It’s pretty obvious you play against bots and boy do they cheat. They constantly neglect their upper section and rarely get the bonus so you’d think it would be easy to beat them, and at first it is…. Then, after they’ve hooked you, the bots suddenly can’t miss a roll. Seriously, multiple games in a row you can expect them to get Yahtzee, large straight, and high scoring three and four of a kinds, while you’re struggling to get even one of those to show up. Like legit they Yahtzee 2/3 games while I get one maybe 1/4, and sometimes even a double Yahtzee isn’t enough to win because the game is too busy sucking them off and screwing you to give you a chance, like not much you can do when the game blatantly refuses to give you even three of a kind multiple rolls in a row, no way you get your upper section bonus, and expect to scratch any categories that require at least trips to get anything,

This game is severely broken. The game has instituted in internal rule where it is physically impossible to roll more than 2 Yahtzees in a single game. I tested this theory by playing a game where I scored two Yahtzees and then rolling bonus dice when I had four of the same number. I rolled 55 bonus dice to get one number that never came. The chances of not rolling a number 55 times in a row with a fair dice is 0.005% or 1 in 20,000. Basically, the game fully decides when to allot yahtzees and sets a limit on your maximum score. The computer bots you play against “online” are also rigged and score according to their preset “ranges”. If you find an online opponent that scores poorly, keep playing them because they’ll never hit variance. Game is pointless. Why play a random game that isn’t random?

There was no competition.
The other person only rolls one time, out of three rolls. They always play the first roll. My app forced closed two times. I was very disappointed with the game, and I agree with the person above me with the background music you need to let background music play. Nobody wants to listen elevator music all the time.

This is twice I’ve had to delete and reinstall because the game doesn’t load and each time I have to start over this is frustrating and I’m about to delete! I love playing it’s a lot of fun but not doing this again if I lose all my progress I will permanently delete and update my review

I have struggled to play this game for over a month now. I have won a position to play in the tournaments several times. However, when I get about half way through the competition for the tournaments my game locks up and I cannot continue. If this had happened only once I could forgive, BUT it has happened now about 6 times. I have sent reports of this to the Support team to no avail. I will not play this game and will definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. I’m sure there are other Yahtzee games out there that are honest and available to play through tournaments rather than get half way and dropped. Thanks but no thanks Valve!!!!!

I don’t believe the developer when they say their algorithm is random. They lull you into a false sense of security by making sure you win your first couple games, they give you all the rolls you need to rack up points (you get the Yahtzees, you get the bonus, large straights, etc) then around the fourth game you suddenly can’t get any roll you’re looking for while the bot gets them all (suddenly you can’t get enough points for the bonus, Yahtzees are non-existent, and you’re lucky to get even a small straight.)

First off I want to start by saying if I could give Yatzy a zero I would be horrible. I don’t understand why they have ads everywhere, but Yatzy doesn’t work. I downloaded Yatzy thinking that it was going to be a fun app to play but to my surprise, Yatzy doesn’t even load. Don’t waste your time downloading this game because it’s not worth it. There are so many other free games out there, that are way better. Wouldn’t recommend this one.

The ads to play other games within the original this app game are incredibly annoying. They won’t close - no matter how long you wait. You have to delete Yatzy to get rid of them and then start over. I won’t play it again.

The game is alright but I would recommend not wasting any money on it. I have spent several buys to get the extra dice and I can go well over 15 times rolling 1 or 2 die with the same exact numbers. If this game was truly random that would not happen. I had one round where I rolled over 40 times on 1 die and I never once got the number needed (how?!?!). Nearly every person I have played has also gotten a Yahtzee…so I am not sure if I am even facing people and not bots. Either way, if you want to just waste time this is not bad to play when bored.

This is a good set up. It’s quick and simple. Easy to get into a game. The opponents are all too attractive in their profile pictures. I know that sounds weird, but there’s not a homeless person to be seen. I’m not convinced I’m playing real people. There is no delay in the game when watching ads to get additional rolls when I are in a bind. I my makes me think it’s not random rolls but working to make me want to watch ads for the extra rolls

Fun game to play and unwind with until the continuous ads ruin game play. Finally completed a challenge but an ad forcibly played on its own then froze. When this happens you can’t click out of it to close and return to the game. I had to restart the game which caused me to lose the progress I made. This happens often. If you’re okay with constantly having your game interrupted this way and never completing challenged this is definitely a fun game to play.

I am really disappointed in this game. First off, you aren’t playing other humans. If you were, they wouldn’t likely choose to put four sixes in the three of a kind spot with the four of a kind open (this happens often). Also, EVERY game I play now, my “opponent” gets at least one this app. EVERY TIME. Seriously? It’s a game of chance, but also one of strategy, but where is the fun when the dice are always for your “opponent”? I like a challenge when it is a fair contest, but this is not. Not to mention that you will hardly ever get the dice you need in a bonus roll even after many rolls in a row. I will be deleting.

