From the ad that is run, you get the impression you will get specific information . What you get for your money is generic plant information. No specific information on nutrients, general watering information and soil info. The same information that be found for free on the internet. I am trying to discontinue my service before the trial ends. There is no contact information listed. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I asked it to identify one of my house plans. The information Plantify shared with me about the plant was rather generic and not particularly helpful so, I looked it up online. Turns out Plantify was completely wrong about the name of my plant!

Plantify misidentified many of my plants several times!…and the diagnosis was always the same comments even on my healthy plants!!…”too much water or too little water, too much fertilizer or too little fertilizer, too much light or too little light, with Abiotic always thrown in🥴
It is not a helpful app at all!

Plantify would be great if you didn’t have to pay $40 a year. I only used it to identify a few plants and then it wouldn’t work until I paid which I’m paying for an app that I’m going to use all year round. I’m also not interested in a free trial that will probably take the money out automatically. Also from some other reviews say that it’s not always accurate I’m not paying for it.

Plantify says every plant is sick, All plants have root rot even if they’re prospering in the wild. it doesn’t give very helpful tips to help plants recover either. just “water plants less”, move plants where they can get more sun even though some of my plants can’t handle direct sun light. I needed more tips and tricks then that. I was getting this kind of help already just from google. Not satisfied. Also only one account can use your sign in. So your partner can’t use Plantify even if they use your same apple account

I downloaded Plantify from a instagram ad to just compare it to the other plant apps I have and let me tell you… big let down. I scanned my White Knight Philodendron twice; the first result told claimed it was a Heartleaf Philodendron and the second result was a Bushing Philodendron. I scanned other plants as well including a Watermelon Peperomia which also was misidentified.

It is SOOOOO bad!!! It told me to scan my plant and it told me it was a CUCUMBER PLANT! But it is a pumpkin plant! And it said how it needs more room to grow but it is still a seedling and the seedling was dying!!!! So I tried a better picture and it still said cucumber! Don’t get Plantify if you want your results to be accurate and if you want an app that is free! You need to pay like 6.99 a month!! Don’t get Plantify!

I have been trying to cancel this subscription since the first payment and I can’t find any real contact information to cancel. It is definitely not worth the money

Also, don’t make the assumption that every plant is potted and state “move it”
My plants and trees are in my backyard and NONE are in pots
I like the advertisement that shows taking a picture and then getting quick advice on what to do
To bad I received help that didn’t look like that at all !!

Plantify is misleading in that it claims to be able to diagnose plant problems and provide solutions. It did neither on the plants I tried. The offer also said “cancel anytime in the settings function.” There is no option to cancel there. I would give zero stars rating if that was possible.

I loved the trial version which had features like organizing plants by “sites” and also would be prompted to water based on plants’ needs. After my purchase of Plantify , those features are gone!! That’s pretty unfair!! Hence giving it 1 star.

This only lets you review so many plants until you have to get a membership until you have to go “PRO” and pay too much just to identify plants!!!! I do NOT recommend if you want Plantify to last

After trying Plantify on four different plants, I have found that it does not provide the specific help that was advertised. Plantify claimed to be able to suggest which nutrients a plant may be lacking, but in reality, it does not offer this feature. It also does not specify if a plant has been over or under-watered, as shown in the advertisement. Additionally, Plantify was unable to correctly identify the plants I tested it on. Overall, I do not believe Plantify is worth paying for or spending time on, as the information it provides is nothing that common sense could not tell you.

As I recall being a long time user of Plantify Store. They always put out a free version. And a paid version. No one and I repeat no one should have to summit their card info for a FREE APP. STOP LYING TO THE PUBLIC.

Has worked on a plant yet

I was testing to see if Plantify worked before I used it, so I toke a photo of a strawberry picture on my headphones and it said it was a Eastern star sedge and when I tested it before it said something else, also I took a picture of my one of my hands and it said it had a disease how is my hand a plant! Please fix this problem cause some people might actually think that’s their plant, but it’s not or their plant has a disease but it’s fine

Plantify is nice but it identifies the plants wrong
I did it once on my snap dragon plants and it said a different plant! Also if you want to see if it needs to be treated you need to pay money for that (to see it needs to be treated)

I bought Plantify hoping it would give me some helpful tips. It told me EVERY plant I own was sick. A waste of money.

I’ve tried to have this membership removed for weeks now. No place to remove, I’ve reached out to support 3x but no response. Just charging me week after week with an app that doesn’t work

Doesn't give you the suggestion it says it does. Who wants to pay for this service when you can do the same dam thing online for free.

I saw an add for Plantify and it said that some healthy Spanish moss was sick and to pour milk into it. Then apparently two months later it turns into a healthy arrowhead plant. I downloaded Plantify just to write a review on the add.

It scans and identifies the plant, tells that it may be sick, and gives very general information such as that the plant needs to periodically watered and needs light. That’s it. Absolutely nothing specific to the plant you actually scanned, absolutely nothing even close to the advertisement. I scanned 5 different plants in my home and the “diagnosis“ was the same for all 5. Ridiculous. It also has a reminder about watering the plants . It’s not an overstatement to say that this is completely false advertising, and it probably wouldn’t be worth keeping even if it was free.

When I try to take a photo of a plant, even if I am on top of it, the camera has a mind of its own and takes a picture of a nearby plant. When I get a picture the identification is wrong. When I try for a diagnosis, all I get is nothing. Hopefully others have better luck.

