How to fix V2T app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the V2T app on iPhone
Update V2T app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall V2T iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix V2T on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve V2T network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

V2T Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix V2T not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the V2T App
1. On android, goto Settings » V2T » click [Force Stop]

Update V2T to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear V2T App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » V2T » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart V2T.

Fix V2T unable to contact server/ V2T internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click V2T » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto V2T » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch V2T
