I enjoy Quitsmoking for the milestones, leveling up and unlocking new challenges. I also really enjoy the different breathing techniques to help with cravings as well as the motivational cards. However Quitsmoking makes it way too easy to keep smoking, and puts way too much emphasis on negativity. In the daily check in diary portion it offers up 6 different emotions to choose from, all are negative nancy emotions except two, almost prompting you to feel bad during this journey. Quitsmoking does a horrible job of priming you for quitting, essentially making you think that quitting smoking has to be a horrible negative experience. The truth: QUITTING SMOKING CAN BE ENJOYABLE and it has for me in spite of using Quitsmoking daily. On top of that one of the options for dealing with a craving is to literally smoke a cigarette. It says âsmoke with awarenessâ. What? No, donât smoke with awareness, youâre trying to quit, how does smoking another cigarette help you quit? The daily stats are worthless unless youâre using it to track how many cigarettes youâre smoking or using nicotine replacement therapies, which IMO isnât quitting.

Very motivating when you get a craving ... so many facts it gives you ... I was spending $6200 a year and spending 30 days a year smoking cigarettes time wise and tracks your money youâve saved in real time and how many cigs youâve avoided in exact time and so much more ... love it ... one thing is you get all the info for free but lots of ads and I never pay for apps but it was 5 bucks for a month to avoid the apps for âpremiumâ or whatever and I just did it because itâs really cool ... can even press a button as many times as you want during cravings with inspirational quotes ... worth checking out !!

Quitsmoking looks clean and is a great tracker, but it really doesnât help you with the âhowâ to stop smoking. Sure you can track your mood...and get a shiny motivational quote...or maybe breathe, but thatâs all the info it has on helping you quit - and none of it is helpful.
If you âfeel like smokingâ the feature does nothing to steer you away. It just asks for your mood and says ok cya later. That was really surprising, as it completely leaves you on your own. I thought Quitsmoking was supposed to help you quit? Are there really no techniques other than breathing baked in here? Pretty disappointing, as I was hoping for much much more since the monthly subscription is quite expensive. The free mode is plenty fine, but right now I feel like I need a refund.

Thanks to Quitsmoking, Iâm a âkwitterâ and have never been more proud to say that! Quitsmoking is amazing! Itâs helped me quit cold turkey and stay done. I tried a few other apps but this one hasnât compared to them. I find myself being excited to âearn new goalsâ and watch as the nasty stuff in my body leaves. It gives super helpful information about whatâs happening within your body too. Which has helped to to stay a kwitter! If your serious about cutting cigarettes completely out of your life, TRY Quitsmoking!!!!!! You wonât regret it! I promise!

No matter how many times youâve tried, Quitsmoking is a game-changer. Itâs so human in its tone. Positive, allows for slip ups, and can send you kind little messages of accomplishments each step of the way. Itâs amazing to have an app that tells you the money youâve saved, cigs you havenât smoked, health improvements that are going on in your body (many of which will surprise you) and more. Worth double the price.

I have not smoked a cigarette since May 29th, 2018. I have not purchased the premium package because I feel it is too expensive.
However by using the free part of Quitsmoking I enjoy seeing how Many days I have not smoked, how much money I have saved and the number of cigarettes I have not smoked.
I had smoked nearly a pack ( sometimes more) of cigarettes a day for 40 plus years. And realizing how much money I have saved has really motivated me.

Iâve been a kwitter for 10 months now and let me tell you about Quitsmoking. Itâs been a tough year for me and Kwit helped me quit my addiction and motivated me when I was feeling like I couldnât make it, rewarded for each cigarette I didnât smoke, every cent I didnât spend on a pack. No app is going to help you quit smoking but I downloaded Quitsmoking a couple days into my last try at quitting for the extra boost. It did help me stay focused and determined to never pick up the habit again. Just thinking about hitting the âstart overâ button was enough for me. It was interesting to unlock things that gave you facts on how your body was changing for the better. I recommend Quitsmoking for anyone who is serious about quitting.

