I have the same issue as another user who left a review. Yes, I did put my number and email when I was taking the test. Yet I still get the same error when putting my phone to sign in saying multiple accounts linked. Then when I put in my email it says “email not found.” Very frustrating issue when you need BigFutureSchool to work. Many others who took the SAT with me are experiencing the same issue.

It’s stupid that we need to download an app just to view our SAT score. College Board already HAS a website they can post scores on. Why make this extra step college board?

I enter my phone number and it says “multiple accounts linked” and tells me to enter an email address. It then says none of the ones I try are correct. It’s worked in the past; I don’t know why it’s not working now. Can someone help me log in???

Like many others who are reviewing BigFutureSchool, I took the test and input my information saying I would be interested in BigFutureSchool. But when I go to sign in it’s saying it’s unable to send me sms. I’ve already called the support line and they were wildly unhelpful. Its ridiculous to have an app that so many students are supposed to rely on for accurate testing information so impossible to access and not user manageable.

I was already using BigFutureSchool for months. When I did my first SAT it made me authenticate everything and said ‘multiple accounts linked, email not found’ I don’t have multiple accounts w my phone number plus I was already using BigFutureSchool when I took the PSAT and then the SAT, still I can’t use BigFutureSchool

The scores don’t go through. My psat still hasn’t been shown even though I was texted 3 months ago that I should have received it. Then on top of that they logged me out and won’t let me back into my account. Their support email operators are a joke. You can provide them with everything and they still won’t help you. I’m disappointed and annoyed

BigFutureSchool is extremely frustrating. i sign in with my number theres no scores there i try to go through my email and it says i cant log in. BigFutureSchool doesnt even give you an option to log in through your email which would make this whole process easier we were supposed to get our scores in MAY here i am in JULY still unable to sign in because of this faulty program.

Why are they gonna email me that I have my scores with the email I’m signing in with and then they’re gonna say unable to sign in. Also, when I signed it, I kept on refreshing the page and I couldn’t see my score. Also, if you see all these bad reviews about this bad app why don’t u just FIX IT or EMAIL the grades likeee let’s be for real. I wish there was an option to rate it a 0.

So, ive seen BigFutureSchool work before. Ive already had my results and everything but I went back to check my messages to look for potential colleges, suddenly it says im not connected to the internet. I double check my wifi and cellular data and everything seems fine but BigFutureSchool. Please fix this mess, its obvious many others are having other issues regarding BigFutureSchool recently.

it’s april 23 and i took the sat test about 1 month ago and can only see my psat scores. All my friends at my school can see theirs except me and i only have 1 account. I even went to teachers and they said they can’t help me. HORRIBLE app.

I legit cant log in. It asks for my phone number and that fails. I then click on the use recovery email but it just keeps asking for my phone number, not my email. It also has an awful UI and is buggy.

Incredibly frustrating. Error when submitting my Gmail, saying “email not found.” Email should be the same that I used for collegeboard. My entire class had this issue. App needs serious updates.

BigFutureSchool is complete trash, first off I signed in after getting countless emails abt how I can check my sat score and when I downloaded BigFutureSchool it literally was blank and I tried countless times. BigFutureSchool is useless and a waste of storage and time. Just being back the paper sat and keep it at that.

It’s useless and doesn’t even show your score for months later what’s the point in hiding a multiple choice test? It’s auto-gradable if TSI can do it you can too. I got a notice saying my scores would be lit in a day and it has in fact been two days.

As a lot of other people on here, whenever I try to log into BigFutureSchool, it always says I have multiple accounts linked. I put in my email and it says, ”Email not found” even though that is the email associated with my account. I’ve tried emailing about this, but I got a “We don’t have access to student accounts” response. Please fix this I just wanna see my SAT scores to see if I have to retake it.

I can’t even log into BigFutureSchool . When you open BigFutureSchool , the first thing it asks you to put in order to access your account is the number it’s tied to. But when I do this, it keeps on saying that my number is invalid, even though I literally copy and pasted the exact number from my account. This is also the same case when I try accessing BigFutureSchool on my phone and my computer.

