At first it's great, but as you level up, you unlock "minigames" which are all just luck-based gambling with extra steps, plus a gacha. These all have little buttons to click that clutter the screen and it drove me crazy. - Progression is glacially slow due to farms. You can't upgrade them, they only produce 10 of each material every so often while a single decoration costs 50+... and the materials DO NOT accumulate while you're offline. Items either take weeks to accumulate, or you have to play CONSTANTLY. - I found myself growing irritated every time I opened this game and deleted it after a week. My Oasis seems much better.

I got a link to download the new game and if I logged in it would transfer my aquarium but it hasn’t transferred anything over this is years of my app work I’ve put into it it feels unfair to have to start over or do you just automatically start from scratch? Event corgi transfer didn’t go through it’s all under my same email I’ve used for years and still no luck any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Ads were working for a short while after the update, but once again they have stopped working and now only crash the game. So now the game is impossible to play or progress in, again. Can you PLEASE fix whatever keeps causing this to happen, it’s extremely unfair as unless you have a subscription the only way to do the daily missions or get anything in the game is through watching ads. This seems like a bad way to treat your players, not everyone can pay to win

About every action you need or want to do to complete some mission, forces you to require watching an ad. Yes, there is a pay to remove ads option but it is not gonna be worth it if so many fish are also locked behind ‘only obtained through paying’.

It’s just another money grubby game.

Which is sad cause it is simple and is cute, and is nice to collect unique fantasy fish or ones based off real fish- and i highly love fish- but the most of gameplay is just playing ads or purchases shoved in face.. There is like some ‘story mode’ to gradual complete and get fish, but each chapter has 3 creatures perma locked to ‘having to pay’. There is 20 or so chapters so that’s alot of paying and locked fish. Make that 4 per cause there is also a side mission per chapter you slowly complete, but still have to ‘pay’ for the actual ending fish anyway.

And what is with apps now thinking slapping a “oh it’s 80% off!” when it’s clearly not and looks like what the price would usually be? If this $7.99 pack you are saying is ‘80%’ off, you are telling me that it is usually $35+ something originally? Which is clearly to most smart people, outrageous a price for the bundle, and shows that the price with sale is actually the real price originally anyway. So it’s a lie.

Played the old tap tap for years pretty sure its still in TapTapFish store, anyways my account got deleted on the old one somehow kinda hurt my soul as it was my favorite fish game! Then i came across this i believe made by the same company even, finally the big accounts like mine get to reset and start fresh, can actually aquire 90% of the event fish in this new game as they are episodes not weekly events Edit: Still blows my mind they try to sell $100 packs after so many years cant say ive ever met anyone who would purchase one 😂!
Edit: gunna throw my phone through a window if i get another spotted handfish going on 15 now from special creation games odds are worse than pokemon and locked on one specific fish

It’s nice to see a more striped down version of TapTap Fish a change I long for with the original, however despite seeing changes in graphics and the ability to change music it is still unclear what the main differences will actually be. Hopefully as I spend more time on TapTapFish I will be able to divine what really sets TapTapFish apart from its predecessor.

Since the last update of the game, it will not let me in to play. Every time I click on it to play, it goes to the first screen before quickly kicking me back out. I love this game and want to continue to play it, so please fix these glitches or bugs. I am so sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused. Thank you for your help and for reading my feedback.

I played the original abyssrium years ago when it first came out, I remember how hooked I was to it. After it changed to TapTap fish, to me personally the game took a downfall. Too much going on, too many events and UI was clustered, it was very confusing as to when I had last played it. Abyssrium the Classic brings back what the old game used to be- simple, relaxing and fun and with nicer music. I know this game is still fairly new, so more yet to come but I have a couple ideas I would like to share. I noticed fish yet to be unlocked are black until you unlock them, but if you tap on them you can see what it is or looks like. I think it would be fun to keep them “mysterious” until once unlocked so you can be surprised with the new fish you get. Also (even though it’s more work) maybe adding more animations of the fish interacting with the coral more instead of just swimming around would be nice and be more immersive. Overall happy with the game and excited for what is yet to come.

