that is really nice and you can’t beat the prices. Thank you.

honestly this is one of my favorite stores. The people were really nice and friendly they helped me out when I needed. Everything was cheap though they just added $1.25-$5 but that’s still really good. I got a planter pot for $5 when it was almost $20 at walmart how mind blowing is that. They have everything from candy to cereals to gravy to laundry detergent, they have anything you need

I looked store wide in my area for the stuffed Easter Peeps and couldn’t find them anywhere 😞 I asked my local DT if I bought them online and had too many would they buy them back to sell? They said “Of Course, we only get so many per store to sell!” This made my kids and I (come Easter time 🥰) VERY happy!

The Dollar Tree app is super easy to use and navigate! I love that I’m able to see which stores in my area have what’s in stock and if it’s not, they show other stores around that do! I also get to see what’s coming/just dropped in stores without having to go directly in them! Love their seasonal decor!!

I believe in God and I believe in energy and lighting candles is very sacred to me. I leave 7 day candles burning around my home and this is a faithful place for me to always turn to. Walmart has large sized candles that last awhile but they have been out of stock for about a week… not dollar tree tho (: 🌟 thanks

I Shop, a lot, at about 6 different stores in the area. Also when I travel out of town I find a Dollar Tree store near me.
I mostly buy crafts but I also buy just about ever thing in the store. Holiday items are the best.
I Could go there everyday to find all the stuff I need !!

Every Friday I travel to 1 out of like 5 dollar trees in a 90mile radius of my house they always have new things interesting things and I can get a basket full of goodies for me my mom my daughter my dog my nephews there is literally anything and everything I love these stores

I love Dollar Tree I would love to be an ambassador for your company because I have my own cleaning company and I use a large variety of your products and I love them and the results I get from cleaning with them. I also use several products in my home such as plates, glasses, cups, silverware and cooking utensils.

Favorite store to go to for surprise bargains. There is aaays something new to find and buy. I love the adventure of just going there to see what’s new. I love the other items that I know they carry all the time. Knowing that it’s only $1.25 all the time. Great store to explore and shop.

How can I start DollarTree is amazing Yu don’t have to get out your house to leave to the store they bring it right to you! Deliver is amazing they have good deals great eats and drinks amazing service it’s awesome!

Dollar Tree is the greatest store for ultimate home storage hacks. Use a kitchen cooling rack to store Tupperware lids or a lazy Susan with pie pin on top for spices or condiments. Just the best at the best prices. And no more $7 boxes of candy at the movie theater. Just go to Dollar Tree for all your favorites for $1.25

I like that the dollar tree is so affordable. I can go in there and purchase four items, and it will only be $5. They also have cute seasonal items for your house and delicious candy.

I absolutely love dollar tree! this has been my favorite store for years and it just gets better. DollarTree is great for bulk purchases and finding new things from the store.

While there are quite a few ads, love checking DollarTree to see what to expect to find in store or what to hunt for! 5/5 just wish less ads.

Dollar tree is a quick store to get stuff you need. Most dollar stores are gross and I wouldn’t go but others a re nice and have a wide range of stuff along with decor

Dollar Tree has items you wouldn’t find for the low prices at other stores and they have well known items like Texas Pete, mochi ice cream, Bosco sticks, bagels for low, even cereal straws, and dove roll on deodorant which I love.

With a wide selection of products when on a budget helps a lot in this economy!! My favorite to shop is the great cleaning supplies, kitchen and bathroom organizers and beauty products and supplies. I’m a diy girly and i love to create something that helps my home feel more like a home. There’s no use for buying name brands when other products that are the same or close enough are available and that another thing I love! I’ve been a long-time Dollar Tree shopper and I’ve frequented at least 6+ stores in my area. It has been so convenient to use the online app ahead of time. I’m able to see what’s new. I can than either have it shipped, delivered, or I can locate it in one of the stores I shop. Of all the available “Dollar” stores, I’ve consistently found the ‘ Tree to have the highest quality, most readily available, and most useful products.

If you are like me and are on a budget this is the way to go from food household crafts and so much more! I shop here to save money and now days that's hard to do with the way prices are for basic necessitates. I promise you their is something in this store for you and you will not be disappointed!

I love that I can see what they have to offer and order right to my closest store. I don't have to worry about not finding what I went for because DollarTree has everything so organized.

I’m always so happy to go to our local dollar tree to get snacks before upcoming trips. Our stores always clean and the managers do a really great job of being friendly and making sure everything is organized. It’s really nice to go into a dollar tree, and have it not be a mess, keep up the good work!
