I am not sure how they are getting these 5 star reviews. I paid for the whole program up front (minus the medication). The soonest appointment was still two weeks away. Two days before my appointment, I get an email saying the provider canceled the appointment and to call in to reschedule. No one answers the phones. It continuously rings until it times out. Don’t try the chat feature either, because no one is ever on. I finally got it scheduled, met with a provider, and did get my first vial of medicine in. However, you have to schedule a 4-week check up. I’ve been trying since week two once I saw they took the money out for the next vial of medication. Nothing. No response. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and the chat. I’ve have not even received the medication that was apparently shipped three weeks ago for weeks 5-8.

I’ve had this for a week. Did an annual membership (big mistake trying to trust a weight loss app proudly strutting their stuff). Didn’t even know there was an Rx version (!?) which, of course, I’m sure costs another arm and a leg. I have sent emails… I have sent chats… I can’t call due to my work schedule in line with their slim operating hours. Too bad they can’t stay open for just a little longer so us working folk actually have a fighting chance at SPEAKING to someone.
No one has called, I have no idea if I’m even going to get a prescription, which is the primary reason I signed up, and divulged so much of my personal and medical history. I’m beginning to doubt if this is even confidential by any sort of PHI standards at all. If I wanted a run-of-the-mill weight loss app, I’d just use one of the many free apps that I’ve tried (and failed) to get more disappointing results.

Once I submit this, I know there will be a pre-formed response about how I should contact the support team with the exact same info I’ve already used to try and get some answers… if you want happy customers, how about YOU reach out to us?

I have been calling the support line several days, multiple times a day, and each time I am disconnected at the 20 minute mark.
I have emailed, I have tried the chat. Nothing will work.

4 days ago I signed up for the annual, mistakenly not realizing that the medication was not included in the pricing.
The bigger issue, is that I have medications and treatments that I was just informed by my own doctor is not safe for me to take with this weight loss medication.

Without divulging too much of my medical info, I have a rare and debilitating condition, and was very interested to be able to try this weight loss medication since it is very difficult for me to move.

I’ve been trying to contact someone so I can please get a refund due to my circumstances.
But at this point, I am just pleading with you to cancel my membership.
I have not booked an appointment, picked medication, nothing.

I just want to not cancel my membership and not be charged further please. You got over $600 out of me and no support in return.

Chat doesn’t work, & more!

I’ve been trying to ‘chat’ with someone for over a week now, no one has responded. The last time I called I waited over 15 minutes for someone to tell me I can’t do the Telehealth visit unless it’s through them, that there should be a link in my app to make an appointment, which there isn’t. They won’t give me a link. There’s nothing in-app that mentions anything medical, just recipes and meal plans. So I guess I’ll call back, wait for whoever to answer, & make an appointment for a Telehealth visit that weeks out. I’m not getting reassured at all during this whole process: it’s frustrating to have my money in limbo & for my time to be tossed at the wayside.

Don’t waste your time and money on this company! Customer support is a joke as there is none and they will take your money for a bogus subscription and will not refund it.

Edit: although they reply to each of the reviews on here, they give a number and email to contact them. I have called that number with no response at least 10 times. I have also sent a detailed email to which all I receive is an automated email telling me they don’t monitor that email. this app, I don’t need your ridiculous response on here. I need a refund for the bogus subscription you charged me $422 for!

I would give this only a half a star if I could. They would earn a half a star just because they were able to actually launch an app. No one ever replies to chat. FuturHealth does not update appropriately. It consistently says that I’m still taking my first shot. I’m on my third refill, it’s not user-friendly. There’s no tech-support. This has been the worst experience with any app possible. The care providers however our great, the problem is if you are not willing able and staying on track to schedule your own appointments, update your own information and track your own progress elsewhere this will not work for you. It is quite unfortunate that FuturHealth is the problem. All of the providers that I’ve spoken with the nurses and the physicians, unfortunately are not in control of how well FuturHealth does or does not work or the customer service associated with FuturHealth . If this service fails, it will 100% be the fault of FuturHealth.

