On 16 November 2025, I purchased the "Abhay Batch" from Next Toppers (Spd Eduventures Private Limited). Along with the online batch access, a physical product "Brahmastra Booklet" was included. Full payment for both was made together. The online batch access was provided, but the Brahmastra booklet has not been delivered till date. The company promised delivery within 10–15 days but has not provided any valid tracking number. Only excuses regarding courier issues (DTDC / ParcelX) have been given. This constitutes non-delivery of a paid product, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practice. I request immediate delivery of the Brahmastra booklet or a full refund.

Hello Team, I am a Class 11 student from the Nirbhay Batch. I am facing a technical issue with recorded lectures. All other recorded classes are working fine, but the following lectures are not playing at all: 1. Structure of Atom – Lecture 3 2. Set Theory – Lecture 2 Whenever I try to play these videos, the screen remains blank and the class does not start. Kindly look into this issue and re-upload/fix these lectures at the earliest, as it is affecting my studies. Thank you for your support.

When i am starting app ig ask me to update thd to start but when i tap on update . Update is not there . What’s this nonsense!!
