It's an interesting app that competes with others in this space, such as Gentler and Athlytic. In vomparison with these apps, it offers more detailed analysis although I'm not sure what value this is bringing.. The interface can be confusing, the app tends to crash, and the longevity score seems bugged, at least for me. Also concerning is that the analysis leads you to numerous products for purchase; not sure what that's all about anyway, As I said, it's an interesting app, but it needs work and I'm not sure if I would end up replacing any of its competitors for this. (One more note, the myriad of five star reviews are highly suspicious. That's very much offputting to me.)

I think the app is pretty interesting. I don't know how it calculates the life expectancy. But, at the very least I can say, that it has something in common with your regular doctor. Which is that it relies on your input in the health app. If you don't add most of the information needed, into the health app, then it is likely impossible for it to have any chance of accurately calibrating anything. Honestly that can be a bit of a chore, but compiling your data about your health is like getting a grade in school. You may not like the grade, but it tells you whether you need to improve or not. So this app can be a concentrated source of information, motivating you to actually work on yourself, and telling you what facets of your data are more important to work on.

For a while I have been using my apple watch with the Apple Health App and the Oura Ring to better monitor my exercise (mostly mountain bike riding) and my sleep and struggled with using both separately. The 121 App integrates all my health data and also allows me to understand the implications clearly and have projections on my life expectancy which I find very clever as a motivational tool…kudos to that. I also like the research topics that appear and as I understand are bespoke to my life patterns. I am really looking forward to see how it develops and further integrates data and lifestyle …incredibly promising!