FuturHealth is a scam. I signed up without knowing there is an additional charge for the medicine Once this was revealed (same say I set it up) I called talked to someone and cancelled the subscription and 3 days later was refunded $140 for the initial consultation then 3 days later they took $399 from me I have called everyday for 2 weeks with no answers they place you on hold only to hang up after 20 minutes stating no agents available. I have submitted emails to no avail. This is a scam do not sign up they are of no help They take your money and cannot be contacted

I am not able to connect with anyone. Crazy how I’m charge $129 to get help through FuturHealth if nobody answers back to any emails, phone number never connects and says no available agent to take your call, the chat does not work either. Mine says $297/3months . Not even sure if I paid for 3 months or they’re going to charge me that every month. Can’t even cancel because you can’t talk to anyone. Really thinking it’s fraud now.. It would really help if I can speak to someone which is “included” In what I’ve already paid for.

As far as the medication and doctors, they’re great BUT FuturHealth and the outsourced support is TRASH.
Nobody answers the chat, or emails. Ever. FuturHealth didn’t save my refill sheet, which by the way, is what prompts the system to charge you. So they sent me a new one, assuring me that it wouldn’t charge me again. It did. It also “didn’t save” so they said I had to talk to a provider so the RX would be put in directly. Which AGAIN, prompted a charge to my bank. Then my app showed SOMEONE ELSE’S delivery. It said, and still says, my medication is being held due to non payment (I actually paid more than once). When I call about this, I’m told it will be escalated and I’ll have an update in 72 hours and I’m unsure what 72 hours means where they are but it’s 3 days here, not over a week. Then I get emails saying “we didn’t get a response so we assume this is resolved” even though I’ve replied to those emails 5x times at least. The medicine fee is fine but I have a huge problem paying a monthly subscription for features I don’t get, such as UPDATED weight, meal and health goals. No customer support. A terrible app.
This has potential but FuturHealth needs work and the customer service reps need MAJOR remedial training

The idea is great but this program is extremely unreliable. I would not mind paying $120 for the services they claim to provide but those services are not backed up. After my first doctor visit FuturHealth failed to update. Claimed I never attended the appointment. The doctor told me I needed to have labs ran. I was never sent labs. I could not get through to anyone on chat. I had to call 3 times before getting through to someone on a half hour long hold. They told me the doctor skipped the labs and just sent the medication even though I opted to pick it up at a local pharmacy. After taking my first round FuturHealth again failed to update. I had no way of tracking my shots, making a follow up appointment, tracking any symptoms. I was charged twice for medication and only shipped one dose. Sometimes when you call they put you on hold for half an hour but then just hang up because no one is available. I fear I’ll never get sent another dose and I’ll have paid all this money and gone through the first month for nothing.

Injecting yourself with medication is a serious thing that should not be taken lightly. Don’t use this sketchy app. Speak to a healthcare provider in person. Someone you can get ahold of. Then just find any other online meal plan service.

Trying to get a refund for this Subscription I accidentally clicked on instagram (that didn’t confirm) and then decided to try it out since they wouldn’t refund the subscription and my appointment was then cancelled without warning and now will only refund the medication payment not the nearly $500 for the subscription I didn’t use. After waiting on hold for someone to answer over 10 minutes.

There is no help whatsoever. They charged my card before I even had my appointment set up with a doctor. Then a second charge which I was not aware of. I’ve already contacted my credit card to make sure those charges were cancelled and my money returned back to me.
I should have seen an actual aesthetician in person. This is a scam. lol don’t do it.
Wish I could give negative stars.

Service and App, the worst

FuturHealth is NEVER up to date! After my first month, i went multiple weeks before getting the next round of medication because i couldn’t schedule the follow up appointment on FuturHealth . Tried to contact them with no success in resolving anything. After finally getting the next round of medication, FuturHealth is still not working properly. It did say the medication delivered and asked me to rate the delivery, which I tried to do but it wouldn’t accept it, maybe because the rating and comments were bad, and FuturHealth is still asking for a rating. I on my last week for the medication and have not been able schedule my refill so will likely repeat the first attempt and go multiple weeks before next round, so i will be cancelling this!!!

