I am not able to access my daily work out because of upgrade ad that prevents me from access unless I accept trial offer. Extremely frustrating!!! How do I cancel?

I purchased this app,thinking it would be a good supplement to my usual exercise routine. It starts with a whole bunch of questions to determine a starting point. I quickly learned it was way too easy, but I couldn’t find a way to adjust my level. Then, after about 5 days I started to have issues when playing the videos for the day. The buttons to start things playing got huge, while the video portion got very small. I hadn’t touched anything to make this happen and couldn’t find any way to get it back to a more usable format. I tried turning my iPad off and back on again, with no effect. I reached out to the app developer, with no response. I finally deleted and reinstalled the app, only to have the problem reoccur after a day. So far, this app has provided lots of frustration, a big waste of money, and not much of a workout.

I emailed and have not received any response. My program is supposed to expire 2/25 and I haven’t had a chance to start it yet. I’m ready and I need someone to walk me through how I can get started. I haven’t even tried it yet
I can’t find a phone number to speak with anyone and I would seriously like someone to get back to me. I’m in a lot of pain and have gained 16lbs. but would like to stop the weight gain and feel better as my body is in a lot of pain. Fibromyalgia has exacerbated the pain along with the depression and the death of my 98 year old mother recently
Please respond! I don’t want to get mad, I just want you to follow through with what I’m been told

I was very excited to download this app. The first 30 days were exciting and I couldn’t wait to move to a new program. The issue with this app is there is no new program. I sent several emails requesting help but no one ever contact you back. Pick an app that’ll work with you not something that you pay a year subscription for that doesn’t contact you back
