How to fix Signature app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Signature app on iPhone
Update Signature app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Signature iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Signature on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Signature network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Signature Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Signature not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Signature App
1. On android, goto Settings » Signature » click [Force Stop]

Update Signature to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Signature App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Signature » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Signature.

Fix Signature unable to contact server/ Signature internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Signature » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Signature » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