Test scores are not showing up, and when I try to login on the website my passwords I put in do not work with my email. When I try and SMS text is doesn’t send a text even though my account is hooked on by my phone number.

Whenever I attempt to login to BigFutureSchool to review my Sat and AP class scores I am told my phone number is invalid. I’m using the same phone number that is listed on my college board account so it isn’t as if I changed phone numbers. When I select the trouble logging in option there is nothing for what to do if your phone number is dubbed invalid by Collage Board.

I cannot access my scores in PDF form even after creating an account on the college board website. It seems BigFutureSchool and website don’t communicate because the phone number is the same for both but the website says “no scores available”. I can look at my scores on BigFutureSchool but need them printed off.

I’ve seen some other reviews like this but it’s saying that my phone is linked to multiple accounts (it shouldn’t be) and my email address doesn’t work to recover it even though I have logged into BigFutureSchool before. Fix your app.

The only trying you can do is see your PSAT and read articles with obvious information and/or information you can find elsewhere. You can’t use it for any other college board feature. There should be access to SAT scores and AP classroom at least. Also, when I took my PSAT, the scores didn’t show on BigFutureSchool till hours after the website

I need to sign in to see my scores, so I put my phone number in. It says there are multiple accounts: okay, my bad. I put in my email, the one I used to sign up, and the one Big Future messaged me on to tell me my scores are released. It says it’s not a real email. I try literally every other email in my household and they’re all invalid. This is disgustingly unacceptable. I desperately need help.

I have been trying to get into BigFutureSchool for months. When I put in my cell number it tells me I have multiple accounts (not by me) and enter my email. I enter my email and it states email not found (only one I have). There is no way to reset it or anything. I have emailed and tried calling to get it resolved.

Downloaded BigFutureSchool to check psat scores, only for it to say that they didn't have it yet. Yet when i check the website, it's already uploaded there yet BigFutureSchool wouldn't give me the score. Very disappointed in college board for such a disappointing experience, especially since BigFutureSchool is very important since everything's online. If psat scores don't come out properly on BigFutureSchool i worry what would happen to the scores of other tests and other functions of BigFutureSchool.
Not to mention this didn't happen to only me but also to many of my other friends who got an email that BigFutureSchool was where the scores would be posted

I downloaded BigFutureSchool specifically to view my PSAT/NMSQT score. I checked the morning the were supposed to release and BigFutureSchool said they were still processing my scores. I then checked the website and the score was there. I came back to look at BigFutureSchool a few days later on the scores still weren’t on BigFutureSchool . So overall, pretty much no reason for BigFutureSchool .

They text you that your test scores are ready and that you can see them now, and then you go into BigFutureSchool just to see that was in fact a lie.
Then they have the gall to ask if you want to enable push notifications for them to tell when you can see your test scores when the only reason you’re here is because you got a text saying that your test scores were ready!!!! Big future school is also a really dumb name for an app…

I downloaded BigFutureSchool so that I could receive messages about colleges and it won’t even let me sign in. It says my phone number is invalid but when I log into the website it shows my number as being saved in the server. When I tried to click sign in with recovery email it won’t load and keeps saying my phone number is invalid. BigFutureSchool has too many problems, signing in with the website on a computer is more useful than using BigFutureSchool .

You need to use the same phone number you used with your PSAT on test day. And no, that doesn’t count as the phone number on your Collegeboard account. Collegeboard forces you to install this otherwise useless app to see your scores earlier, just because you chose not to enter your phone number to be bombarded by the scam advertisers they sell your number to on test day. Once again disappointed but should not have expected more from the acorn shaped for-profit education monopoly company.

