Am a customer of Take 5 in Centerton, AR My membership price was increased from $18/month to $30/month without notice or my consent. When I ask the attendant I was told Take 5 has been bought out by Whistle Express. They gave me numbers to call for Take 5 and Whistle Express. I have not received any help from several attempts to call and messages sent through customer service on website. Would like my membership to be cancelled immediately. Thank you,
In October I tried to enter the car wash at11560 Alpharetta Hwy Roswell GA 30076. The attendant said my credit card expired, so I gave him my card. What happened was he opened a new account. My old account # was 957641073 and my new account number was 959875476. I brought this to the mangers attention and I was give a credit on 11/12 for $27.00 but the account was not terminated. I was charged for two accounts for the same car for November through February. Both accounts have been terminated and the credit card removed from the system by Susan the manager. today 2/9/2026. I would like a refund of $108.00 to credit card number4100 3904 8679 7455. My phone number is 770 855 0369.
Hi I was charged last six month monthly from your car wash which not supposed to. here is the story: i was in overseas for long period of time and my American Express is on Auto Pay prior to my travel to overseas i contacted the car wash and i asked about the process of cancelling it , was assured by two attendance which one of them was i guess supervisor that my membership would be cancelled by itself after a month by itself if i don't renew it . in overseas i don't use this card so to my surprise when i got back to states i noticed the chargers. went to the carwash talked to the manager her name is Lura.. Carwash address is 13333 E Briarwood Ave . Centennial , Co 80112 i was told by her to contact i would be fully reimbursed by you, by the way while she was trying to rectify the problem and checking her computer 4 other peoples name was under my credit card !!!! Kindley i would apricate if you expedite the whole process reimbursement, i just remind you American express also investigating the situation as well do apricate It G.R Jafarzadeh

Just received email asking me to download app and get 100 points which I did. I have had a membership at their Conway, SC location for a while. When I typed in my license tag number it said I had no membership. They have a place to contact for help. I have tried to send a question over 20 times and it keeps telling me there is an error and try again. Not willing to sit here all day retyping and still getting error message. There is no phone number to call. Extremely poorly run app and even worse support. Think I will cancel my membership. If carwash is run this incompetently GOD only knows how much damage they could do.

The app is useless. When I try to link the app to my existing membership using either the RF ID number or the license plate number it says membership not found even though I have an existing membership. I used the link in the app to request help from support, and when I fill in the Support ticket and hit submit it tells me that there is an error. If I call support number for help I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally gave up.

I migrated my existing plan (which is paid up for three more weeks) and went to the car wash. The car wash says they no longer have my vehicle/plates with an associated plan. I had to go through my phone and show proof that I have a plan matching my vehicle. Held up the line and took a while to get through. The attendant was very nice but doesn’t know if we will have to go through this every time I go to get a car wash. Do not recommend.
