App never worked got charged anyway

Apple refuses to refund me after the company itself refunded apple! Apples suggestion to me was to write feedback for the issue. Ridiculous but definitely wouldn’t buy the app again. The app company can’t help me because apple has the money and apple wont issue me a refund even though we didn’t use the app even once. They refused the refund and won’t help at all.
Stuck on Level 1

Even with a paid subscription we can’t move on to the next level the next day. Everyday we get a message that we need to come back tomorrow. The developers were very understanding with extending out trail and refunding the monthly subscription but after 5 weeks were big getting past the first level and getting the same return tomorrow message.
A smart app marred by stupid interruptions

My kid started loving Adapted mind for math, but after doing some problems the app deliver slows down the progress by showing some stupid animations and my kid loses interest. There is no way to skip this stupidity. Upon that it’s buggy as well done of these interruptions keep repeating. Very frustrating. I won’t be renewing.
