I’m updating my review as my previous one did no good to have you all update your app with the correct information! Because the information you have in health about Risk of Developing Lung Cancer Same as that of a Non Smoker is not accurate! Not even close, you’ve got it at 5 years but it’s actually closer to 20! The amount of a discrepancy that you are presenting as fact is absolutely unacceptable! You’re off by 15 entire years! Fix this now, you’re harming people with this misinformation! I will change my review once this problem is addressed, and I can’t believe you all haven’t done this yet. Please do better.

I like all the features and was excited to start using it. I purchased the pro and went to go start chatting when it prompted me to login, so I did. I was then told user does not exist, so I tried again and then I tried to create new user and it said the same thing. I went to FAQ and followed the instructions, sent an email tried to login, same thing. I have no other way of trying to get in contact with anyone regarding this matter. There’s no customer service number and apparently the only email address is an automated one that activates accounts( which doesn’t work either). So please tell me how I will be receiving my money back or please assist me in logging in so I can utilize QuitNow.

QuitNow is great and has a ton of features, and most importantly a live chat room for support. I am giving it only 2* though for this reason here, a lot of the features are there and FREE but others are hidden unless you PAY. Quitting smoking is very important, and you would think if someone creates an app to quit then that should mean they care but based on QuitNow seems nobody wants to help you for the better unless you pay, it’s always about the dollar. But back to QuitNow , you can view all features and it is awesome but you really should not have to pay for something like this, chatroom is more updated if you pay, but you can view it and chat in it without paying so paying is not really needed. I also like the layout. QuitNow has so many features that its unreal, I never knew smoking caused all the issues that have improved since I quit and QuitNow keeps me updated on how many I have avoided, how much money I have saved, milestones reached and more life I have saved. If you did not have to pay and QuitNow was fully free, I would definitely give 5*.

It’s just not worth it. Thankfully, it’s cheap, so I’m not to worried about it, but wanted to warn others. My biggest complaint is that people are depending on accurate health information, yet it’s highly inaccurate. After paying for QuitNow you get provided with misinformation; such as, in about 5 years your risk of getting lung cancer will decrease to that of a non-smoker. Right under that lie, is a statement declaring they receive their information from W.H.O. Well, realizing it’s going to take much longer than 5 years to decrease my risk of lung cancer to such an extent, if at all, I went to the W.H.O. website to verify this information. There you learn, it takes 10 years to decrease your risk of lung cancer just by HALF. Also, it takes between 2-12 weeks to increase lung function and circulation, NOT 2 days as QuitNow claims. There are others, but I’m over texting this review now.

QuitNow was very glitchy always popped up with ads that nearly always led to my being redirected to QuitNow Store when I tried to close them out. Most of the helpful features including the community chat feature require you to use the paid version. Many of the features and achievements were also only unlocked after purchasing QuitNow .
All in all outside of tracking my health benefits and time quit QuitNow was useless. Chose something else if you are not buying QuitNow .

QuitNow is helpful. When I’m having a particularly difficult day, logging in and seeing how far I’ve come helps me stay on track. My only issue is I paid for the pro version on one phone. I upgraded and got a new phone and even when I log in again with Facebook, it doesn’t carry over. My user name and stats did, but not my subscription. No way I’m paying for it twice.

I absolutely love the chat feature. This is actually why I chose to purchase the pro version over a different app I was using. A couple things I would like to see is somewhere to input triggers, cravings, a diary of some sort. That way you can look back and avoid people, places, moods etc that caused you to have a craving. That would make QuitNow complete!

I like QuitNow , but it doesn’t seem to be calculating correctly on my cost savings and cigarettes I’ve given up based on the number i provided in setting up the profile. But, is a fairly decent ‘approximation.’ I’d be glad if they focused on that versus a chat feature...you can find smoking cessation groups on every other social media platform, so having that here is just redundant.

When I was ready to quit smoking, the this app app was the perfect companion. It showed me all the reasons to stay quit, it showed me how much money I was saving, it counted my days smoke-free... awesome motivator! I highly recommend QuitNow for anyone who's taking that giant leap to quit smoking. You can do it--QuitNow helps!