I really liked this game but for the past few days I open the game and it will just freeze and boot me out so I can’t play anymore everything is updated and i have an iPhone 13 I’ve uninstalled reinstalled but nope just keeps kicking me out as soon as it shows me race results

I was enjoying this game and played every night. But now it won’t load. It just shows a revolving dice, no option to play or anything. I deleted it and redownloaded it and unfortunately lost my progress but I started over and sure enough it’s happening again

Not sure what the money is for, win too few dice which are needed for free rolls. Ads constantly if you don’t have dice to use, same ads over and over its not for me. Will be deleting. Fun while it lasted. Not spending money on games anymore.

To play the game, you either have to pay, or watch lots of ads. Some of the ads are highly inappropriate! Half naked women, lots of flashing lights, and they go on forever! I contacted support through Yatzy a number of times, but never heard back. Fun game destroyed by the ads

I have reached out several times to get the dice I'm owed that didn't show up with my purchase. I have been ignored. I have the receipt and everything. If they fix the problem I'll give it five stars. Until then please be careful if you make a purchase. Terrible service.

I think this game is rigged because it is quite difficult to win an online game. It’s not a difficult game, but it is a complicated game. And the game seems rigged because online opponents roll so many large numbers and they get so many high points with quicker frequency. Online opponents often roll a this app on their first roll while I can barely get a this app at all, no matter how many times I try to use the SAVE feature for strategy. It’s too difficult to win at this game while online opponents have no difficulty. Personally, I suspect collusion in this game’s development. It is definitely unbalanced.

After downloading this so I could play offline against the bot and doing so for several months now I have to have an internet connection to play against the bot. I am unsure if I want to delete Yatzy or keep it because of the money I have invested in it

Since the most recent update, I am not longer able to access any of the games to play people online or the tournaments. The Home Screen is blank but just the single di that is my custom color.

You can’t see the dice variations until you buy them, which is a bit annoying.

The screen you play on it (fonts, etc. ) are smaller than what is shown in the advertised photos.

I love this game so much - I literally play it everyday, that was until recently at least. Yatzy shuts down if I’m on it for more than 30 seconds. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading Yatzy but the issue still persists. I hope it’s fixed soon because this really is my favourite game and the other Yahtzee games can’t compare.

Decent game having a lot of fun. However, you’re free dice rolls unbelievably defy the odds. Five times now I have had 40 to 53 dice rolls and wasted all of them trying to get just a single dice roll without getting it. And I mean all in a row. Such as always 53 dice rolls to get a one and never get a one in 50 rolls.

I love the game and have been enjoying myself with it - except it will freeze in the middle of a game. If and when it comes back on
(it often requires a reset, but sometimes that doesn’t even work) your game is gone and you’re given a new player. Doesn’t it freeze for the other person, too? What happens to the game you were playing? Does it just get dropped?

I love dice games and this is one of the better ones. It offers many free dice every 30 minutes if you watch ads. I have given it 3 stars however. The tournaments and challenges require several extra dice to win but the prizes are very small compared to the effort needed to win. Also most of the prizes are coins that have no use that I have found. They have a problem ticket you can write to them but can’t reply or receive an answer. It would be nice if they added an email option for that. With all that being said I find myself playing and relaxing with this game very often and hope for improvements to come!

I feel like it’s rigged at times. It’s just freaking annoying. I’ll play the puzzle and in doing so you’ll need to reach or go over that puzzle amount you chose. So, let’s say I need 250 or more points to have that piece accomplished. I’ll be 6 points away from a win and need only six 2’s left. It seems like just because all I need are 2’s, I’ll literally never get a 2. And I’ll watch ad after ad after ad like there’s no tomorrow for maybe just one more 2, and I kid you not after 30 minutes of watching ads for that one 2, I end up giving up and starting over. This happens a lot with any number at any time. It feels like once I’ve “watched enough ads” then spontaneously in one game I’ll get like 3 Yahtzee’s in almost a row. It’s a fun game but I’m curious of how “random” the die really are. Also when you play others, sometimes I get distracted so I set my phone down or take a phone call, and like I’ve “left the other person hanging” for quite some time but I start playing again and it’s like I never left. So I know all of those are either bots or pre-played games. Whereas if I play skipbo, I’m timed and miss my turn because the other players are real and they’re waiting. Again fun game but feels a bit rigged. It is aggravating but knowing it I still play to pass time.

