Whistle Express Car Wash Reviews

I am only giving one star because it won’t let you submit a review with zero stars marked. Which is exactly what the terrible App deserves. We joined with a monthly membership at our local Whistle Express and they told us to download WhistleExpressCarWash and “migrate” our membership. Well it doesn’t work. WhistleExpressCarWash says our membership doesn’t exist even though we went back and confirmed all the registration at our local Whistle Express and are being charged our monthly membership fee. We emailed customer service and they have NEVER responded. It’s been over a month. So while we enjoy our new car wash, WhistleExpressCarWash is terrible and does not even work! We are not the only ones to experience this either. We have had several friends join and they are having the exact same problem . WhistleExpressCarWash doesn’t work to migrate their membership and they have received NO response from customer service either.

WhistleExpressCarWash has created many issues for me. I am being double charged for washes. The techs at the kiosk are the ones that process the information and have not got it right. I have attempted to contact customer service with no response. I have to try again. The manager insist that this is the must way to handle issues.

I downloaded WhistleExpressCarWash , set it up, tried to migrate my plan. Neither the license number nor the RDID number works. It says no plan found. I sit it eight times ensuring I was putting in the correct numbers.
I also typed a long trouble ticket but when I clicked submit it showed error and everything I typed was lost.
I like the car wash, but WhistleExpressCarWash is so far useless.

I migrated my existing plan (which is paid up for three more weeks) and went to the car wash. The car wash says they no longer have my vehicle/plates with an associated plan. I had to go through my phone and show proof that I have a plan matching my vehicle. Held up the line and took a while to get through. The attendant was very nice but doesn’t know if we will have to go through this every time I go to get a car wash. Do not recommend.

WhistleExpressCarWash is useless. When I try to link WhistleExpressCarWash to my existing membership using either the RF ID number or the license plate number it says membership not found even though I have an existing membership. I used the link in WhistleExpressCarWash to request help from support, and when I fill in the Support ticket and hit submit it tells me that there is an error. If I call support number for help I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up.

Just received email asking me to download app and get 100 points which I did. I have had a membership at their Conway, SC location for a while. When I typed in my license tag number it said I had no membership. They have a place to contact for help. I have tried to send a question over 20 times and it keeps telling me there is an error and try again. Not willing to sit here all day retyping and still getting error message. There is no phone number to call. Extremely poorly run app and even worse support. Think I will cancel my membership. If carwash is run this incompetently GOD only knows how much damage they could do.

For the past two weeks WhistleExpressCarWash keeps trying to download an update when opened but never completes the update! I’ve uninstalled WhistleExpressCarWash , turned the phone off and back on, then reinstalled WhistleExpressCarWash and the same issue continues.

I already have 4 unlimited plans. WhistleExpressCarWash does not locate my vehicles. I went through the manage account and added vehicles. Its not showing any history updates. Maybe you need to add a video to explain how this thing suppose to works.

Created a second account for my car. Tried to cancel and six times I was told the system had errors.
I downloaded the mobile app and it created a second account for my MKZ. My original account is paid on July 17. Please cancel the duplicate account and refund my money this is my forth attempt I keep getting error messages .

Title speaks for itself. Had an Oasis account that migrated to Whistle Express when they took over. The account renewed in late December and charged my credit card December through March with no problem. Didn’t/don’t want WhistleExpressCarWash but now I had to download it just to find out our account was cancelled. The employees at the locations have always been great, but BYE Whistle Express, this is not the way to treat customers. Its not rocket science, slap a RFID on the car and go. No app is needed or wanted.

I’ve been emailing Management for several months in reference to. I have been a customer from the oasis days and now Whistle is the new owner. They refused to return my email. My email was in reference to the prices I was paying before they change over to the new system with the tags and everyone I talk to at Whistle in person they said that I was grandfather clause in Management have not yet got back with me to put me back at my same prices. I am very concerned about the management.

It appears that signing up with WhistleExpressCarWash provides you with a $10 off coupon for your next wash. And it shows up right on your screen. But when you go out of WhistleExpressCarWash and come back into WhistleExpressCarWash later, it’s gone. We’ll see how they handle it next time I go to get a car wash and try to get the $10 off benefit. It will certainly make a difference about whether or not I keep or delete WhistleExpressCarWash .

Everything worked in app, except linking my current membership.

Whistle Express APP is a game changer! I can now use it at any location, add additional cars to a Family Plan, Refer-A-Friend and gift wash books. I love the $10 credit I got for downloading WhistleExpressCarWash too.

My grandchildren and I watched our new Whistle Express being built. They were so excited when it opened and now we go through it almost daily. The customer service is great. My plan is great and it’s a fun trip through the water for my grandkids.

When I go to clean my car, it never reads my barcode they have to put my number in today July 2 when I got there Roman was there. He was very, very helpful. he changed my sticker that way I wouldn’t have any more problems in the future. Thanks so much great job.

This was my 1st wash since they opened and I downloaded WhistleExpressCarWash . Everything went flawlessly. No issues. Next time I’ll spend more time and clean the windows and floor mats but I was just doing a test run. With the unlimited washes I can go whenever I choose. Everyone was pleasant and courteous.

WhistleExpressCarWash allows one to virtually manager everything regarding your Whistle Express Account! Keep it up!

Very intuitive and easy to use. Love being able to use it multiple locations. Makes it easy to wash every time.

Tim was very friendly, attentive and helpful with getting me on WhistleExpressCarWash and getting all my information and membership info converted. Quick and easy process, helpful staff and I enjoy the updates!

I love WhistleExpressCarWash! It’s so nice being able to manage my account on here! Thank you for having such an awesome car wash. It’s so nice to great right in and the vacuum area is well supplied with towels and cleaning fluid with bottles that really spray (unlike other places). And believe me, I’ve been to many others here in town. I am an Uber driver so it is so important to maintain a clean car! All the employees are nice and respectful! Thanks again! Joseph Street was very good in helping get my membership. The manager Dean was awesome making sure we were satisfied. Kudos to them both they are a great asset to your business .
