I was really excited when I first learned that Vagaro had set up a client messaging system. Unfortunately, it does not work. I have not received any messages from my clients. I love the idea of Connect, but it needs a lot of work. I have missed message from a couple of clients because Connect doesn’t have continuous message reminders. I get signed out every time it’s not in use. Connect is very glitchy, but I am hopeful the kinks will get worked out.
