Bought the European unlimited esim. Traveled from one country to the next and the esim got shut off.

Customer support said I connected to a network that cause the esim to be cancelled. This happened automatically, so I had nothing to do with it. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere when signing up.

Typical gotcha event so they can take your money without providing the service.

If I could give 0 starts I would, My esim stopped working randomly every single day leaving me stranded in a foreign country multiple times through my trip. Customer service is horrible and they don’t care about people ! AVOID THIS ESIM, you will regret your decision after purchasing ! I gave them 2 chances and was let down each time

They promise to have your QR code within 30 mins - 2 hours and do not deliver. Go to Google and search Airhub. You will see that they do not deliver, constantly.

It is highly unrecommended, the eSIM doesn’t work most of the time

Man, what a hassle to get it in the phone.

Should be called install app first then activate when you get to the destination.

Made a purchase in Airhubapp , couldn’t install it on the phone (“contact carrier for assistance”), and Airhub support never responded. Total waste.

Airhubapp asks for a one time password which it sends but does not enable the return key. Just sits there. Poor design. iPhone 16 Pro

Doesn’t work. No data with all bars showing. 3G by the way. Customer service templates don’t work. Unreachable. Scam alert 😤

Bought an eSIM for 30 bucks and it didn’t work. Customer service couldn’t make the slightest effort to help fix the issue

After 7 days of Airhub support repeating the same help solutions, still no data service and no refund.

I am not getting any services. I am not able to send a ticket as their ticket system does not work.

Paid for 15GB plan, plan shut off after 8GB…
Waiting for support to get back to me but had to pay for another plan with a different service to not be stranded in the middle of travelling

I bought 2 eSIM for my family trip to Turkey. However, only one worked. I wrote the customer service many times but got no reply. Very disappointed.

I know the low price is tempting, but this doesn’t work. Just don’t.

I bought 30 days of service for Mexico and the US. It never worked in Mexico. Two weeks later, when I was back in the US, the sim stopped working.

Airhubapp is terrible. I gave up trying to solve it because I didn’t want to waste time on this during my vacation.

Do yourself a favour and don’t use them. Pay a little bit more elsewhere.

support is non-responsive, Airhubapp is glitchy, I signed up for an account using apple’s anonymization relay, the only way to get a sim is via email, which never arrived. Support has not reached out after leaving messages on their systems.

Would give 0 stars if possible. What a pain, spent 45 mins with support and their eSIM didn’t work on an iPhone. Requested refund, they refused. Have to dispute the credit card. Doesn’t integrate with Apple Pay, not a one click add of eSIM to phone. Use another service

To set an account the code is being sent to your email, once you enter - it got stack in the same screen and there is no way to submit … iOS so, no go

The price was good but app is never working, always frozen and in Airhubapp you can’t see how much data you have used or left
