Supreme King was a quite nice game platform which I enjoyed. Since a couple of days, it's getting worse and worse. I do the tasks for a certain amount of coins and I am payed hugely less than what is notified. There are games with no payment at all like "Weapon Master", games like "Bus Away" or Cake Sort are always blocking as if they were too heavy and the numbers of levels done on "Mini Monsters" are not the right ones any more.... What's really going on with this app? I am very disappointed. Thank you for giving me an answer.
I have an issue with tracking reward points with the app “two dots” I made purchases in app for nine dollars and I was supposed to receive a $12 credit. I have not received that credit.

When I reached out to the support there response that my account showed suspicious activity, never specifying the unacceptable activity nor providing proof. Making me spend money through specific challenges and not honoring the payout is tantamount to theft

Hi there I just want to know why I never recieved the £48 when I reached level 21 in a game in your app it has it ticked but I never recieved the £48 . Also at times you have if you buy in the game you will recieve money back but twice now this has not happened for me and I did not receive the reward amount . EVERY TIME I do one of the game purchase bonuses I NEVER get the amount listed. For example it will say make a $5 purchase on a specific game and you’ll get $13 in points. I’ll make the purchase and barely receive 8 or 9 dollars in points. Not just once or twice either, every single time. Or one time there was 40 minutes left on the bonus, I made the purchase and immediately after the bonus disappeared and I didn’t receive anything. Very frustrating and shady in my opinion.

When I first started using this app I really liked it - the games were fun and I actually did receive money in my pay pal however- the app has stopped tracking my progress on games. I downloaded vita mahjong and I was supposed to earn coins for beating level 40, currently on level 42 and still have not received my coins for passing 40. I thought maybe it was a game glitch so I downloaded spider solitaire and started playing a game and I still haven’t received my coins for installing and opening the app. There really is no way to contact the developer through the app unless you leave a review. Do better supreme king.

I downloaded this app hoping it was legit. I began playing and at first it acknowledged and put points up for me. Then I started playing more but the problem is that now I play and it’s not keeping record at all. Between that and games I have downloaded have gone missing from the my games page on the app. I have written and email to customer service twice so far and have heard nothing back. Seriously is this how you think your suppose to run a business. Bad customer service and too many bugs in the app.