I tried to cancel after I signed in due to not being able to get any appointments in a timely manner and then also realizing that the medication was also another charge on top of the $129. I chatted with someone on FuturHealth and they said they would cancel it and I should get money back but now keep getting emails wanting me to choose my appt and medication. I have emailed company several times with only one reply which was a copy of a conversation on FuturHealth which proved my point of me immediately wanting to cancel it. I have received zero services or product and shouldn’t have been charged $129 just for logging in. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY! They don’t try to help or even communicate with you!

In the first month of use, I did not receive form to complete for prescription renewal. Called customer service and had form pushed to me. Completed form and sent back with confirmation it had been received by person speaking with at customer service. A day later a form was received in app but I ignored since my form had already been submitted. A week later the application still showing refill request under review. Called customer service and was told the form had been lost. Shared my concern that application is not working correctly and my healthcare is being impacted because now I will not receive my medication on time for next dose. Asked to speak with supervisor and was told no one available. I was told my only option was to complete another refill request form which will then be under review. My treatment will be greatly delayed. Terrible service and user experience.

there’s no customer service let alone anybody you can actually talk to!!! if you change your mind in 3 minutes there’s no help!!! I canceled my card because they took more out that they said and took it right away!!! so after calling there number everday since, I have not been able to get any answer on the phone number!!!!!
I finally got a message email that in 7 to 10 days they will refund, Sure after i stated i canceled my card and I told them on the message on the download that and no help at all, And i still haven’t talked to a real person, dont buy into this scam!!$

My first appointment was late and video call didn’t work. Dr. Did not order nausea meds as promised. Don’t bother trying to reach any customer service line, it’s impossible. Tried chatting with support, took 2 weeks to respond. Second Dr visit Doc said he wasn’t going to up my dosage because I was doing fine. Ok. Then the Rx arrives and it is half of the dose I was told to take by Dr. They then claimed since meds came from a different pharmacy the formulation was stronger. Sounds like a lie to me, but even if it isn’t changing people’s dose without telling them is setting someone up to take way too much! I suspect that is simply that they are running out of meds due to high demand. Whether my suspicions are correct or not, I am sorry that I paid them so much money; I’m afraid that I’m being taken in by a scam. Would not recommend.

I downloaded FuturHealth and went through every link possible for this place. It’s tough to find out there is no way to get ahold of these people. The only thing you can do on any links leading to their website is nothing. You can’t leave a message, a way to text, a phone number, every time it goes back to the Quiz. I was trying to just get away from them, cancel drs appt., there’s nothing. If you actually had my money I would be so appalled, angry and hurt. Their entire website screams we want to help you, we care about you. Thank god I’m not your customer yet. I got lucky, Apple caught their scam. They denied everything. I was so stupid that I called Apple to allow the charge, I actually believed them. I went on the BBB page and saw all the complaints and poor people that got taken advantage of. By these scammers.

I purchased the program for semiglutide and was charged for the first month. I found a physician closer and cheaper so I tried to cancel. I sent emails, only to receive a ticket number and generated AI response. I called countless times, different numbers listed, at 20 minutes the line would disconnect. A month went by and I was charged the full amount. I repeated the process. Searched through the site for anything that would help me get out of this and found a “pause my subscription” button. I got confirmation that my account was paused. I was still annoyed but felt relieved. Checked my account today and I was charged again. HELP.

I normally don’t bother with the telehealth stuff but I decided to give this a try. I signed up for 2 month service not knowing I have to pay monthly then I got a whole different charge from what I was quoted. Then I read about all the other charges. I tried to get clarification by using their chat bot, but I was told they weren’t online at the moment. No problem I try again in the morning I have been trying to reach someone since 9am pst according to their own business hours . Nothing. I emailed and called customer service and nothing. At this point I demand a refund and guess what, no response. I would not recommend this service to anyone. And fyi I never give a bad review but I needed to air this one out.

I went through the process and paid everything, downloaded FuturHealth and scheduled an appointment. Which was later cancelled because the “payment didn’t go through”. Tried to reschedule again and it was cancelled again. Then I received an email saying my payment was successful, but now I can’t book an appointment with the doctor on FuturHealth . It doesn’t even give me the option to. The customer service line is basically pointless because nobody ever picks up! I’ve called countless times to just cancel the subscription but nobody picks up. And when you use the chat nobody replies. Don’t download FuturHealth or work with these people. I haven’t received anything either. I need my money refunded!!!

