I love the website, and it works very well, but SpaceHey needs an overhaul. I appreciate the attempt to look like pre-ios7, but SpaceHey is full of overly large buttons and broken looking text, posting comments/bulletins often get completely stuck “loading” despite the fact they actually did post, and in spite of significantly worse experience compared to the main site, most of it is just webkit views of the actual site. just use the site on your phone.

Ive been a website this app user for about a year now and SpaceHey seems okay and kewl if it worked well, it’s glitchy and doesn’t load well most of the time. I love the early 2010s vibe but I don’t like how glitchy and non working it is. My friend needs to have their txt size at 310 bc they have rly bad sight but with SpaceHey it literally looks like a blob of words with size 310 txt. I would love to use it if it was a little better! :3

personally I really like SpaceHey , BUT - most the times I can't change/edit my profile. Plus, I really wish I could get notifications for friend requests & messages. I'm always an hour or more late to responding to my friends because of this :(

I am in love with the website and have been for around three years now, and I am genuinely so excited that an app for it exists. I would love for this to become the new trendy app to use instead of Twitter or Instagram but SpaceHey ’s layout needs a lot of tweaking before it’s able to be fully functional for new people.

The buttons and words are way too big and glitchy (on iOS) and for some reason I don’t see any option to post blurbs yet? SpaceHey has a ton of potential, but until it runs through a few updates, it definitely isn’t comparable to the website. I look forward to the progress in the future though and I am so so ready to use it frequently :) Been trying to get my friends to join it with me.

My Profile tab is overlapping the ability to update my status or edit my profile and it’s annoying. Please fix this on your next update! Thank you!!!

Really like this website and stuff, but the apps sort of clunky...Nothing is rlly updated in real time so you keep having to swipe all the way out and go back in to refresh, and notifications for messages dont really work. Otherwise good tho if you cant access a computer in the moment. Hope to see it improve

both SpaceHey and the site are currently being super slow, also please add bulletins + blogs

Basically, space hey is great, a lot of cool people are on it, you can change your layout, etc :D except there’s been a massive issue in the community involving people posting gore on layouts/blogs, and are visible in there profile picture, there’s also people who put ip grabbers on their profile. It’s overall chaotic. We’ve been managing to push through and block the gore in ways, but the thing is your staff doesn’t HELP. I understand that it’s understaffed, and staff don’t have time watching over their website all day. But it’s a really big issue and they’re just sitting there WATCHING it. Great website/game, but staff needs to monitor and delete anything involving gore, etc, thank you. -italic

Is too plain right now with nothing to do. No blogs, no bulletins, and no comments. I know they are probably working on it but it should have been there on launch. For now I’m sticking with the web version

I like SpaceHey so far, it’s cute!! The profile set up is kinda plain on profile layout unless you search for one, so I wish there was some more customization options. There are also no notifications, none for chats atleast so I have to constantly check SpaceHey when talking to someone. Please add notifications! Other than that SpaceHey is cute and fun to use! I love all the info you can put on your profile!!:3

It’s an really amazing app if I say myself. It’s like the website in all ways.. But the issue is that SpaceHey is very laggy or doesn’t work. Also the pfps don’t upload if I want to change it. And it’s really annoying too not be able to be on SpaceHey when it says I don’t have connection too wi-fi when I clearly do.

This is a great app but I wish there were more of the features included on the desktop version, I want to be able to have a group chat with my friends. Besides that it’s very good and I can’t wait to see more :)

i love it!!! but i feel like SpaceHey should have been released once it had all the features. i use the blog feature a lot but it’s not available on SpaceHey right now so i don’t find myself using this app a lot. i also think you should add notifications once all the web version features are done.
also my profile isn’t properly visible in SpaceHey ? this may just be a layout issue though, other layouts i’ve had have worked fine. i’m not sure if that’s an issue i should take up with the creator of the layout instead.

It looks very promising, even if I can't post blogs or bulletins, or even search for layouts, it still looks nice.
Though I've found a small bug, I tried to modify a bit from the code of the layout I use but some symbols got turned into something like this "â ☰ ☰", so I had to delete the code from SpaceHey and add it once again from the website.

If you could fix this it would be very nice, thanks!

I wish there was a place that showed whoever I just became friends with, or notifications for when they add me or add back

i got SpaceHey cause i wanted to find more scene and emo kids my age and i love it. but i made this review because i have a bit of a complaint!! first of all, notifications are not very good. in most social media there’s a way to see all the notifs you receive like comment replies and stuff and it would be really helpful to have something like that. maybe it’s something wrong with my app but whenever i click a notification it just opens SpaceHey but doesn’t show where it came from. also, SpaceHey is really slow sometimes especially when posting a comment, dming, and editing profile, stuff like that. u can usually click the back arrow and click back and it’s fine but still should be fixed. also, it’s kinda hard to edit ur bio because u can’t copy/paste things in SpaceHey . also i think comments should be worked on so u can like/dislike and such. thank u so much for making SpaceHey i use it every day!!!

