I have 1.45 shares of ETH that were purchased on 03/30/2026. Why am I only able to SEND 0.0286 ETH shares?

After clicking on app was told to create an account, clicked ok and then told that a device lock was needed . so I TRIED TO GO TO SETTINGS IN FIGUREMARLEKTS AND HAVING NO LUCK I have a trust wallet that has a 6 digit code for me to login and I WAS LOOKING TO DO THE SAME HERE BUT CANT GET TO SETTINGS i worled with AI FOR 4 HOURS AND ITS ANOYOING AFTER EVERY QUESTION TO TELL ME I'm doing great. NO AGENT TO CALL FO HELP. I believe the moist important thing for any compam is to have a good customer support and hopefully in the future I IT WILL BE SOMETHING TO CONSUDER. 2 ND PROBLEM i am 93 years of age partially blind and somewhat deaf and home bound. I have just applied for figure markets. I Have not found a phone number to call to trouble shoot. I want to do transactions on my computer and not my cell phone and this site only refers me to set up app on my mobile phone. I have an Android and have to redo over or wait to go forward. So far application for figure markets has been accepted.Is there a way to do transactions on my computer or get assistance with my Android?
