I tried downloading my own reels from account, I even paid for subscription specifically for that. But it says failed to load. Then when I send email it didn’t deliver mail because id not found. Is this scam?
Paid to subscribe and it doesn’t work after multiple tries. I want my money back and got a bounce back from the email under “Help” so have no way of cancelling.

MarkAI is glitchy on my IPhone. I had MarkAI on my Google phone and it worked well. Now it’s a total pain to use. iPhones btw are not better than android’s
Trail version was great but as soon as you pay MarkAI stops working. Support email is invalid.
