How to fix Precip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Precip app on iPhone
Update Precip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Precip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Precip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Precip network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Precip app issues:

Force Stop the Precip App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Precip app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Precip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Precip App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Precip app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Precip.

Fix Precip unable to contact server/ Precip internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Precip » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Precip » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Precip on android.
