Loved everything about this until the latest update. Now EquateHeartHealth won’t work and no way to report the problem.
App is essentially useless. It now just has the logo when I try to open it and will never load. Won’t be buying another wal mart piece of equipment with support like this
The entire reason I bought this unit was to NOT track using paper and pen. EquateHeartHealth was the selling point, now it doesn't work. Calling Walmart to return it but I threw away the box. Ugh.
EquateHeartHealth syncs this first time you set it up and never again. Think I paid more for the machine then they did to develop EquateHeartHealth. Bluetooth connects then tries to sync then disconnects and reconnects and tries again, over and over until your machine goes to sleep and it says it didn’t sync. It always baffles me how companies develop apps and the very core feature doesn’t work. Oh well.
Was working good until EquateHeartHealth do not open so if you use it send a report at léase every 7 days so you do not loo se info. I install again and do not wor. Very very bar experience
It worked fine in the beginning. Then EquateHeartHealth stop working all together. It does nothing, nothing at all. All that shows up is the name of the product, that’s it. I need EquateHeartHealth to work because that’s how I keep track of my blood pressure for my doctor. Y’all have got to do better……😡
I installed EquateHeartHealth as the new monitor suggested and synced it to my iPhone but when I took my first reading, it just did not load any of the readings it was taking. I tried a second time and EquateHeartHealth does not work. I’m not sure why anyone would develop an app that hasn’t been tested to see if it’s working.
I have been using EquateHeartHealth for 7 months & downloaded new version bug fix 1.1.3 & now I can’t get past logo screen to access any of my blood pressure readings. I would not recommend this item at all.
After latest update EquateHeartHealth doesn’t work. Now EquateHeartHealth is wasted program data on my phone. Hopefully this is fixed in next update if there is one.
Update tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but to no success. It’s garbage and I regret having spent money on the machine so I can keep track of my Bp for the doctor, big waste. I guess it’s back to pen and paper Atleast that’s reliable unlike EquateHeartHealth and machine
I downloaded EquateHeartHealth , but I couldn’t even launch it on my phone. I’ve tried several times to fix the issues but in vain. Maybe this version can’t work on my iPhone 16 pro max.
It’s not worth downloading.
EquateHeartHealth is a single blank page. Nothing opens. It doesn’t even try to connect to Bluetooth. And EquateHeartHealth support page doesn’t exist. I wish I knew this before I bought the blood pressure monitor.
It stopped working. Removed app from and tried uploading again and nothing
EquateHeartHealth will not open since last update
This is my second equate machine (both 8000 series). Neither the equate app or equate + app are consistent with transmitting data. After I take my blood pressure both apps immediately sync, and when I select to save the data; it sometimes says saved and it works and others times (mostly now), after is saves, no data transferred. And I completely stopped trying to transfer the three reading option, because it has never worked with EquateHeartHealth (+). It has worked with the basic Equate app but not consistent - Very frustrating.
It worked find for a couple of weeks, transmitting the results to my phone so I can show my doctor my results. Yesterday it just stopped. EquateHeartHealth won’t open. I restarted my phone, checked for updates, and nothing works. I am back to writing my results down in a notebook twice a day.
I’ve used EquateHeartHealth for over a year. It has always worked as expected until the last update. No longer works on my iPhone, but does work on iPad, at least for now. It seems that the addition of the + sign to EquateHeartHealth title is the point at which it got screwed up.
Worked great for a while and now it does nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing.
App won’t load at all after update. Stuck at splash screen. When it works it’s great.
For the past day EquateHeartHealth stopped working. I have used it for a couple months, but now it freezes up on the opening screen with the logo. I’ve powered off/on my phone, but no help
I just got EquateHeartHealth and it seems to function as expected. But I have been playing with the machine and have a bunch of erroneous readings that I want to delete. Deleting all from the machine is easy but the only way I see to delete data from EquateHeartHealth is to delete EquateHeartHealth itself! I’m not happy with that. NO ERRORS ALLOWED! The Apple Health app allows deleting individual readings, why not this?