I love QuitNow, it gave me great support in the early days of my quit smoking. It’s been almost 7 years now and I have saved over $15,000 it helps to encourage you and realize how much you actually smoked at how far you’ve come. Highly recommend trying QuitNow.
Give it a try!!
Add it to your box of quit tools!
Best of luck, you got this. 👍

I originally got this to help me quit smoking. Well I quit and I’m still using QuitNow after 2 years! Where I feel like smoking or have a craving (yes still) I look at how how many cigarettes I haven’t smoked, how much money I’ve saved, etc. and it gives me the strength to keep on going.

I’ve attempted to quit smoking for years. I noticed that I was increasing number of cigarettes per day. I think the last straw was when I noticed wrinkles above my upper lip.
Meanwhile, whenever I got a craving to smoke I’d look at QuitNow and I felt encouraged. I’m amazed at the amount of money I’ve saved in 2.5 years

I am almost at a year quit. I don't think I would have gotten this far without QuitNow . The community is awesome and you get to see other people that are going through the same thing you are. Also, keeping track of your stats and not wanting to start over has helped me so much. I highly recommend QuitNow. Thank you Quit Now!

QuitNow has been a life saver for me during the hard times. All I did was look at how far I have come and the feeling of success is amazing. I also screen shot the results and post it for feedback and support. I am at 1336 days of NOT SMOKING and I am sure QuitNow has been a huge step in my success. Thank you for making this available...

QuitNow has been crucial on my journey to quit smoking. Seeing the progress, getting the tongue-in-cheek reward badges, and tracking money saved all contributed. It makes it really hard to cheat a cigarette when I consider how far I’ve come and that if I smoke I have to start over. This is just one part of the effort but it sure does help. Good luck to you in you own journey.

I have downloaded other alleged “Quit Smoking” apps. All of them ended up being fancy countdowns. QuitNow has the countdowns (based on actual science) and a chat system to talk to other people to get support. I’m not saying that QuitNow was the reason that I was able to quit. I will say that being able to log on and let out all of my smoking stress on the chat room, then get nothing but pleasant and supportive responses was a good tool for me. Cold turkey 17 days and counting.

I’m not sure what it is about this silly app but I found it encouraging and honestly feel it really helped me. I got to count my days quit...watch my health progress...and earn those funny awards. I’ve been quit since March 12, 2020 and still use QuitNow to congratulate myself on actually being smoke free! When I see all of my progress and all of the cigarettes avoided (so disgusting) It just reinforces me to Stay strong!

I’ve been telling my wife that I want to quit smoking for a year now, it’s about time I put my foot down and give it up again. QuitNow seemed worth the small cost so I bought it. Lots of people seem to complain about the message room, personally I don’t plan on using it so I could care less what people are saying in there. The achievements are timer are enough to hold myself accountable as I’m only 20 min into it and not wanting to reset the timer. Lots of neat features, this may be the break I was looking for.

I have attempted quitting many, many times with no success. QuitNow shows your health improvement as you go along, keeps track of money saved, cigarettes not smoked, and what amount of life you gain back as you remain quit!
The chat area is fantastic! Everyone has the others back! There is true comrodery amongst these people! They offer support, encouragement, congratulations on achievements, and no judgement if you slip up, only encouragement!
If you plan to quit this is QuitNow for you…this app

I was ready to quit and couldn’t do it. QuitNow was the silver bullet for me. Once I started competing with myself and ACTUALLY seeing the numbers add up I stayed on course. It’s been over a year and now I see that I can’t afford the time or the actual cost of this habit. I needed to see the stats to keep my head in the right place. Plus the community is people just like us, and we’re all rooting for each other. If you’re trying to quit, get QuitNow and best of luck. You got this.

I primarily used QuitNow to log milestones. I had a lot of fun with it and really enjoyed reaching each new goal. Today I have been quit 789 days and have saved $4,147. How cool! Only downside was that chat didn't seem to be motivational at all. On the bright side if you need a distraction from smoking there is sure to be some drama going on in the chat somewhere!

QuitNow really helped me stay accountable for not smoking I really didn’t want to have to start that timer over! The community is gracious, kind and helpful! I paid for the pro version it was just a few bucks and money well spent haven’t smoked in 15 months and counting.

It has been a pleasing journey with the this app!
There a support system if you need or just able to track the days since your last cigarette, And more importantly the money you have saved is off the chart.
