Precip is so inaccurate that I don’t even understand the point of it. It showed 1.45” of rain over the last 48 hrs at my location, but in reality I have had .10” over the last week. There hasn’t been that much rain within 100 miles of my area.
It’s understandable that mankind has difficulty predicting future rainfall amounts with a high degree of accuracy, but to not be able to say what we actually had is absurd. There are many accurate sources to get past rainfall amounts without using this completely inaccurate source.

I have Precip . And it doesn’t work have the time . I have already told you this one time and you fixed something and it started back . Now it says it needs debugging and you are working on it . Please either fix this issue or let me know and I will cancel my subscription. Lester

I updated Precip on Saturday after they said they fixed this issue, but its not fixed for me. You get one look at whatever data you want to look at and then when you try to click on something else, it crashes. Its a shame because its a really good app if they could fix this.

Great idea, and great app, when it works. My locations haven’t worked for the last couple of weeks. Tried deleting and re-adding to no avail. Disappointing because it is great idea just poor execution.

I always wonder about the accuracy of apps like this one. I work outside for a living and rely heavily upon accurate weather information as part of my daily routine. I have found Precip to be within less than 1/4” of on site gauges. Precip is every bit as good as advertised!!
