How to fix eSigner app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the eSigner app on iPhone
Update eSigner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall eSigner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix eSigner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve eSigner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

eSigner Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix eSigner not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the eSigner App
1. On android, goto Settings » eSigner » click [Force Stop]

Update eSigner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear eSigner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » eSigner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart eSigner.

Fix eSigner unable to contact server/ eSigner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click eSigner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto eSigner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch eSigner
