Close and restart the RokCon app on iPhone
Update RokCon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RokCon iPhone app

Fix RokCon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RokCon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RokCon app issues:

Force Stop the RokCon App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RokCon app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RokCon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RokCon App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RokCon app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RokCon.

Fix RokCon unable to contact server/ RokCon internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RokCon » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RokCon » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RokCon on android.
