it says my phone number is unvalid and email

It takes a while after you take the test to be able to sign in, it took me like a day to be able to access BigFutureSchool

Difficult to use. Searching colleges for a major was not accurate. Had to go online and manually check the CA colleges. I couldn’t access the colleges I saved via the “saved” icon.

Using phone number not letting me log in, tried it with email also didnt work. At least college board made an app though.

The English was fine but the math got me 💀💀💀

I can’t log in cause the keyboard stays in the way. maybe it’s the phone I use. I use an iPhone 12. When I put my code in the number keyboard won’t go down or do anything. same if I sign with phone number or email.

It doesn’t give me the option to log into my college board account! And BigFutureSchool doesn’t really do anything. Hopefully, they’ll update BigFutureSchool , and I can give them a better rating. But as of now, it’s not a very good app.

You wont get your scores

BigFutureSchool won’t let me sign into BigFutureSchool and I do have an account on big future though I haven’t taken the PSAT/NMSQT because my school down offer it for me yet

I have already provided my nimber into my college board account but when I try to log in on BigFutureSchool it says that my phone number is not valid. It says the same thing when I try and use my recovery email.

Ui is completely broken you have to hold to enter a tap text box and 99% of the time you can’t exit the keyboard. I’m unable to get further than sms verification from this

Downloaded BigFutureSchool to check psat scores, only for it to say that they didn't have it yet. Yet when i check the website, it's already uploaded there yet BigFutureSchool wouldn't give me the score. Very disappointed in college board for such a disappointing experience, especially since BigFutureSchool is very important since everything's online. If psat scores don't come out properly on BigFutureSchool i worry what would happen to the scores of other tests and other functions of BigFutureSchool.
Not to mention this didn't happen to only me but also to many of my other friends who got an email that BigFutureSchool was where the scores would be posted

To be honest, its not as bad as people are saying, but it is pretty bare bones. The layout is good, but there isn't as much as there is on the website. Ideally, just add support for things like AP Classroom and it'll be better. Also, it would be awesome if the wait time for test results was shorter since we're now taking the tests virtually.

You need to use the same phone number you used with your PSAT on test day. And no, that doesn’t count as the phone number on your Collegeboard account. Collegeboard forces you to install this otherwise useless app to see your scores earlier, just because you chose not to enter your phone number to be bombarded by the scam advertisers they sell your number to on test day. Once again disappointed but should not have expected more from the acorn shaped for-profit education monopoly company.

They text you that your test scores are ready and that you can see them now, and then you go into BigFutureSchool just to see that was in fact a lie.
Then they have the gall to ask if you want to enable push notifications for them to tell when you can see your test scores when the only reason you’re here is because you got a text saying that your test scores were ready!!!! Big future school is also a really dumb name for an app…

I still haven’t got my scores it’s been like a month

seen my PSAT score perfectly fine, and also other things such as colleges that are interested in me as well as some news about colleges and helpful tips.

It is a lot easier to use and straight to the point, compared to the college board site which is a little messy.

Seeing my psat score left me completely distraught. It led me to psychosis and I had to be admitted into a psyche ward because of it. College Board is an under-the-radar corrupt organization that seeks to brainwash the widespread youth. They seek the eradication of the bright future that awaits us all. I’m a black kid that lives in the hood and it gave me a 470 but the rich white kid next to me got a 1380 and there is no way he is smarter than me. BigFutureSchool is the definition of white privilege and discrimination. It is a complete shame that education and peoples futures are defined by where they live. Just cause I’m some black kid from the hood doesn’t mean in not as smart as the white kids.

Score was right on the front page and easily accessible.

Got my PSAT score today and was able to view it, along with other information, with ease 😃👍

BigFutureSchool gave me my results 8 hours after the online website had my results. Nothing about BigFutureSchool is helpful and only takes up storage. When taking the psat, BigFutureSchool wouldn’t download and was down taking 2 hours to load before we could start. Worst app ever, do better collegeboard

Great app! I hope people realize that some scores take a while to load but other than that amazing!

Its a smooth app overall. I was able to find my PSAT/NMSQT scores easily. I have no bad things to say about it but its a great app.

It was easy to login too gave me my scores at a reasonable date and it was overall a good experience

Got the text to find out me PSAT scores, the text didn’t work. About 3 days later I finally got the help text. Now, almost a month and a half later, I still haven’t gotten my scores. Yes, this might be a little unreasonable, but it said scores will arrive soon, and in a few days.