I honestly just find it easier to use the website, however I’m no coding expert and there are definitely things that are easier to do through SpaceHey such as adding text. Recently, however, I haven’t been able to edit anything. Every time I try to edit my profile, the words “Error! Couldn’t save profile. Try again later.” Come up. Maybe this is just me, but it’s rlly annoying and idk what to do to fix it. Anyway, good app, just some minor glitches!

I love SpaceHey more than anything I love how you can customize the profiles to your liking and meet people with the same interests and likings as you but I don’t get chat notifications or friend request notifications which leads me to late chat responses :( I wish there was some way to fix this!

Love SpaceHey so far even if it’s a bit barebones in its current state. I’d love to see notifications for messages, comments, and replies in the future.

Great myspace clone without algorithms to add friends, customize your profile, write blog posts etc. I’m just patiently waiting for more of the functionality of the web version. Good news though, you can upvote what features you want to come to SpaceHey first to let your priorities be known. There are plenty of people with special interests and unique profiles. I got more traffic for my blog here than ever did on the web. Though that still is not a lot haha

I love the website and use it a lot, and when I found out SpaceHey release I immediately downloaded it and was not disappointed. It looks like the Facebook app from years and years ago. The only complaints I have are some features are missing but they are coming in future updates.

I prefer the browser version more currently but SpaceHey is really handy for friending and messaging! And for reminders to check the browser version! Thank glob for the notifications, Will totally use SpaceHey a lot more often once bulletins, comments, and blogs get added!

SpaceHey is really good! I like meeting new people so this helps alot! The only thing I don't really like is that it's hard to put custom gifs on your profile. Besides that SpaceHey is really good!

SpaceHey is beautifully like MySpace absolutely perfect.

The nostalgia is now on a smartphone app! Feels like I brought the past to the present and the present to the past at the same time! lol. So cool!

I am seriously obsessed with SpaceHey… may be a bit buggy on the mobile app, but the site works wonderfully! I looooove the customization freedom to our own pages, easiness to find friends in common, and the nostalgia vibes of 2000s MS!!

was born in the 2000’s, so didnt really get the 2000’s myspace experience. SpaceHey is so fun and i love changing my layout, finding people with similar interests and js overall enjoying all the fun features like blogging and status, can’t wait for future updates!! 💿🎀

i love this app, and i’m so fond of the team behind it. i’ve been a member for over two years now. it’s such a nostalgic wonderful throwback. love the html and old web feeling. love the style of SpaceHey which reminds you of old style ios apps.

but it’s crazy to me that they released SpaceHey without the ability to comment on other peoples profiles, and no access to groups. what? those are the most important parts of the website. that will turn away any new people who download SpaceHey who have never used the website before. this app has been around for about 3 years and they are just releasing SpaceHey now (which is fine, the most active people who use this app would rather use it on a computer anyways) and they decide after all that time to leave, arguably, the biggest parts of the website out? should have just waited to release SpaceHey , we already waited 3 years anyways. really odd choice.

of course i will rate 5 stars, i love the website, i love the people i have met, i love my groups. but throughly confused about the choices made about the initial release of SpaceHey.

this app is awesome!! my bsf Zee told me abt it and she was freaking out over it. We made accounts and found friends. Literally it's a much easier platform to make friends on; other than tiktok, insta, etc. There's a whole bunch of nice ppl on there and ppl who share the same interests as me. whoever created this deserves a reward for best app of all time

I'm loving SpaceHey and it's so much more convenient! i cant wait for more features to come
also, i think this is one of the least toxic social media platforms i've seen by far; gives memories of the kinder internet back then :)

An, the creator of this app is doing amazing trying to bring back MySpace as much as he can with this app and giving it a second life as an app. Props to this young man! SpaceHey is amazing for a retro related app. He is still working to update it as he is the actual site.

It works rlly well and isn’t super hard to manage and I can’t wait for future updates

I needed a break from main social media and this has helped me take a break

2 years ago, I used a myspace clone called myspacewindows93.net and I used it every day, but then it had to be taken down and I was so sad.
A year ago, I heard of this app so I quickly made an account. I haven’t been using it very often but now that there is an app, I will be sure to check it regularly! I’m very appreciative of your hard work!

There is a problem on the website version though, if someone did something, if they did it under 4 hours ago, it usually says “3 hours ago” which can be confusing TwT. I didn’t grow up in the 00s but this is really great. I’ve been showing my mom and aunts my profile and asking there help lol. I think for the mobile you guys should let us decorate it too. Especially the messages. Right now I’m struggling with figuring out how to put on working music but other than it’s amazing and I love it!
