Can’t log in and when i try it says I have a password reset email, which there isn’t. Then try to reset password, which doesn’t produce a security question. Literally nothing works

Asking you to download a new app…. I do. Every time I try to open it, says “trouble connecting to the server.” This app is garbage just like the company.