BigFutureSchool literally won't even let me sign in. I type in my phone number, check multiple times to make sure it's correct, hit send then it says it's unavailable. Then when i try to hit the button that makes it go to my email it continues to say "this SMS is not a valid user" . I'm not even putting in my phone number so what??? Then I'll take th phone number completely out of the box and then the letters for sending an email link go grey and I can't click it. BigFutureSchool is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

When I got the text saying “your test scores are ready” I had never checked an app so fast in my life. But it lied. It lied like my parents when they told me Santa was real, and I have never felt so much disdain for an app. My friends had all seen their scores without BigFutureSchool after they came out on Thursday. It is SATURDAY and I am still unable to see my score. It’s telling me that I should be taking AP classes based on my score, but it can’t tell me my goddang score because it’s “still being processed”. I’m gonna have to resort to going onto a website to find my score now. Thanks for NOTHING this app.

Hi! Im in 11th grade and i couldn’t view my scores for the longest time just because i have to do it through BigFutureSchool that I can’t even open. When i try to log in with my phone, it asks for a recovery email address, which I don’t understand, but ok. It all would’ve been good if it actually excepted my recovery email, but it doesn’t. So now after trying all the emails in my house, even my confused grandmothers, I can’t even open this forsaken app. Maybe it is the greatest app to exist, but I wouldn’t know, since I can’t open it. Please help me with this since I actually want to view my scores. Thank you in advance.

Granted, I usually have negative interactions with anything relating to my school but I got deadnamed and in order to change it I have to call a customer support line
Not to mention the whole fact I downloaded BigFutureSchool was from an automated email that said I could get my test scores… why do I need an app for that!

I’ve downloaded BigFutureSchool multiple times. Deleted it and redownloaded it over and over again to just try and sign in. Every time I try, it says my phone number is invalid (it’s not. And my phone number registered just fine on the website) and I cannot even click on the button that allows for the other option of using a recovery email.
This is incredibly frustrating as an AP student who needs BigFutureSchool.

I took the PSATs last month and didn’t get the scores until now which is a couple days after I was texted it was scored and said on BigFutureSchool itself it was scored even though it wasn’t. To people who see this, it doesn’t share false information but it is really late. People saying it’s false sucked at the PSATs and are complainers.

I received an email from bigFuture that some colleges are interested in me, so I assumed that it was because of my psat and act scores, because big future is how I got the results from my school, so they already had my test scores. I downloaded BigFutureSchool because I wanted to see the messages that I got cause I saw that Miami University sent me one. When I opened BigFutureSchool I put in my phone number and all that, and I went to try to put in my email so my accounts would be connected, which I couldn’t do, because apparently it that’s not an option. So I went to look at the colleges that were interested in me and there were so many colleges that were interested in me based on my phone number. I didn’t trust this because they had no information whatsoever. Don’t trust BigFutureSchool.

BigFutureSchool gave me my results 8 hours after the online website had my results. Nothing about BigFutureSchool is helpful and only takes up storage. When taking the psat, BigFutureSchool wouldn’t download and was down taking 2 hours to load before we could start. Worst app ever, do better collegeboard

As soon as a downloaded BigFutureSchool I got a knock on my front door 🚪 and I went to open it only to find it was the Armenian government coming to KIDNAP me! They shot my brother with this weird laser thing 🔫and then he started speaking Armenian and they put both of us in body bags while we were still alive.
We got loaded onto some sort of flying vehicle 🚁 but I don’t know what kind because we were in body bags, but we managed to roll out of the flying vehicle while we were flying over water and a shark 🦈 bit open our body bags and we swam back to America and deleted BigFutureSchool . DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I’m a black kid that lives in the hood and it gave me a 470 but the rich white kid next to me got a 1380 and there is no way he is smarter than me. BigFutureSchool is the definition of white privilege and discrimination. It is a complete shame that education and peoples futures are defined by where they live. Just cause I’m some black kid from the hood doesn’t mean in not as smart as the white kids.

Seeing my psat score left me completely distraught. It led me to psychosis and I had to be admitted into a psyche ward because of it. College Board is an under-the-radar corrupt organization that seeks to brainwash the widespread youth. They seek the eradication of the bright future that awaits us all. College board doesn’t not let you sign in and their password reset buttons do nothing. After I had reset my college board account, after being on hold for an ungodly amount of time, the same day it wouldn’t let me login again. In addition the prices of SAT are biased towards richer students as they can retake as much times as they want till they get a perfect grade making richer students have the ability to get better Sat practice grades then poorer students. I don’t understand why college board holds the keys to millions of students futures when they can’t handle creating a website.