Unlike some apps that simply require you to start a new quit date and time Kwit allows me to record when and why I smoked one cig. If I smoked several in a day I would restart the clock. Which I have already done a few times. So anyway that is why I like Quitsmoking. Recommending to smoked friends already. Weâre mostly over 50 and now is time to stop if weâre to benefit at all. Thank you to all developers.

I donât think I could have quit successfully without Quitsmoking (the time I tried before hadnât worked). Today is one year since I quit, and I owe it to Kwit! I love the achievements, because it gives something to look forward to, and I like the way you can see all of the stats. If I had kept smoking, I would have smoked over 4,000 more cigarettes by now. Dang. But now Iâm going to live over a month longer! Thanks for making such an awesome app đ

Get Quitsmoking . Quit smoking. This will help. Itâs not everything but itâs a great layer of defense when you have cravings, need a boost, or are just starting to kick your addiction. Quitting smoking isnât as hard as the tobacco companies want you to believe, you donât need Chantix or nicotine replacements, those are just other outlets for profit. Exercise your will power and replace smoking with good habits- exercise and self-education and youâll be very happy you did. Stay strong!

Quitsmoking would be perfect, 5 stars, if they only added dates for the achievements. I would like to know when exactly I will complete a certain achievement, not just the percentage.

I am 46 and been smoking since i was 15 i have spent my adult life promising myself and my children that I would quit and finally made the decision to do it and Quitsmoking has made it easier to do with all of its insight and support you really canât go wrong if you are committed

Purchased this because it does seem to have more features than a lot of other apps. I tried the 3 month pkg. However I canât figure out the energy statistic page. You cant add or write or change a thing. Also the description said use games to help you quit....what games? I certainly donât have any games just achievements? I really want my quitting to stick & im using pure will power. This is fun but donât know if it was worth paying for just to get 3 more achievements

Let me start by saying that I really like Quitsmoking itâs well designed and is very helpful when quitting smoking. That being said I purchased a one-month subscription to unlock the premium features and every time I login the premium features are locked again and I have to restore my app purchase. I have yet to find a way to contact the developer so Iâm hoping that I can reach them through this review. I hope they can resolve this issue for me.

I paid for Quitsmoking , then got told to switch to Kwit2, then kwit 2 told me to go back to kwit 1. They asked to login and store my stuff in the cloud, which I was reluctant to, but caved in. Today I open Quitsmoking , all my stats are gone, asking me to register. I click on already signed up, login. And wonât find my âusenameâ, tried my email, etc etc. finally tried Facebook login, and it asked me to setup my kwit date and went on to reset all my stats. Gave Quitsmoking so many tries, end of the day it stops working. Just terrible

This made quitting âalmostâ fun. I absolutely loved unlocking new achievements and learning about what is happening in my body and how my life has been positively affected by quitting smoking. It helps you to visualize the benefits. I would highly recommend Quitsmoking to anyone wanting to quit!

Quitsmoking is what kept me strong enough to keep going without picking up a cigarette. The notifications are great, they kept me on track. I love the notifications on the health benefits your body is going through when you quit smoking. I tell all my patients about Quitsmoking in hopes that they quit too!

It helped me quit as a secondary tool and had enough achievements even as a free mode to keep me intrigued. I ended up paying for the premium and have not regretted it. Itâs been 4 years and it is still on my phone and I use it whenever I start to feel the urge

The features and functions are nice, though it would be nice if I could reorder the list on the dashboard. Also it drives me crazy that the achievement tiles are laid out in a 3 by 3 grid but with only seven actual tiles and then two empty spaces. Reeaaallly wish they would have thought of two more categories or found a way to combine two of the existing.

I got notifications for two achievements to unlock today and when I went to check what they were, the achievements screen wouldnât load. Each category is at zero and there are no subcategories showing on the screen to tap on. Iâve tried completely closing out and restarting Quitsmoking several times.

Iâm enjoying Quitsmoking, itâs simple to use and tracks milestones that motivate me not to smoke. But the English is just a LITTLE off, which has my friend and I giggling. Iâm assuming Quitsmoking wasnât created by native English speakers; they should invest in a copy editor to clean up the grammar mistakes present throughout Quitsmoking .
