Hi This is the second time I’ll report my concern and I have not heard any feedback since then and at this point I’m totally fed up I might let the credit agency aware about it now and I’m not satisfied with the the app Please can I have a full refund

Hi Just download this application less than 12 hours ago and I try to pay for a month but unfortunately £39.99 has been deducted from my credit card account and secondly I tried to have a look on the application and it’s not to my satisfaction, please can I get my full refund back as I’ll be deleting the application as soon as possible.
