How to fix ReBet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ReBet app on iPhone
Update ReBet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ReBet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ReBet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ReBet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ReBet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ReBet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ReBet App
1. On android, goto Settings » ReBet » click [Force Stop]

Update ReBet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ReBet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ReBet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ReBet.

Fix ReBet unable to contact server/ ReBet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ReBet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ReBet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ReBet
