Extremely disappointed.

This is a great don’t get me wrong but I payed 40$ for the aap. Every day when I try to open features this app is telling it will activate after 7 days. I can’t open 99% of features in app. I e mail support they only reply me once and totally ignored me. I even wrote to about how annoying this app is becoming and not letting me use it after payin 40$. I am stuck they not even giving me my money back or letting aap to use without any hardle. I am not sure how I am going over come this problem. I will request anyone wanted to pay don’t pay them they will never let u use the features.
Paid for the app and not working

It asks me to subscribe again. I just bought it from Apple and it is not working now.
I did contact support a few days after purchasing the app and sent the paid receipt and a photo showing the error . Your tech support sent back a message asking for the same thing I already sent. It was frustrating.
Surprisingly problematic from the start

The audio pronunciations are WAY off (they pronounce the غ sound as a hard G, not a sound that exists in Arabic) and the spelling exercises that have you select letters to spell words don’t have a button for a space between multi-word phrases. وتف؟؟؟
If I’m encountering problems like that in my first ten minutes of using the app, sorry, but I’m out. ✌🏼
I’ll stick to Duolingo, Pimsleur, and italki.
