I studied this app in high school and college, and a lot of it had lapsed over the past decade. I installed Arabic as preparation to travel in the Middle East, and after only a week I have remembered and practiced hundreds of words and how to write and read in this app. This is a great refresher for anyone who has previously studied and wants to recall certain things. The only downside is that this is not really how people talk in most this app speaking areas— this is her newscasters talk. It will not teach you the actual vernacular that people use day to day. Still, you can learn that on the ground.

I have used Arabic for about a week now. I like that I can focus on five or six words, ones most used and most useful in conversation. I like it shows me the this app spelling as well as hearing the word spoken because what my English speakers ears hear might not be the true pronunciation.. so seeing thr written as well as hearing the spoken is very helpful. And I like I can put my daily words on a loop so I can listen to them as long as I want without having to flip threw screens. Thanks

I absolutely adore Arabic. My only problem with it is that I have to use another app to look at the alphabet characters separately so that I can try to distinguish them. Because the words are written in a connected or cursive fashion in Arabic it's very hard for me to distinguish characters at times. So I have to go to another app to try to draw comparisons of what letter I am looking at what I see it in a word here.

Using Arabic prevents me from having to rely on my friend all the time to ask questions. I speak several languages but this is the first language where I have tried to learn the characters.

This application is amazing. I have attempted to learn from other applications and this one is by far the most user friendly application. From the interface being very easy to maneuver in to the way they offer you several ways to learn, this is hands down the best language free mobile app I have ever used. I actually get excited to learn a few words or relearn one that I have forgotten each day that I look at my phone. Thank you for designing a great app!

I've been browsing many this app apps and this was the most fun and helpful of all of them. I love the quiz mode because you get to record yourself and compare it to the instructor. I also like that you can exclude words since my boyfriend has pointed out some differences in the dialect and usage of certain words (his family is from Syria), so I do have to check with him when learning words. I applaud Arabic for being the best one I've found so far :)

I've tried a lot of different apps for several different languages and I found this one to be the best for my learning style and goals. If you learn only 10 or 50 phrase approach is useful. Great for learning written this app. Have no idea what accent of this app this is in though. Egyptian? It would be a real plus to be able to switch between dialects in Arabic and hear different regional speakers. In app purchase only the ones you want to download...?

Arabic has been the biggest help in learning a new language. Really, I can't say enough good things about it. I plan to buy the full version. It's worth every penny!! I love how you can adjust so many parts of it. You can adjust the speed of speech, the time between words, how fast new words are introduced. You even get to choose what words to learn. I have tried several other apps to learn languages. This one exceeds them all.

Getting to know a little off this awesome language with this really good app. It let's me create Reminders so I can remember every Day to check for new words and learning a little bit of this language that may seem so hard for us, But with a little practice we can get used to it. Five star review because they deserve it. I've seen so many other language apps for the same company and I really really loved them. So keep it up Nemo!

So I really wanted to learn this app during quarantine. I tried multiple different things, until I found Arabic. I’ll shorten this review by saying Arabic will help you a lot and save you a lot of time. I just have one suggestion. It would be REALLY great if you would add dialects to Arabic. I specially would like the Palestinian dialect to be added. Thank you so much!😁

I've been using this for about three weeks and I've been picking he words up pretty fast, and there aren't any random pop up ads to annoy. It's just a good help on learning some basic this app. The only problem is you're learning how to say it as it's written, not as spoken, (as this app is spoken the way you say words are different than the way you read words) which is why it's four stars instead of five, but otherwise it's really good!

My husband is from Iraq and out of all of the apps and books I have tried, this is the only one that he has said that uses the correct dialect.

I originally started trying to learn this app using Rosetta Stone but he said that it used the incorrect dialect and pronunciation.

I like that with Arabic I am able to change the settings and I really like that I am able to see the color on the words which changes the more I review the words until it is dark blue and I have the word memorized. Although I have just started using the Nemo app, I have Learned so much.

I would highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in learning this app!

Hello everyone! So overall Arabic is really great because if you turn on notifs, it’ll give you notifs to learn this app and that was useful because I forgot to learn. And they have packs that you can choose like how many words you want to learn each day and it’s just very nice. I normally don’t write reviews but I love Arabic so of course I did!😊😊😊

Learning this app at my own pace, much better than taking a class in school. All it is is memorizing, that's easy! I set aside 15 minutes a day and I can go over some flash cards in Arabic that introduce new words each day. (I can choose how fast this goes too.) for only $10 I can learn hundreds of words and phrases. That means I can learn this app for $10!

It’s free, so I wasn’t expecting much, but wow! The way the flashcards are oriented really makes you retain the words and phrases. I love the hands-free feature and the pronunciation is easy to follow and very accurate. My friends in Kuwait have noticed a significant improvement in my pronunciation. I wish there was a subscription to purchase though!!! I want more!!!

I started thinking of learning couple language for the benefit of self development. I tried other app for this app and they were okay. Arabic is more for the beginners to speak the language. So far I can remember about 20 words within three weeks. Now I'm learning some of simple sentence conversation. Nemo language apps are best so far.

This is a great App to learn this app. Hey brothers and sisters, can you do this kind of App for the Fula language ? It is a language spoken in 20 countries in Africa; mostly in west africa and in Central African Republic, Chad, and part of North Sudan. The language is also known as Peul, Pular , Pulaar, Fula, Fulah, or Fulani depending in which country you are. The people are called Peul, Tekrouri, Fellatah, Fulaw, or Fulani but they called themselves “Fulbeh” in plural or “Poolo “ in singular in their language.

I love Arabic everyday I learn a few new words and phrases. The pronunciation of this app words is excellent and helps me to learn proper pronunciation. I’m in my 79’s and my goal is to learn this app so I can travel in the Middle East with the comforts of being able to successfully communicate with my extended family.

It's so easy to learn as you go by keeping Arabic on "play mode" while in the car or while doing laundry. I've learned so much so quickly! The reminders keep you consistent in your practice which helps with the cumulative information.
Not all the words are accurate conversationally; but you can learn the formal language with Arabic, at least!

I have been using Arabic for 4 days X 1.5-2 hours a day and have learned 40 words. I am very impressed and surprised it's a free app!!!! Thank you to the makers for everything you put into Arabic to make it so user friendly!!! I am confident I will be speaking fluent this app in less then 6 months.

I have tried duolingo and drops. Arabic is much better. The only reason I did not give it five stars is due to the automated voices used in the player. They sound too computerized for my taste. I would prefer the voice used in the other areas of Arabic , as the voice option.