I want to be able to tap to earn vitality!! Pleassseee!! I played the old game years ago and I loved it but recently it hasn’t been as enjoyable. I was super excited when I found this version, since it’s the same, but less overwhelming. But this one difference drives me crazy! I loved to just zone out and tap while playing. I know I technically still can but it’s not nearly as satisfying. It’s a bummer for me, but I love everything else and would still recommend it!

Game is everything I was hoping for, Abysrium was the ultimate relaxation game and being pumped full of events and store deals made it less so. While this is my preferred version, some of the sound design isn’t as atmospheric as the original. I look forward to unlocking the original song because it fit the atmosphere perfectly, but I also can’t help miss the deep chime that played whenever you bought a fish. It’s the little things like this that you wouldn’t think you would miss, but definitely do when they’re gone.

This game, compared to it’s original counterpart, is so much better. It’s more relaxing and the fish models are mostly good! But I only said “mostly” good, because there are some models that are no different from the original game.

For example, the lines butterflyfish uses the same model as Tap Tap Fish, and it’s quite ugly. It’s one of my favorite reef fish, and I hate to see it not get the same treatment as the other fish.

Please look into the other fish and make sure they’re models are improved. Again, the lined butterfly is one of them, and I’m sure there are more that are begging for a remodel. Please and thank you!

I played this game ALL THE TIME in high school so it’s nice to see it revamped! It’s a great game I like a lot of the new features, I’ve already made a lot of progress in the 2 days I’ve had it downloaded. The only complaint that I have is that I noticed sometimes the optional ad to double your offline earnings doesn’t work. It does give it to you MOST of the time but there’s also been a few times I’ve watched the ad and received nothing, not even my regular offline earnings. I’ve also noticed that there is no difference in vitality earnings if you tap, even if you tap a lot it still gives you the same amount, so many fix that. Other than that tho, it’s perfect and I plan to play it for a long time.

I used to play the original all the time so when I saw the revamped one, I got so excited!

…Only to find out it’s pretty much just an ad and micro-transaction farm disguised as a cute idle aquarium.

I still love the game, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like this could have been set up better. For a game about pretty music and relaxation, there are a lot of loud, obnoxious ads to get through to get anywhere in the game

Very relaxing and rewarding game! Optional ads for rewards means I don’t have to deal with the annoying pop-up ads like other games, plus I get something from it. I adore all the different types of fish and creatures you can get and I look forward to logging in every day to unwind with my little fish friends. :) (this isn’t sponsored, I just love this game)

Let me just say this game is great I am in no way a mobile games fan I’m not really a gamer at all between work and training I have no time to play games. I used to play this when I was in my teens and saw it on TapTapFish Store somehow recently. I downloaded it and have been hooked for days it takes little to no effort and it relaxing and has a great soundtrack. 10/10 recommend to anyone who just wants to collect some cool fish and relax without any stress

So, I've been playing it for about 1 day now, made tons of progress and it's super fun!
Honestly I played it for an hour straight and never knew how long I played 😭 😂
Anyway, some parts are confusing but I figure it out! If I was gen alpha I would say "this game is witeway so skibidi and I'm gunna fanum tax it! So sigma!" anyway, enough of that, I'm just saying its amazing. Keep up the good work!

The older abyssrium game started out really amazing as a middle schooler I was completely obsessed. After a while though the ads the grinding the lack of new content besides the events that added nothing but fantasy fish it just got boring. But with this new game they have added so so much thats makes this game worth it🤙🏿

Its REALLY hard to find a great game that doesn't get boring real quick at the game store! BUT, when I found THIS game a few years back, I was smitten!! It just keeps me coming back for more!! It seems like they really try to make it interesting and not TOO easy, which I LOVE! I LIKE to use my brain!! I've told my friends about it and they love it too! Thank you!!

I’ve played both the old game and the new game. I’m just so in love with it. This game has been the best sleep aid. My only gripe is that some fish and features are locked behind a pay wall. Wish that wasn’t the case or that you could buy the fish on their own in smaller packs.

Just discovered this the other day and so glad the classic Abyssrium is back! I hope you guys keep the UI minimal and keep all extra features under the store tab so it doesn’t get cluttered and we can continue to enjoy the simple gorgeous aesthetic. 💜