At this point I believe this is a scam.
I signed up in April, had to wait two weeks for an appointment after paying the monthly membership. Had a call, had labs and now I’m being ghosted! I have tried to start a chat multiple times and I’ve called and sat on hold multiple times with no response. I was already charged for meds (twice now) that I haven’t even had a follow up to receive. I pause my subscription and got a notice I was charged the monthly rate again. At this point they have gotten $736 of my money and have not done a thing for me. If I don’t get a human in touch with me soon I will be reporting them for fraud. This is ridiculous. Do not recommend. Stay away!

This site is a huge scam, stay far, far away! I’ve never actually talked to a doctor and the Sema I was prescribed either wasn’t real or is majorly diluted. Another issue - I was supposed to get a $50 client referral fee and the link on FuturHealth doesn’t work to connect to PayPal. I’ve inquired about it several times with customer service and there is always an excuse as to why the link isn’t working. I have been trying to contact customer service for the last week, and I’m put on hold for at least 20 mins and then hung up on. Customer service also never responds to chat. All and all, this has been a horrible experience!

Nothing but aggravation with FuturHealth. I’ve been using FuturHealth for a solid 2 months now. FuturHealth itself doesn’t work at all and they do not respond to emails or messages. Impossible to reach someone over the phone no matter how long you wait on hold. I’ve been reaching out for almost 2 weeks because they charged me randomly and for a rate I never approved!! It’s insane. I need a refill on my prescription and can’t get a hold of anyone. Yet they have no problem charging your account for the very expensive medication every 3 weeks. This is medical. You’re dealing with peoples’ health and this is so unethical it’s mind boggling.

I have had nothing but negative feed back from this company. I paid 3 months worth of subscription and received my medication for the first month. Not once did a provider ask how the process was going. Once I made an appointment to get my prescription they switch my medication without my consent and I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that I would receive it in 7-10 business days, it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my medication so I called to get an update and I was told that my account was cancelled and I need to pay for subscription. I never cancelled anything like I stated I paid 3 months worth of subscription and was never refunded anything so now that want me to pay AGAIN for something that was already paid for. How did I get my medication and consulted with a provider for my refill for the second month if according to them I cancelled my subscription at the very beginning of my membership. I wish I would’ve done more research before making the mistake of getting this company.

First they tell you that there is a monthly cost to get prescription. Then after that you get told that you can’t get the prescriptions unless you have a zoom consult with a doctor and that costs yet another feee. Then you load FuturHealth and find out that there is a requirement to purchase their food which was the last straw. I decided that this is not what they advertised and I wanted to cancel. However, it appears the only way to do that is to contact customer support which claims they are available 24/7. Well after trying for 12 hours there was no customer support available soI could cancel. The APL is not helpful to accomplish anything. I’m very frustrated.

They’re basically advertising that you’re only gonna have to pay $229 for the whole plan, but actually they charge you $130 on top of the 229 for every month, it’s not as they claim they tell you that it’s only gonna take you $229 for the whole plan which is between 3 to 4 months and there’s no additional fees or anything like that but you end up paying 229 every single time you need a refill plus $130 you don’t even consent about doctor appointment Dr herself told me that she don’t need to see me again so why am I paying another $130 on top of the 299 that I had no idea that I’m gonna be paying and when you try to reach out to them nobody answers no one answers. It’s just scam be careful guys don’t just look at the good reviews because trust me when I tell you people get paid to write reviews or you can go ahead and buy reviews from India with real accounts all the good reviews are not true. Check the bad reviews. That was my mistake before I downloaded FuturHealth or get these services.

