this app used to be good I loved it so I can edit my zepeto characters in better dance moves but later on it just got so expensive especially 2025 there freaking money hungry and made stupid things premium. I can’t even change the lighting of my edits because they decided to add that to premium, it reminds me of CapCut to basically use that app u need premium. I’m tired of apps doing this, this got me so mad that I have to write this review. If this were like July 2024- December 2024 I would’ve wrote a 5 star review🤷‍♀️

So I had Chelly for 6 months and I was enjoying it until the new app update bc you can’t even make a video because when I go to save it not only does it take 5-6 tries just for the buttons to work but when I download it I don’t get the full dance video I only get 7 to 10 minutes of nothing not even the full dance or even a move then it just goes with the Shelly watermark and I have wasted my time it’s annoying get it fixed or I’m un-downloading

I have been trying to make videos and download them but every time it’s get to 99%, it kick me out of Chelly and I’ve been paying the subscription but it’s not good at all! With every new update, it’s just get worse and worse! I enjoyed when we could download videos easily and no watermark but now even using templates is hard because of the update. At this point I am just wasting my money on something that doesn’t work, it’s best to even cancel the subscription and get refund back because of this issue

I deleted Chelly some time ago - unfortunately when you limit your users unless they pay…you lose those users. Chelly was fantastic in the beginning, fun to play with and so much creative possibilities. But then the addition of a paid subscription was added and suddenly people who cannot pay are restricted access to but one thing while those who CAN pay reap all the rewards. The modern app is “pay monthly for creativity”. There was once a time when you only had to pay once for something and then it was yours. Or an app was free and the premium features didn’t vastly outweigh the free ones.

Trust that there are some days I want to try Chelly again, but then I remember why I got rid of it in the first place. And not only that…ALL of my templates were changed and ruined by these updates. Either find a middle ground or keep losing users.

When I started It seemed great, I took the tutorial and everything. My biggest problem was connecting my ZEPETO, it always kept saying, “install ZEPETO “ even though I already have it installed, I deleted Chelly about 4 times, it said the same thing, pls tell me how to fix this, Thank you.

Hi! I just got Chelly and I like it but there’s some things I would like to be added. Why not let people be able to make their animations and edit the character, also, can you please make you able to add multiple people into an animation🙏🙏 that would make it really awesome!

Chelly has had a major upgrade from when it first came out. It’s a nice and easy app to make Zepeto MVs on. I got this app Super and it has been really buggy though. Chelly would also kick me out of my account a lot. I would still have watermarks on my videos when I have Super. Makes me think that this app Super is not worth it honestly.

Ok so I’ve been using this app for a few months and it’s been great but now I HAVE TO USE EARLY BIRD!!! There is a small button that says lighting but it’s only for super and I can’t export my videos if I don’t have super!!! SO WHATS THE POINT OF USING this app IF YOU’RE JUST GOING TO FORCE US TO BUY SUPER WHEN WE DONT WANT TO AND WE JUST WANT TO EXPORT OUR VIDEOS?!? Like what’s the point of using Chelly if you’re just going to force us to buy super?!? Might as well use another app because this one is money hungry

Okay, I started using Chelly for Zepeto. But ever since that super premium thingy came out, I was SO annoyed. Pro gets all of tat and ppl with no pro only gets 1 thing? But that's not what made me mad. I just wanted to say.. But we HAVE to get a video watermark? Idm abt the water being at the end, but the watermark in the video made me mad. And now lighting is super 2? UGH. Now this app is kinda getting money hunger like capcut.. (Slowly tho) At least let us have no watermark in the video this app. I'm still proud of Chelly. But it's kinda ruin for me and maybe others.

The issue was its was fine but it’s keep saying put the latest version 😒 I deleted it like so many times and I don’t understand why it’s giving putting the old version when I’m trying to put the latest version then it starts getting dark and then it freezes automatically I don’t understand I pressed I quit the tutorial and then it basically just gets dark and it freezes and I really don’t understand why keep doing that and I’m keeping downloading downloading deleting deleting well I hope this app could like find out what’s happening because it doesn’t really work so this is why am giving us three stars so I hope the this app team can fix this pls and thank you

I have Zepeto and when I downloaded this app I was so excited cause I wanted to raise my followers but when I tried to login so it could like add my account it wouldn’t let me cause of my “apple family sharing” and it tells me I have to wait till Im 13 or older and I feel like it’s not fair please add button to so login with your email.

I love Chelly so much, I just wish there was more dances in the “KPOP” category. I would really appreciate that so much! I would really love if you guys added some Straykids or Itzy dances from the chorus of their songs. I would literally be so happy! Anyway, thank you so much, Chelly has helped my zepeto account grow sm! 💗💗thank you!

It’s a good app! However I do have some suggestions, one is that maybe there could be like a little tab that has 3d effects, like a planet or a car for an example!

Also maybe more dances

And overall maybe just some cool effects!

Chelly is amazing. However, I was here before the “Super Upgrade” Thing and now you have to pay for a lot of things. The lighting used to be free and so was a lot of other things. I just wish it wasn’t like this.

Hey! I really love Chelly it’s great for people who want more things to post about on ZEPETO and be more unique than other people other than doing the same thing over and over again! However when you export the video it’s really really slow and it takes like 1-2 minutes, like it’s not that long of a wait but it could go a bit faster. Thanks!

Every time I try to open Chelly , it shows me if I want I want to use it for, but the issue is I can’t click on the icons. It just goes to gray and doesn’t let me click on the icons.

I tried to use roblox model and it didn’t work please fix this! I’m very angry rn! Just fix this update the bugs made me made I tried to load in my avatar but nothing popped up I tried lots ways it still didn’t work please fix this glitch i understand
It takes a long time to make a update but ZEPETO accounts only work also great job on the camera!

I Chelly is wonderful but I wish it do more instead of it just being dance video, picture this an app that can also create videos such as movies or skits for creators that are really big on editing. And the animation can some daily life activities or animations that shows the character emotions I think that will be cool as well. Also that we can put more than one person there as well, also for the background we can have a green screen for our on background or have an option to where we can make our own backgrounds that will be cool. But yeah whatever you guys come up with or you your self alone I’ll be here to support your work your doing amazing

Hii!! Sorry if I'm complaining, but every time I fix the position of the camera and this glitch happens,it's like I can't move the screen then I'll have to delete my video and lose all my progress.

I only rated it 5 stars so the creators would see it.
Literally I went on it and connected my Roblox account and then it asks “is this your avatar?” I hit yes and then it just sat there for like a half an hour with the stupid loading thing. I closed Chelly multiple times, every time it did the same exact freaking thing and I literally screamed I was getting so freaking annoyed. I also deleted and reinstalled it multiple times, still didn’t work. Like fix this I’m actually tweaking bro.