For about a year now i haven’t been able to log into the big future app. it just says my phone number is associated with multiple accounts and i need to use my recovery email. i know i entered the correct phone number, as i used to receive texts from big future about my sat scores, but it has since stopped. I was not given an option to enter a recovery email and whenever I enter mine it says email not found even though it worked s at first. This is incredible frustrating as I have reached out before and not received any help.

It doesn’t give me the option to log into my college board account! And BigFutureSchool doesn’t really do anything. Hopefully, they’ll update BigFutureSchool , and I can give them a better rating. But as of now, it’s not a very good app.

I took the SATs in about April and I know that I took them because college board sent me a text saying my scores were ready to view, but since then I cannot view my scores because they say that my number is associated with multiple accounts. I only have two email accounts and I already tried them both. I made sure the spelling was correct but they still say email not found. I downloaded BigFutureSchool to keep up with AP classroom assignments easier, but I could not log in. The number i presented was correct, but it stated invalid. I went into my account on my browser and changed my number back to the same number, just to see if the system would properly register it. It still did not work. The email recovery doesn’t work because it’s linked to the number you have to try to sign in with.

After getting my results, I am so confused that I now stand on a line between entering a state of rage so dangerous that it may end in an XK class end of the world scenario or just crawl to a corner and cry until every bit of water have been seeped out of my body and I just look like a dyslexic raisin. The space aids BigFutureSchool gave me paired AirPods and the demonic STD’s have gotten worse the treatment in the lab is horrid the smell of the damp wet carpet and the rat heads left to feed me fill me with disgust I can not even tell if the heavy feeling in my chest is maybe it is the lead water served to me or the fact my family was sent a replacement of me they will never know I’m gone and dying alone in this lab being tested on please if you get BigFutureSchool remember the consequences that will happen all these reviews give an insight on the deceptive nature of BigFutureSchool

So there I was…taking my PSAT. I feel particularly tired but still used my 1000 IQ brain to push through it. I thought I did okay…maybe. So then the waiting started…I waited, and waited. Suddenly the notification “Your PSAT score will be ready tomorrow!” W-W-What! I panicked and quickly downloaded BigFutureSchool , my hands shaking with anticipation. I went to sleep later that night with excitement, knowing, finally, my mind will be at rest knowing my score. I wake up and look at my scores they weren’t there yet…but no big deal. I arrive at school and look again…it’s there. I quickly texted my friends asking them if they got theirs. They said yes and we all panicked. I couldn’t take it! I just had to open it! I open my score…it was a 970. Which your probably thinking isn’t that pretty average? Yes…it is. BUT I AM NO AVERAGE PERSON. MARK. MY. WORDS. THIS SCORE DOESN’T DEFINE ME. I WILL GET REVENGE. JUST YOU WAIT…COLLEGE BOARD.

I finally viewed my score and to my dismay, i got a score FAR too low. I got put into a state of shock, seizing up, and soon enough i was awoken in a hospital surrounded by my family. There, i was told i had TERMINAL CERVICAL CANCER and that the sissy liberals had infected BigFutureSchool into giving me cancer. This is run by the GOVERNMENT!!! ONE STAR

Got the text to find out me PSAT scores, the text didn’t work. About 3 days later I finally got the help text. Now, almost a month and a half later, I still haven’t gotten my scores. Yes, this might be a little unreasonable, but it said scores will arrive soon, and in a few days.

