Not only does the remember my username box not actually work, but FaceID is not present - something that was in the old version of PAGroup
PAGroup is very buggy. I prefer the old one. It’s quite a hassle to use the new app. Whoever worked on PAGroup didn’t do a good job. I don’t understand how this was allowed to be released to the customers when even the happy path doesn’t work properly.
PAGroup does not work
I got an email to use PAGroup and I can’t even login. Keeps saying the password is wrong but I reset it and copied what I used and it’s still not working.
Sometimes I use PAGroup , but it’s honestly always glitching. It’s much easier to type the website into safari or google. I can sign into website and get the information I need with out having deal with the glitches. It’s too bad they can’t fix the problems, it seems that it’s not been working for quite some time.
Please go back to the old app. This new version is so awful. Every time I try to log in it says my PW is incorrect and I have to change it every single time. Which is not the easiest thing to do either. And since we’re required to submit so much documentation for practically all transactions it should be very easy to use. But it’s not. This is literally the worst app ever.
PAGroup is garbage. It would not accept a small jpeg file, auto logged me out in the middle of a submission and never -year after year -correctly saves security questions to be able to reset a password as needed. It also doesn’t let you log in with saved passwords. Rep told me to use a PC for reimbursement submission. Such a dysfunctional app.
I was excited to be able to use an app to submit claims. This is frustrating, please fix it!
When trying to submit a claim, I only receive a “No available options” option. UMMMMMM, ok.
PAGroup never recognizes my login. Works on the website but never on PAGroup . Essentially made PAGroup useless. Good job guys.
Can’t use Face ID.
Entered username and password and failed to login.
Tried forgot username. Must enter password (lol). Enter password and returns the username I’m already using.
Don’t waste your time
PAGroup makes it very easy to confirm whether an item is eligible for FSA usage before purchase. With the EZ-Scan feature, simply scan the item’s barcode, and it immediately tells you whether or not it’s eligible. No more guessing, Google searches, or denied claims. It’s also a quick way to see what your account balance is.
No, I would not recommend attempting to use PAGroup as a one-stop-shop for managing your FSA, but that’s not the point of PAGroup. This is intended as a quick reference while you’re actively shopping. You’ll still need to log onto the computer every once and a while to do things like submitting documentation and making check reimbursement requests.