I finally viewed my score and to my dismay, i got a score FAR too low. I got put into a state of shock, seizing up, and soon enough i was awoken in a hospital surrounded by my family. There, i was told i had TERMINAL CERVICAL CANCER and that the sissy liberals had infected BigFutureSchool into giving me cancer. This is run by the GOVERNMENT!!! ONE STAR

user interface is pretty neat.

So there I was…taking my PSAT. I feel particularly tired but still used my 1000 IQ brain to push through it. I thought I did okay…maybe. So then the waiting started…I waited, and waited. Suddenly the notification “Your PSAT score will be ready tomorrow!” W-W-What! I panicked and quickly downloaded BigFutureSchool , my hands shaking with anticipation. I went to sleep later that night with excitement, knowing, finally, my mind will be at rest knowing my score. I wake up and look at my scores they weren’t there yet…but no big deal. I arrive at school and look again…it’s there. I quickly texted my friends asking them if they got theirs. They said yes and we all panicked. I couldn’t take it! I just had to open it! I open my score…it was a 970. Which your probably thinking isn’t that pretty average? Yes…it is. BUT I AM NO AVERAGE PERSON. MARK. MY. WORDS. THIS SCORE DOESN’T DEFINE ME. I WILL GET REVENGE. JUST YOU WAIT…COLLEGE BOARD.

the one good thing about BigFutureSchool is it’s UI. I provided my phone number when I took the PSAT/NMSQT, and it never sent me a text to sign in to BigFutureSchool . I tried downloading BigFutureSchool and entering my phone number, and it said it was invalid. A few weeks later, a couple days before results came out, I put my phone number into BigFutureSchool again and it worked. Also, I got my PSAT score through the college board website at around 8 am, but it took until 6:30 PM for it to show up in BigFutureSchool !! Seriously what is wrong with BigFutureSchool??

When I got the text saying “your test scores are ready” I had never checked an app so fast in my life. But it lied. It lied like my parents when they told me Santa was real, and I have never felt so much disdain for an app. My friends had all seen their scores without BigFutureSchool after they came out on Thursday. It is SATURDAY and I am still unable to see my score. It’s telling me that I should be taking AP classes based on my score, but it can’t tell me my goddang score because it’s “still being processed”. I’m gonna have to resort to going onto a website to find my score now. Thanks for NOTHING this app.

So I got the text to sign in. Downloaded BigFutureSchool , did everything it told me to. The messages say my score was posted, but the Scores section says it will be posted soon. They’re supposed to be out already, what is going on?

The space aids BigFutureSchool gave me paired AirPods and the demonic STD’s have gotten worse the treatment in the lab is horrid the smell of the damp wet carpet and the rat heads left to feed me fill me with disgust I can not even tell if the heavy feeling in my chest is maybe it is the lead water served to me or the fact my family was sent a replacement of me they will never know I’m gone and dying alone in this lab being tested on please if you get BigFutureSchool remember the consequences that will happen all these reviews give an insight on the deceptive nature of BigFutureSchool

After getting my results, I am so confused that I now stand on a line between entering a state of rage so dangerous that it may end in an XK class end of the world scenario or just crawl to a corner and cry until every bit of water have been seeped out of my body and I just look like a dyslexic raisin. Mark my words this is my 13th reason why for whatever events transpire next. I bet the owners name is bartholumis the 4th and a half or something silly like that.

Granted, I usually have negative interactions with anything relating to my school but I got deadnamed and in order to change it I have to call a customer support line
Not to mention the whole fact I downloaded BigFutureSchool was from an automated email that said I could get my test scores… why do I need an app for that!

College board is my one true enemy. The hardships I have been put through due to college board is excruciating. The mere thought of BigFutureSchool is like a stab through the heart. My will to live has been shattered by those who advised the creation of BigFutureSchool. Those who are involved with the college board have been captivated by the devil. Such anguish I have been caused. The End.

this is another example of asian hate, im asian and although i didnt study i am a POC and have to pass to please my asian parents.. well lets say these "experts" gave me a TOTAL SCORE of 15 and i will admit i didnt do any of the work but i did put my phone number on there on foenem grave bring it up before i step in and call my mom. im tired of being oppressed..

I took my PSAT on October 25th and still haven’t got my scores. We were all told scores were suppose to be available for everyone! Does anyone know what I can do to get my scores back?

Believe me I’ve tried and tried and tried again to no avail. I’m sure that’s my number 100% but this has been going on for 3 weeks now. Would love to see my scores eventually.

