Lately, sampler won’t play correctly. Is it a bug?

Pretty power+full concept what eg nodes does

My person says like this because it’s full of potential to keep in app rotation of many uses and not 2 leave collecting dust.

CAUSE ITS THE SEQUENCE CONCEPT OF TRANSITIONS FOR IDEAS DAT MAKES AND BREAKS.

JUST DOING BEATS VS FULL COMPOSITIONS.

Just awesome

One of the best. There are plenty of videos out there to help with this but it really is not hard to use. Puts together alot of things missing from similar apps. Well worth whatever it cost.

Modern Alternative to AUM

I finally have found an alternative to AUM… Amazing app overall

WAOOOOO.

The features and updates just keep making EGNodes amazing .Thank you .

Phew!! This app is so 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Update after update! EGNodes and this dev are the top contributors to music apps today! It just keeps getting better! Hit that “tip jar” and support this dev!

Brilliant!

Absolutely brilliant! It’s so easy and fast to get ideas started and completed. If you’re looking for an Auv3 host/ clip launcher with song mode, look no further than Nodes.

Responsive developer! Thank you

Rare to find a developer this responsive to user feedback. I had an issue with sustain pedal input and he fixed it in less than 72 hours. Amazing.

EGNodes is great too!

Superb

This is one of the most transformative apps for music production in a long time, and one of the very few that has earned the status of indispensable. The thought put into workflow and functionality is unique, and considerable.

First Thoughts...Super! Fantastic! Even Super Fantastic!

YES!

Dear Elliott Garage,

Thank you soooo much for creating this wonderful app (and for SHARING it with all). The price point is very reasonable for what one can enjoy inside this marvelous app called EG Nodes.

This all around DAW/mixer/MIDI sender & workstation “gets” me, and likewise, I “get” it.

Now, it is true that at times, this initial release version seems to function as a “beta” version. There have been a few bugs reported (and soon after fixed with a quick update from you, Elliott Garage). The one “pan” bug that I personally encountered was fixed by your helpful instruction to close EGNodes and restart it. Here’s looking forward to the forthcoming “Delta” version/update ; ) !!! lol.
Even though a tad, a touch, a smidge, a bit buggy, I have already released 2 albums using EG Nodes as my mixer/mobile DAW/workstation of choice, with another album mixed in EG Nodes currently in the pipeline.

••• Highlights •••

• 1) The ability to work fast, loading up several nodes (and therefore instruments) per “scene” so as not to lose the initial creative “spark.”

• 2) The many excellent types of nodes available.

• 3) The ability to add X/Y pad(s) and/or slider(s) to each node, and record and play back your actions for each X/Y pad and slider. Super Cool!

Amazing! Wonderful!

Thank you once again Elliott Garage.

Yes!

Missing piece!

Been getting sequencer after sequencer for a while; trying to figure out how to make compositions without the need for a DAW on iPad (mainly since I enjoy the immediacy of AUM and don’t really enjoy DAWs on here. iPad is just what I have to work with for right now.)

Turns out this is just what I needed. Also, if you’re in need of something to turn Fugue Machine into something a bit more useable, this will do the trick nicely. Just set the playheads to four different instruments and you can record each of them simultaneously. Change the scene and rinse and repeat.

Also, it seems like different scenes are getting armed and recordings are going into them despite disabling them beforehand. Not sure if that’s an issue on my end or a bug but it does seem entirely random.

I love this app, but I have a major request

I love EGNodes, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve went to save my project and accidentally refreshed it from the previous save. instead of sliding the arrow over for the additional features, can they just remain on the screen.

Amazingly intuitive Ableton style groovebox

If you’ve used any other iOS audio apps much, you may be well into creating some complex layered evolving grooves before you even realize you haven’t opened the manual.

For the most part, the controls are basic and where you expect them to be. It’s real easy to get started if you have a few AUV3 plugins on your device.

The generative feature and probability are excellent for solo musicians creating a sound bed from nearly nothing quickly.

The developer is EXTREMELY responsive and any bugs get worked out quickly as features get added.

Wow, didnt know this existed… and now

I didnt know EGNodes existed before today and now ive been at it for hours and can’t imagine going back to the old workflow. Even the sequencer,
Which im always wishing was hardware in ios because they dont have that creative feel. This is awesome, so glad someone mentioned it on FB. Great work, keep making it better.

A Swiss Army Knife

Being new to the iOS music scene, I saw this was being worked on, I travel the forums, logic this, AUM that, Drambo, Drambo, Drambo… This one felt like it was for me, a beginner a sandbox to go as simple or as deep as I wanted. I’ve requested hopes in the developers roadmap, and have honestly scene them implemented after a week. Nodes has been updated I want to say, at least four times now. Maybe more.
iOS can be overwhelming.. start here.

Best app I never knew I needed!

I didn’t expect to really use EGNodes much since I have too many sequencers as it is, but my curiosity got the best of me. I have to say I’m quite surprised at how fluid and fun it is to use. Ideas just flow. The developer is super engaged and working hard to make it even better. I can tell already that this will be one of my most used iOS apps. Great job from a long-time outstanding developer!

Just Excellent

iOS has come a long way in the last few years in terms of midi sequencing and creative routing programs like Drambo and NanoStudio but the intuitiveness of Nodes, the ease of use and at the same time allows excellent creativity and depth…just incredible. This is so quick to bust out ideas and there are so many options…like probability, generative, etc etc. wonderful job EG. And its clear Elliott Garage is fully intent on adding and adding. No brainer purchase and already my new go to for music noodling.

Easy to create something beautiful

The developer has created a unique host app that is very intuitive and so easy to get some beautiful compositions out of it. New features being added all the time, but the implementation keeps it very easy and feature packed. One of the most fun yet most powerful apps for iOS. Just can’t put it down. Turns my iPhone into an easy and powerful music making tool that I have on me at all times. After making something in Nodes, it can be finished and mastered in cubasis or zen beats. This has earned a place on my home page along with aum, drambo and loopy pro. Thank you to the developer. Such talent.

Cool sequencer.

Very much wish we could sequence all of the au parameters not just the 5 or so that are available. Maybe I'm missing something.. like when I hook up an au to mpc for example, I can add automation tracks for every parameter. I know the au makes the parameters available to the host.... Can we sequence them? Otherwise I really like the chord feature in the sequencer. I have no idea what anybody would use the chord or appreg modes for, they can only generate one chord per loop. And the rhythm module isn't really labeled it's hard to know what notes the rows correspond to. So I really only use the sequencer, but the scale selection is great, again the chord option in the sequencer is great, but the chord module seems weird to me. I'm missing something. And that's why 5 stars. Fun.

Excellent!

Great app! Also, this developer is on it with bug fixes and improvements! He implements things at lightning speed, it’s very impressive! Once you get the flow you’ll be jamming in no time. Great on it’s own and awesome as a midi controller for other apps! If you get this you won’t be disappointed!
