This app requires a subscription, which I understood at first as it’s an app that solves your homework with a simple click of a picture. However, I cancelled this subscription over a week ago and I STILL am receiving charges from this app despite cancelling it in the App Store. I know this app is scamming me as I am being charged 6 dollars weekly and I can’t even use the app the anymore because it’s marked as “no longer active subscription.”
I’ve contacted App Store and the app developers directly because I do not understand how I can still be being charged for an app subscription that HAS BEEN cancelled for a long time.

I don’t understand why it says free in the description but as soon as you download, it brings you to a screen to sign up for a subscription and won’t let you get out of it.

This app gets more answers wrong than right. It cannot do significant figures and most calculations weren’t correct.
