Close and restart the Decory app on iPhone
Update Decory app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Decory iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Decory on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Decory network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Decory App
1. On android, goto Settings » Decory » click [Force Stop]

Update Decory to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Decory App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Decory » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Decory.

Fix Decory unable to contact server/ Decory internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Decory » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Decory » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
