Stolen money malware

This app was charged to my bank without knowledge. My GF added a eSIM to my phone and purchased this app out of my wallet. I found this app there a phone tech. Now I try to use it and says I already have an account and I can’t please reach out to me to help resolve this matter. I will rate you 5 stars if you reach out to me

这款软件特别的坑，特别是在下载上，如果你认定要购买这款软件的，可以去下载，但是如果只是试试看，推荐千万别下载，下载就是默认购买了，钱会直接扣除，软件有给三天的试用期，但是试用期就是个幌子，试用期一过，默认你购买，钱直接会从你银行扣除！根本不会通知你试用期到了，是否继续使用产品，所以下载这产品就是个坑，跟客服只能发邮箱联系，客服还不一定会回复！差评👎！强烈不推荐！This software is a pitfall, especially when it comes to downloading. Too expensive

I never understand why someone is selling an annual for an app one might use just a few times a year. How many times I get to use this app if I vacation 2 or 3 times a year? If they had a lifetime set price, I’d be all over it. It’d be different if it was an app one could use everyday like a weather app or a gps app or news app. Love the app, hate the price structure.
