This app has never worked for me! I subscribed, but they never gave me access. I sent multiple emails, and they only asked for personal information to “recover” my account. The more information I provided, the more they requested, making it feel like they were trying to keep my money rather than resolve my issue. They even made me feel they want to stole my bank account first asking for the last 4 digits and then for the whole card. I spent an entire week sending emails, wasting my time and trusting this app, but it has been incredibly frustrating.

I purchased a program on Facebook, but then realized I couldn’t actually access the program without paying a costly subscription. I emailed asking for a full refund of the program as there was no indication an additional monthly subscription was needed. So I emailed. They apologized and said there was a glitch and I should try and logon. I tried briefly and saw I could but did not even try to access. Unbeknownst to me, I get a charge a month later for the subscription fee. I did not authorize this transaction whatsoever.

I ended up trying this out as it was recommended through another app. I have done everything I’m supposed to do as I started. I was told I would pay price. They ended up just pulling $35 from my bank account. Now I’m going to have to cancel my card that is linked to multiple things in my life. The guy I tried speaking to told me he’s not responsible for it that I have to email and I have to do this. I have to do that and then rudely hung up on me. Do not waste your time. Money.
