I was charged but never allowed to use any of the receipts including in my subscription without the watermark still showing 😤😤😤😤

I have been on ExpressExpense for a week or so and well let he tell you it doesn’t work at least for me maybe but whenever I try to see my receipt it doesn’t appear please fix this

When I created a receipt I can’t figure out how to print it.

App really isn’t free, you have to pay to use any of the receipts other than a very generic 1980’s looking one.

I downloaded ExpressExpense after seeing that it may be useful on the website. Being on an iPhone, an app is always preferable to trying to navigate the mobile website version. I downloaded it, created an account, saw the membership options but regardless of which receipt style I clicked on, ExpressExpense immediately crashed and closed. The only one that would open is the free option which means, I’d be buying a membership without even knowing if you offer a style I would use. No thanks.

ExpressExpense itself seems to work. I like the features for all the different types of receipts looks easy to use. The thing is that there are 3 tiers membership. Lowest is 9.99 a month. I wish I had known rather than wasting time creating a receipt. If you don’t join the membership fee your receipt has a watermark on it. Can’t use it.

I am trying to crest an account, however it will only use my personal email account and when I get to “My password is” it is giving me an error message.

It’s a scam. After buying the membership when I tried making receipts it wouldn’t work and it would kick me out of ExpressExpense . Then when I tried making receipts from the online version i was blocked from the whole website. Because it was saying access denied.

You pay for the monthly subscription, however when you try to actually use the pro receipts they still have the water marks. Complete scam, don’t waste your money

The receipts look pretty good. Seems like not much is missing. My concern is with their customer service. I didn’t see a number to call. I emailed them 3 days ago and haven’t received a response from them. My question to them was if their was an online tutorial to customize the receipts.

I have been using the web based service for several years now. ExpressExpense is very convenient as I can enter my receipts at the airport or in the Uber when I have a few spare minutes. This simple app has probably helped me recover several hundred dollars in expense report items that I otherwise would have just skipped because I didn’t have the receipt on hand!

I have used several templates and apps through the years for expenses. This one is by far the easiest to navigate for all types of users. I highly suggest utilizing ExpressExpense.

I often travel for business and occasionally loose or forget a receipt. It’s so easy to create a receipt with ExpressExpense and it is reimbursed without issue.

Just found ExpressExpense and have used it several times already to create receipts for expenses where I had lost my original receipt. I turned my expense reports in to my travel department and was reimbursed without any hassle! Thank you!

I constantly lose everything or my baby spills milk in my purse and here I lose all wrinkled recipes that I needed to get reimbursed for. This literally saves me. Thank you guys for putting together a simple solution for issues people like me have! Five stars!

I tend to lose all my receipts. When I need to turn in my monthly expenses I usually have to print out my credit card statement, highlight my purchases, copy and email it to my email and then send it to my finance team. ExpressExpense allows me to quickly create a receipt from a variety of templates and email it to myself in seconds. Love ExpressExpense!