I went online looking for a simple solution program to help me with my weight loss journey. First of all getting in contact with the provider is a pain. They take forever and have so many run arounds when You finally get to talk to a provider they only offer one medication for weight management and will automatically try to upsell you for a plan of $280 something a month. I used the medication for a week and it wasn’t for me it made me really sick and I wasn’t offered any other real options. Aside from taking time to go and get blood work the whole “doctor patient” interaction was about 10 minutes max. When talking to someone to get a refund they said they would only do a partial refund. And Charge me for two months. The “second” month was me literally talking to a provider to let them know the side effects of the medication for them to tell me that it wouldn’t be a fit for me and they would give me a refund. This is a total scam save your hard earned money and avoid this at all cost.

I don’t even know where to start with this sorry excuse for a company. In just 5 weeks of using their program I have been double charged ($229 dollars), had my shipments cancelled, refused refunds for double payments, and told the medical provider said it’s not a good fit for me despite the actual call I had saying the exact opposite. All of their mistakes and doubling back add up to about $1000 just evaporated from my account, they haven’t apologized or proactively caught any of their mistakes. I have to do that for them and fight them tooth and nail to get my money back for something as simple as a double charge. I’ve blocked them on my CC and suggest you avoid this company at all costs. Do not use this app, there are other services out there to use instead. This one is a guaranteed scam

This company is a mess when it comes to FuturHealth being accurate and working . Trying to get help from customer service is frustrating . They are basic call banks with scripted lines and you have to start over with information every time . No real education or informed help from them .
I was told everyone i got on a call a different reason for why nothing was working. My payment didn’t go thru oh it did now sorry then it was trying to get appointments to work were awful. Had contradictory emails go out to me at the same time with different information about my situation so i don’t know what to believe and honestly feel they don’t care they just want the money and move on .
I honestly am not a person who even writes reviews but my frustration is at a breaking point. Again i say trizepitide is great and works . They doctors are very nice to work with .. customer service and FuturHealth are awful .
I suggest if want to use the drug go to a different provider that way you won’t be frustrated and confused about what is going on like i am .

Bad app

You cannot schedule another appointment through FuturHealth . Sometimes it shows a timeline when you are due for another appointment, sometimes it doesn’t. It says on the homepage that I have one action required but there’s no option to see what it is and when I go to the notifications page, it’s blank. The shopping list section seems to indicate that you can purchase groceries. In one section it says “if you would like to enable them to be delivered, activate the item before checkout” but there’s no option to export the list to any other app nor is there a way to check anything out within FuturHealth itself so that just makes no sense.

App gets stuck

Chaos, the word I find to use describing this app and FuturHealth. FuturHealth gets stuck and has only updated anything once in the 10 weeks since starting. I must always call to figure out how to get a refill after it took more than 2 weeks to receive one. I wish I could use a local pharmacy to pick up as the mail order seems unreliable. I have received it warm, I never know when it’s going to come. The only thing I can count on is my credit card getting billed like clockwork. I’m sure this has blown up and service has not caught up to membership, but better communication would be nice.

I am loving the service and the results I am seeing but the one thing that keeps getting in the way is FuturHealth . Since this is the main way to interact with your company, I’d expect a more polished experience. I’ve had it lose track of what week I was on and start me over; I’ve seen it lose data that I entered in previous weeks.

It gives me a notification that action is required, but clicking on that notification tells me nothing.

Thank you for the service, but please look to strengthen your app and its utility and function.

Hard to contact someone

I spent almost a week with several texts to find out how to schedule my doctors appointment. It took forever to finally get an answer. My money for my prescription was deducted from my credit card a week before I could get any answers to schedule a doctor visit. This is going to make my delivery for my prescription a few days late. Everything else is going great. This part was very frustrating for me. After I finally tried to schedule a time, there was no time slot for my Kansas City area. I just had to guess what state was the closest to set up a time.

I wish I could give a higher rating for this company but I’ve had a few issues , from sending medication without checking in on how my progress is to sending the wrong amount of medication and not being able to get a actual person to speak to and ask questions. Today I had a virtual check in and the person was really fantastic and listened to me and my concerns so that was great . Took me 1 hour today to get a person on the phone and then they barely spoke English and I’m pretty sure was overseas.