I ❤️ this game!! Graphics area nice.. I like the points/bits system… everything’s nicely drawn out from the side I’m seeing.. so far so good…🙏🏼👌🏼❤️👍🏼… I’d like 2- know IF I DID need something that Yatzy has good enough customer service as well as the game seems to be… And that you’re actually there in case I have a problem…

I like Yatzy and prefer it over other Yahtzee apps. There are a a couple improvements I’d like: support for playing in landscape on iPad, syncing account across devices. Also, it’s minor, but the scoring for multiple yahtzees is not correct. Another minor thing that would be awesome: let me review the game just finished. It goes right to another screen and I can’t see the details of the game.

I enjoy playing Yahtzee, and there are many apps to choose from. I downloaded this from a link from PlayTest Pro.
I’m not sure if it is real people I’m playing against on this one, but it’s a fast paced game and I’m always matched with someone/bot?. There are rewards for winning and it’s challenging to move up the leaderboard.
So far there have been no Ads. If it stays that way, I will keep this game.

I enjoy playing this game. One thing I have a problem with is I have written a question on their support to see what good it is to collect coins. Have asked them twice but have had no response. Would like to know what they are good for.

Pretty sure it’s bots. Not an issue. I like the game. Problem is, it crashes after 30 seconds and says it’s offline all the while ads are still operating but the game can’t be played until it reads connected again. No other game does this. It’s frustrating because I really find the game itself relaxing but the constant crashing makes it less relaxing.

I’ve been playing this game non stop for a few days straight now but I just recently came upon a bug. Everything else works except for the home page of it. It just shows me a singular die that I can move and spin but nothing else. It won’t let me get off of it and play.

This game is definitely fun. My only complaint is that I don’t always get bonus dice that I win and support doesn’t respond at all.

The positives are : Can play and play unlike other dice games that make players wait hours to play again. It also doesn’t have a chat area for people who think games are dating sites!

It really is a time killer. The only thing I'm not happy about it or I would have given 5 stars is that it says online but it's not. You can tell it's a bot. The games are a little predictable and you'll notice everyone has an actual picture of themselves on their profile Pic. If it were truly online and random, not everyone would have their actual picture up.

To pushy on the onset I know how to play already forced plays are annoying. Tutorial should be optional for such a widely known game. Haven’t got to explore before request for review was made so have no idea what other features it has. Game play is to fast to be real people unless they use previously played hands for other players.

I like the game. Some people complain about the bots and the randomness, but it is possible to get 3 yahtzees in a row. Although I am a bit suspicious of the bots for the tournaments, I think that’s probably because I’m not the best at the game. And it is obvious that the “online players” you’re playing with are bots, but that’s okay. If you’re looking for a multiplayer Yahtzee game, maybe don’t choose this one. But if you’re just looking for something to do while waiting in a line or something, this game is great for that.

I love this game and play it everyday. I've tried and gotten so close to beating my high score. I swear every time I get there they know it. No matter how many times I roll to get the Yahtzee, the computer will never let me go on. I watch as after ad, to get more dice. This game is rigged!

Would give it 5 stars but it turns my music off. Come on update it to allow background music. If no update soon I will delete it permanently. He let my music play while an ad played. Now I know he is a very unreliable person. Don’t waste your time with his app.

Game is awesome. Even the ads are worth it especially for the bonus rolls. The only thing that I would like fixed is after you watch the ad, it doesn’t roll every other time. Other than that game is great!!!

Like the iconic Yahtzee of long ago, this game produces a great game of trying to get on the roll of the dice! Knowing what one is looking for, needed rolls, makes the rolls more manageable and profitable! Let’s roll those puppies and YATSY! Credits are not getting issued once the ads completes. This just started yesterday. The ad runs all the way through, once it completes, you cannot close it out.

Where you can play with a friend online. Other than that it’s fun. You CAN turn off the music and noise. Ads are minimal. Really enjoying this version of Yahtzee.

I really love this game! I have never written a review before and I thought I would now. I like chance of getting free dice and the ads aren’t too bad. Just need more dice available to achieve. I have gotten all the ones you can win but need additional ones for the game. The ones locked do not say when they are available to you. Please add dice. Thanks for this game

The tutorial in the beginning made it so much easier to learn the game. Once I started playing, I knew how to play the game. It wasn’t hard to catch on. I think the game is really exciting and challenges your brain.

This is been a great game for me. So far, I’ve got three wins on three games and that’s unusual. I hope I keep this up and I think you better very good chance of winning at this this app like you have the extra roll to draw on if you need to, but I have not had to draw on it too much. good to have it there if you need it hope you have this good luck as I’m having.

I’ve only had for like 20 minutes but it lets u listen to ur own music but one thing is that I don’t really get how it works cuz like the person I’ll be playing with will have the same as me then they will do for example a 2 bit instead of getting 2 or 4 more points they get like 10 more points and it doesn’t really make that much sense but I could not have been paying attention or something it just could have been me anyways great game I do recommend it :)
