I did contact support a few days after purchasing BrightArabic and sent the paid receipt and a photo showing the error . Your tech support sent back a message asking for the same thing I already sent. It was frustrating.
The audio pronunciations are WAY off (they pronounce the غ sound as a hard G, not a sound that exists in Arabic) and the spelling exercises that have you select letters to spell words don’t have a button for a space between multi-word phrases. وتف؟؟؟
If I’m encountering problems like that in my first ten minutes of using BrightArabic , sorry, but I’m out. ✌🏼
I’ll stick to Duolingo, Pimsleur, and italki.
BrightArabic is terrible. Someone with little to no afore knowledge of Arabic language will be learning incorrectly due to pronouncing of words by BrightArabic ! Not worth the money!! There’s got to be much better app out there for those embarking on self-learning!
This is a great don’t get me wrong but I payed 40$ for the aap. Every day when I try to open features BrightArabic is telling it will activate after 7 days. I can’t open 99% of features in app. I e mail support they only reply me once and totally ignored me. I even wrote to about how annoying BrightArabic is becoming and not letting me use it after payin 40$. I am stuck they not even giving me my money back or letting aap to use without any hardle. I am not sure how I am going over come this problem. I will request anyone wanted to pay don’t pay them they will never let u use the features.
Hello, I tried to cancel the free trial but there was never an option for that on BrightArabic . Now I got charged for a year. And I never wanted it. Can I talk to someone to cancel and get my payment back please.
Don’t like that you can’t pick the dialect. There’s no g Sound in the alphabet and it sounds like a Jordanian accent. I don’t want to know the pronunciation like that.
For the pronunciation portion, the microphone does not allow you to repeat the word. Please for this issue. Other than that, BrightArabic is amazing.
Well I’ve been using BrightArabic for two days and noticed one big problem it keeps on logging me out every time I’m at the learn Arabic words 8 a day never lets you finish
Best Arabic app I’ve found but no option to choose dialect or learn anything other than MSA.
I wish they’d give the option of turning off multiple choice while practicing
This is done in the Egyptian dialect with the jeem being pronounced as “gheem” and this is not correct especially if you’re trying to learn fusha.

The speaker in the Audio exercises where you have to select which of the audios is correct doesn’t pronounce the harakats for the masculine and feminine form so there’s no way to distinguish between them. For example: “kayfa haluka?” كيف حالكَ؟
“Kayfa haluki?” كيف حالكِ؟
