Good products, terrible App!

Videos don’t load. Now I’m stuck in Pain Assessment and can’t move forward on my plantar fasciitis or tennis elbow therapy. Spent $500+ in 2 systems and can’t access either program. Need to have videos and option to access the program on their website before it’s worth purchasing.
Crashes constantly

App gets stuck after every progression. Can’t get past the “pain assessment” page. I paid money for this PT tutorial and I can’t even get it to work. Terrible.
App VERY buggy

I downloaded the app in iOS. Keeps crashing after every level of progression. Had to shut off the phone to get it to continue and then that even stopped working. Some of the videos in the app had very poor sound quality because the background music used was very load and you could not hear the therapist. Overall a very bad experience so far. Even the product offered are overpriced and not particularly useful. Was disappointed to have spent $189 plus tax on this program. Primarily disappointed in the app