The amount of disrespect collage board has shown me is astonishing. You just wait… I will have my revenge…
I have NEVER had any score lower than a 2000. I woke up in the morning and checked my score, and I sobbed… it was so sad..
It’s clear someone has hacked into my account and lowered my score down to… less than a o-o-one thousand…so I DEMAND to know who it was, I need their full name, billing address, and credit card information please. ONLY then will I get justice for the crimes they’ve committed. This is despicable. I took the SAT in march at my school and was excited to see my scores today since all my friends were texting me about it. When I tried to login to BigFutureSchool (that i previously had access to for my psat scores) it said email not found even thought they sent me an email about my scores the same day I tried logging in. I also tried viewing my scores online but they are not showing up. Two of my friends are also having the same problem and who knows who else. I also checked my account information and the phone number and email that I put in to login is the same so I don’t know what to do.

I downloaded BigFutureSchool so I could know my score. Well, I’ve seen it on collegeboard website, but it’s been six months and it’s still not on BigFutureSchool . ??? If the main purpose is to deliver scores, then why the heck has it been SIX MONTHS and no score? Defeats the purpose… 😑🙁

the one good thing about BigFutureSchool is it’s UI. I provided my phone number when I took the PSAT/NMSQT, and it never sent me a text to sign in to BigFutureSchool . I tried downloading BigFutureSchool and entering my phone number, and it said it was invalid. A few weeks later, a couple days before results came out, I put my phone number into BigFutureSchool again and it worked. Also, I got my PSAT score through the college board website at around 8 am, but it took until 6:30 PM for it to show up in BigFutureSchool !! Seriously what is wrong with BigFutureSchool??

I got BigFutureSchool specifically to be notified as soon as PSAT scores were released and be able to see them quickly and easily. Scores were released yesterday for my school and BigFutureSchool still only shows “your results are still being processed” which isn’t true because when I went to the actual College Board website I was able to see my scores immediately. The overall app isn’t terrible but it doesn’t work for the single purpose I got it for. Just look at the website instead of BigFutureSchool , you can see the same stuff and at the least website actually works.

Difficult to use. Searching colleges for a major was not accurate. Had to go online and manually check the CA colleges. I couldn’t access the colleges I saved via the “saved” icon.

Ui is completely broken you have to hold to enter a tap text box and 99% of the time you can’t exit the keyboard. I’m unable to get further than sms verification from this

To be honest, its not as bad as people are saying, but it is pretty bare bones. The layout is good, but there isn't as much as there is on the website. Ideally, just add support for things like AP Classroom and it'll be better. Also, it would be awesome if the wait time for test results was shorter since we're now taking the tests virtually.

One of the main points of BigFutureSchool is to notify you when test scores are released, but every time I open it, it requires me to sign in again, so it's hard to believe that the push notifications will work.

Amazing app totally awesome and worth downloading especially for high schoolers of any age. My only thing is I wish that the links for colleges did not take you to a website out of app. I would prefer it to be in app but other than that I love it

They keep saying “your scores are now available,” but every time I open BigFutureSchool , it says that my scores will be “arriving soon.” This has got to be a joke. There should be NO reason for an app that THOUSANDS of teenagers are trusting with the very thing that can make or break their potential attendance of college to not even be able to do the ONE THING that we ask of it: GIVING US OUR SCORES. I did NOT spend weeks upon weeks pouring my blood, sweat, and tears over notes, study guides, and textbooks, preparing for the SAT, only for some poorly designed app to withhold my score from me. Why do you guys think this is okay??? I genuinely want to know what your though process is??

Great app! I hope people realize that some scores take a while to load but other than that amazing!

It takes a while after you take the test to be able to sign in, it took me like a day to be able to access BigFutureSchool

BigFutureSchool is great because you can easily access your scores and areas you need to review (for psat), but BigFutureSchool also provides information about colleges, scholarships, and learning opportunities. It’s a great app, and the only complaint most people have is about not getting scores fast enough, but that has nothing to do with BigFutureSchool itself. I would definitely recommend the BigFuture College Board app, it’s a great resource for high schoolers.

It is a lot easier to use and straight to the point, compared to the college board site which is a little messy.

My high school doesn’t have the best college resources, and BigFuture has been amazing throughout high school. From test study resources to college connections, BigFuture is a service that I cannot recommend enough!!!

BigFutureSchool didn't give me my scores but I like the acorn in the logo so I rate it 5 stars.
