When Sober suggests a free trial, it says that it’s 7 days. But when I went into my Apple subscriptions it says 3 days.
I listened to two meditations and loved it. But $11/weekly is steep and a 3 day trial is not enough to decide if it’s effective.

It’s tough to find a quality hypnosis program that checks all the boxes. Soothing clear voice, music at just the right pace and pitch, and perfect suggestions. Highly recommend!!