In diagnosing: it does not explain what the problem is, it only gives you 3 options that MAYBE similar to your case, and you should make a the choice I think Plantify is made for experienced planters,I wish if the examination was more accurate! It also does not show you pictures explaining the problem, only its name! How can I know what the “text” means? Pictures must be provided of similar cases with the injuries mentioned. If I had the choice, I would not participate, also when selecting a plant doesn’t provide you a clear pictures of it 😑 or even explaining the background & basics of the plant

Just started using, but I was expecting more specifics from Plantify on suggestions to care for an unhealthy plant. It just says more or less that it’s not healthy.

Sorry, if you’re charging for your app it should be spot on when identifying plants. This one, sadly, is not.

Keeps saying the same thing and gives you no remedies …

The identifier tool was great. The diagnose was terrible. I have 20 species of plants and they all had the same except feedback, water issue. It doesn’t say too much or too little, just water issue. Not super helpful or accurate in that sense.

I just paid for Plantify and after just a few minutes, I started having difficulty doing some things that I wanted to do. I’ve tried to find a number for customer support and cannot. I need customer support to contact me. Or please provide me with an email address and or phone number where I can reach customer support, thank you.

It’s okay…the only problem I have with Plantify is needing to pay to diagnose my plant, I got Plantify to help me take care of my plants but it doesn’t help if you have to pay for a subscription just to diagnose my plants

The worst part was it said it wasn’t healthy. I’m giving it three stars because I haven’t taken any pictures of the plant yet.

I love this I can identify plants put in my own photos and it is awesome but you have to pay to see what’s wrong with your plant and that feature is very annoying when I downloaded it I was so excited to see what’s wrong with my plant but I had to pay I’m not going to pay for it because it’s kind of a waste and I think it should be removed

I love being able to identify plants when I travel or just go to a friends house.
I do wish (maybe I haven’t found it yet) that in settings I could change from Celsius to Fahrenheit .
I have been helped by Plantify with a sick plant but the best is the info they provide on the frequency of watering.

Plantify is efficient and easy to use. You can figure out what kind of plant you have my taking a photo of it. You can also figure out what’s wrong with your plant by taking a photo of it. It’ll give you a list of possible things that could be wrong and give you instructions on how to fix those issues. Taking an image to find out what kind of plant you have will also give you information on it like how often it should be watered, if it takes moderate or light care, if it requires a lot of sunlight or indirect sunlight, etc etc. But my only issue with Plantify is that when you’re able to see how often your plant should be watered, you also have the ability to set reminders for whatever time frame your plant needs to be watered in. When receiving that reminder, you get a notification that says something along the lines of “your plant needs water.” Nothing specific to let you know which plant. Once you open the notification, it brings you to your watering your plants reminder page which wouldn’t be a problem if you had one plant. I have a 6 plants. Which means the only way to tell which of my plants needs watering is by mathing it out every time. I have to check what I have my plants set to and count the days to check which plant I’m supposed be water.
Super annoying.
Just add which plant requires watering to the notification!!!
Please make this change and I’ll stay on Plantify until I stop growing plants.

Quick and helpful, but not going to continue after 3 day trial period. Why isn’t this free since I’m using an apple phone?

Nice to know what plants you’re getting when there’s no tag. Very handy there. More $$ to use the diagnosis tool, but I have what I need for the yearly $20.

I just got your app and am very interested in using it. So far the plant app I like the best is Picture This but I was interested in yours because of some of the treatments you suggest for sick plants.
My one complaint right off the bat is that I see no albums to organize my plants in. I would like to have albums for my back porch plants, my patio plants, my orchids, my out front plants and my butterfly garden. Because I have so many plants this would help immensely in watering and taking care of them all. If I have missed a place for albums on your app please let me know where to find it!!! Otherwise your app may not be for me.

I’ve never heard of this before. A tree company was grinding drums in my back yard and I found these in the dirt near where they were working. One of the workers said he thought they were roots to a thorny vine , another said he thought they were an edible root for salads. What does the plant look like the information didn’t show an image?

I have found Plantify to be very helpful. It tells me the names of my plants, plus tells me what is wrong with them. I find this very helpful. Thank you, Jerlean Grayson.

New to app. I have been having trouble with my plants all of a sudden. Hoping Plantify helps me bring them back.

So far Plantify seems to be what it’s supposed to be at identified my plant and told me my plant is sick due to bug infestation and how to cure it and so far it’s been correct. I’m still on the free trial but providing it gives me further information on a couple other plants, I may become a premium member member and premium member thanks to Plantify makers five stars to you as well

This seems like a great plant identifier, so far. Only had it a short time, and it’s helped me save two plants. Thank you for that!

This is the best it tells you all what your needs and the fact my pants in my backyard are looking nice and fresh. I gave this a star one and two in a free and a four and five on every single phone that I have I gave a five I love this. I love Plantify and I give Plantify infinity infinity so if you want to see how your plants are good looking just choose Plantify.

Bought herbs and plants that did not come with descriptions or instructions. I love this new App added to my cell phone to make my balcony container garden bloom and stay healthy.

I had a different app in the past and it got everything wrong!

i love Plantify ! it’s neat that a lot of the help isn’t subscription only; like the FAQ about plants, the most common problems w them, and identifying them! it even says ‘hey, water this plant this often, and repot it this often, and turn it this often’.

I got this to help identify if any of the weeds in my backyard were toxic to dogs, and it turns out one of them could be quite toxic. Worth it to keep the pets safe!

It identifies all my plants correctly and helps how to I care them. Even it can detect my decorative plastic plants correctly 😂

I tried a dozen or so nicknames. All,supposedly we’re already taken. Sorry, hard to believe!

Amazing tell me that the plant is healthy or not healthy. It tell me how much sunlight water it needs and when I have to regroup it, It’s a really good app.
