The customer care service is the worse I have ever experienced… don’t put money in MoMo bcos they will just refuse u access to your account even with your correct password and when you try to reset ur pin they will ask u questions that you know d answers and still tell you your answers are incorrect and they can’t tell u which one is wrong or not….
Their customer service is so bad and the app security is messed up bcos at times u can login even with the wrong password…

Your customer services is absolutely rubbish, how can I send money to my account and haven’t received it up till now and no update about it , I called your care line and it’s just wasting my cards can’t reach a customer care service since yesterday please drop my money, have called the bank which the money was sent from and they said you guys have received it then why as it not reflect,, after this am going to twitter if not responded too
