Horrible app and customer service

Horrible app , and website. I was able to log in into the app perfectly fine. And all of a sudden it keeps saying error and that my credentials are incorrect every time I want to log in. I have tried doing the “forgot my password” and send the reset info to my email and I don’t even receive the email. I’ve uninstalled the app multiple times and nothing. I’ve retried opening and closing the app no solution either. I called to get help and they take forever to respond or simple are horrible at helping themselves. Mind you I just got their internet service today and I have had problems with EarthLink services all day. Completely changing my internet services to another company. I do not recommend EarthLink.

Where did your mobile email app go? It broke this week. And is no longer in the App Store. This company must be dying because its no longer supporting its own products and it has been stopping products. Looks like it’s stopping email now. I’ve had this email 23 years! At least fix your broken email app and warn us. You’re not breaking up - youre ghosting your customers.
Clunky App

The iPhone app needs fixing. On the iPhone XS the app screens are not very well formatted and have text and images overlapping one another in addition to text disappearing off the screen.
The app also needs to retain the user credentials after logging into the app and then closing the app. There should be no need re-enter your password every time the app is launched.
