The ads are absolutely unbearable, every 3 seconds there’s an ad. You literally can’t shop without being interrupted with…you guessed it, an AD!!!!!! Deleting as soon as possible

I have bought a couple of ladies handbag and the quality and material is so good and its worth to spend over here because they are really maintaining a brand standard

COACH is honestly so good , I’ve never had such good quality in a app because other apps tend to have lag and bugs and it frustrates me over all 10/10

Clearly no one is updating COACH regularly but it works well still just needs to be updated

COACH does not do much, as it is basically a web viewer that gives you pretty much the same experience as using a browser. Furthermore, there are so many ads like popups that show up and play videos trying to get you to download other apps. Not great.

An easier way to view online does have ads but so does my browser

I was on COACH all of 2 minuets and before I could really shop, I found myself closing out of ad pop ups. COACH has more ads than your favorite mobile game. This by far is one of the worse apps I’ve ever downloaded no exaggeration. I will just continue to shop from the actual website.

I understand ads pay the bills but the constant pop ups while trying to browse products deters me from viewing items to potentially make a purchase. Please be more strategic about ad placement, it’s truly a nuisance.

COACH is really bad. Ads and pop-ups galore. I tried to look at ANYTHING about 4-6 times by tapping the drop menu and that was as far as I could get without the screen being overtaken by screen-size ads, one of which was a game ad that I couldn’t even exit without completely closing. Super aggravating. Browsing through a browser link via Facebook on your phone is literally a better experience than trying to use COACH.

COACH made it so much easier for me because the website would lag out or be super slow so it would take all day to find what I wanted and that took up a lot of time. In all great app

the ads, popups, stupid promo videos, make COACH completely infuriating to use. you can’t scroll for more than 30 seconds without your entire screen being blocked, and even when it’s not there’s ads at the bottom. it doesn’t even offer anything that makes it unique to just using a browser, it’s just their website but worse. had it for two hours and already deleting

The amount of ads that pop up are TERRIBLE! I can’t even filter, search or click on merchandise without an ad coming up. It took 5-6 pop up ads just to add a wallet to my cart. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste. It’s better to shop on the website. COACH would be so much better if they reduced the amount of ads that come up. I don’t want to play any games, I’m on COACH to shop.

I’ve been shopping this app for years and adore their products. I recently realized that they had an app and hoped that it would be an easy way to shop from my phone. Once in COACH , I received ads every 60 seconds or so. I got a notification offering the chance to win $50 for rating their app 5 stars which is undoubtedly the reason their App Store rating is so high. This poor user experience cheapens the brand’s image and I am incredibly disappointed. The ads are insufferable and I will be shopping on desktop from here on out.

Don’t waste your time or energy with COACH - as several others have noted, any potential added functionality off using COACH is completely negated by the number of pop up ads and auto play videos.

Honestly COACH is turning me off the this app brand - not sure what marketing wunderkind dreamt this up but please do better. Ignore COACH and go straight to the webpage. Or vote with your dollars until this app wakes up. Seriously, an insulting number of ads for a retailer.

COACH can’t possibly be sanctioned by this app or this app Outlet. No brand of this caliber would allow for these kinds of ads. It’s an absolutely useless app that is hardly more than the website in app form. In fact, saving the this app Outlet page to your home screen results in a superior user experience. Utterly disappointed in this app.

The this app App provides a logical flow of navigating while shopping. The filter and sort features allowed me find exactly what I was looking quickly. The advertisement were relevant and not distracting. Great App.

Customer service was amazing. Ordered myself some birthday gifts online and on check out put the wrong apartment number customer was understanding and very helpful

Went in the store and didn’t plan on buying anything. I came across a wallet I couldn’t pass up and made the purchase with 60% off!

There are way too many ads on COACH. I got multiple full page ads within minutes of opening COACH for the first time. There is also a continuous ad at the bottom of the page. It is much easier to just use safari or google and go to the website. The website doesn’t show you any ads.
