ChemAI requires a subscription, which I understood at first as it’s an app that solves your homework with a simple click of a picture. However, I cancelled this subscription over a week ago and I STILL am receiving charges from ChemAI despite cancelling it in ChemAI Store. I know ChemAI is scamming me as I am being charged 6 dollars weekly and I can’t even use ChemAI the anymore because it’s marked as “no longer active subscription.”

I’ve contacted App Store and ChemAI developers directly because I do not understand how I can still be being charged for an app subscription that HAS BEEN cancelled for a long time.

ChemAI got every question incorrect and made me repeat the grade so i expect others to not download this joke of an app

Half of the answers are wrong.

Sure completed my homework but now I can’t cancel my subscription🤦🏾‍♂️

I gave it 5 orgo problems problems to solve and it only got 1 right. Just terrible

Half of the questions I submit the system cannot answer.

I feel like it worked great in the beginning. Now it just continuously loads. Its wrong half the time.

It was dope when it worked. It just fell off outta nowhere.

ChemAI gets more answers wrong than right. It cannot do significant figures and most calculations weren’t correct.

I don’t understand why it says free in the description but as soon as you download, it brings you to a screen to sign up for a subscription and won’t let you get out of it.

Organic and all the organics works good but for physical chemistry it doesnt.

It will advise of correct answer and be wrong 80% of time. Should have a feedback mechanism so it learns if the output is correct.

Wrong answers

When i first payed for ChemAI , it worked super well and fast but now it takes so long to load and isn’t even right sometimes

Gets simple questions well and some difficult questions which has been nice here and there. Have had issues with how it interprets photos and wait time for answers that don’t help. You can’t even type anything in, has to be photos no matter what.

Its okay it gets problems right most of the time but nr. Its an okay app and it frezzez sometimes

I love how easy and simple ChemAI is to use. I was having a hard time with my chemistry class and ChemAI helped me pass! Highly recommend for anyone struggling

to be honest I don’t like switching apps especially when I’m just trying to get a quick answer, but since I’m online I’m able to just scan and go. ChemAI can do multiple questions in one picture which is amazing and saves time, it can tell you answer from graph or frame problems, and VERY rarely will it not be able to give out a answer. Out of the 160-200 times I’ve used it separately, it only failed one time.