Thank you for my first appointment going so well. I was worried that it wasn’t going to be a real appointment with the doctor, but this doctor was amazing from the first point of contact with the CNA that took all the information she was wonderful and then when the doctor came on, she was absolutely, the best. Took a great deal of time asking all the questions answering my questions exceeded what I expected so thank you very much for making it such a wonderful experience and setting my worries, at ease. I wish I could get you every time so thank you again for making it such a great experience.

Due to some existing conditions I already have the doctor was unable to prescribe this for me . I very much appreciate the fact that she was honest and looking out for my best interest! My problems are bad enough I certainly don’t want to compound them !Since I was unable to take this medication I sincerely hope I can get my money back! Can anybody from the office call me and let me know when that will happen ? again thank you very much ! I am bummed out that I couldn’t get it very much so but I’d rather stay healthy and not have need to go to the hospital 🏥

Dr. Metcalf was very thorough in her review of asking me all my symptoms how much weight I had lost how many units of medication I’ve been taking and what my side effects were. She explained to me more or less how the drug worked and that it was not necessarily an exact dose each week, so we came up with some other options for me so that I’m not feeling so weak all the time. I was very happy with all the time she spent with me as compared to some of the other providers. Dr. Metcalf actually educated me on the use of the drug and how it could benefit me by adjusting the doses, I was extremely happy with her

Dr. Muhammad is very direct and to the point. It was easy to schedule an appointment with FuturHealth and the doctor was ON TIME!!!! She made sure to go over everything with me step by step to make sure I understood. The other features on FuturHealth are also great! I love the meal prep and planning. I got the call, confirmed all my pertinent information needed to be submitted for my approval. Got approved, received the information regarding my labs and boom. Done! This is so much better and so less stressful than dealing with my insurance whom refuses to pay for my medication that my doctor prescribed. Which is in fact over a thousand dollars a month. But hold up I will be getting the equivalent of the same medication at a Huge discount. So in my opinion at this time this is a fantastic deal. Amazing experience with my first time with a over the phone doctors appointment, I am extremely impressed with how well I was able to communicate with her. It’s hard to find a doctor with good bedside manner these days, but when I met with this doctor, the conversation was so pleasant and upbeat that it felt like catching up with a friend who was there to help and not some cold and mundane exam. Hoping for and determined to have positive results on FuturHealth and program. Been rather easy so far. But my payment did get flagged by my banking as suspicious when I tried to process payment. I think because it’s out of my habits because they certainly have delivered on everything so far.

I read the resource they provide, regarding metabolism and then bought the book anyway, easier to read than with my small phone screen. I got my text to refill my prescription and wanted to discuss the dose. I called Future Health. I have found a call gets me better response than a message or email. The agent at Future Health listened to me and almost immediately helped me set up a video call with a provider the same day. Dr June was the provider. She was friendly, smiling, and to the point. She asked questions and listened to me. She acknowledged my progress and made me feel good and encouraged. The call was on time, brief and Dr June provided the solution and explained what would happen next. She was just a nice person as well. I could not ask for any better.

My experience with the Doctors has been great Dr. Tabitha was extremely helpful and supportive! I thank them for their service and time!

I do however, have a huge problem with billing and the IT people! This was a mistake on their end end my account is currently in the negative because I’ve been charged 3x and counting! I was assured this never happen again-yet here we are! so disappointed and angry! My bank is a complete mess thanks to them!

Scheduling doc appointments are hard

I’ve been on the service for three months now. The medicine comes quickly after your doctors appointment, however, scheduling an appointment with your doctor which you have to do to get your medicine each month is hard. Their website doesn’t have a link to do it or to sign your account,there’s no obvious way to schedule an appointment. I often end up having to go through the helpdesk to get a link. Other than that is fine and certainly cheaper than getting the brand-name auto injectors.

I was at a loss on how to lose the 60 lbs I gained after I went on a self-imposed starvation diet down to 220 lbs but couldn’t drop anymore weight. With eating again and multiple cortisone shots in my neck, my back, and on the inside and outside of both my knees, I just felt I was up against an wall that I couldn’t find away over it. I thought about some type of stomach surgery, stopping my cortisone shots and just living with all of the pain and injuries I’ve sustained over the 27 years I was a door kicker in the Navy. I thought I would try the online doctor possibly get a quick appointment. Jokes on me.