I got BigFutureSchool specifically to be notified as soon as PSAT scores were released and be able to see them quickly and easily. Scores were released yesterday for my school and BigFutureSchool still only shows “your results are still being processed” which isn’t true because when I went to the actual College Board website I was able to see my scores immediately. The overall app isn’t terrible but it doesn’t work for the single purpose I got it for. Just look at the website instead of BigFutureSchool , you can see the same stuff and at the least website actually works.

The amount of disrespect collage board has shown me is astonishing. You just wait… I will have my revenge…
I have NEVER had any score lower than a 2000. I woke up in the morning and checked my score, and I sobbed… it was so sad..
It’s clear someone has hacked into my account and lowered my score down to… less than a o-o-one thousand…so I DEMAND to know who it was, I need their full name, billing address, and credit card information please. ONLY then will I get justice for the crimes they’ve committed. This is despicable. I need you to punish the person responsible for this, fix my score NEOW, and give me a 2000 so I can live a happy and peaceful life. And if you don’t.. you don’t want to know what will happen next…hehehehheheh……….

I downloaded BigFutureSchool specifically to view my PSAT/NMSQT score. I checked the morning the were supposed to release and BigFutureSchool said they were still processing my scores. I then checked the website and the score was there. I came back to look at BigFutureSchool a few days later on the scores still weren’t on BigFutureSchool . So overall, pretty much no reason for BigFutureSchool .

I took the PSATs last month and didn’t get the scores until now which is a couple days after I was texted it was scored and said on BigFutureSchool itself it was scored even though it wasn’t. To people who see this, it doesn’t share false information but it is really late. People saying it’s false sucked at the PSATs and are complainers.

BigFutureSchool literally won't even let me sign in. I type in my phone number, check multiple times to make sure it's correct, hit send then it says it's unavailable. Then when i try to hit the button that makes it go to my email it continues to say "this SMS is not a valid user" . I'm not even putting in my phone number so what??? Then I'll take th phone number completely out of the box and then the letters for sending an email link go grey and I can't click it. BigFutureSchool is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I downloaded BigFutureSchool so that I could receive messages about colleges and it won’t even let me sign in. It says my phone number is invalid but when I log into the website it shows my number as being saved in the server. When I tried to click sign in with recovery email it won’t load and keeps saying my phone number is invalid. BigFutureSchool has too many problems, signing in with the website on a computer is more useful than using BigFutureSchool .

I got my score fine, yes BigFutureSchool is a bit lacking, but I still get notifications from colleges etc

I downloaded BigFutureSchool after taking the digital PSAT NMSQT to be notified of my scores once they came out. While I was notified for receiving my scores, it said my score was still being processed in BigFutureSchool . I was frustrated because it told me scores were available. So, once I got on the computer, I looked at my scores on the college board website. Even though it said it was still processing on BigFutureSchool , my score was on college board. I thought the whole reason for BigFutureSchool was so we could receive our scores quickly and on mobiles, but it didn’t work. Also, the other features BigFutureSchool offers are on the college board and big future schools website anyway. Overall, there’s little to no reason to get BigFutureSchool . I’m very disappointed because usually college board is good at making apps and websites that work well.

One of the main points of BigFutureSchool is to notify you when test scores are released, but every time I open it, it requires me to sign in again, so it's hard to believe that the push notifications will work.

I received an email from bigFuture that some colleges are interested in me, so I assumed that it was because of my psat and act scores, because big future is how I got the results from my school, so they already had my test scores. I downloaded BigFutureSchool because I wanted to see the messages that I got cause I saw that Miami University sent me one. When I opened BigFutureSchool I put in my phone number and all that, and I went to try to put in my email so my accounts would be connected, which I couldn’t do, because apparently it that’s not an option. So I went to look at the colleges that were interested in me and there were so many colleges that were interested in me based on my phone number. I didn’t trust this because they had no information whatsoever. Don’t trust BigFutureSchool.

They keep saying “your scores are now available,” but every time I open BigFutureSchool , it says that my scores will be “arriving soon.” This has got to be a joke. There should be NO reason for an app that THOUSANDS of teenagers are trusting with the very thing that can make or break their potential attendance of college to not even be able to do the ONE THING that we ask of it: GIVING US OUR SCORES. I did NOT spend weeks upon weeks pouring my blood, sweat, and tears over notes, study guides, and textbooks, preparing for the SAT, only for some poorly designed app to withhold my score from me. Why do you guys think this is okay??? I genuinely want to know what your though process is??

Update: Nevermind, it works. I had to wait several hours, but it eventually worked.

I have the same issue as another user who left a review. Yes, I did put my number and email when I was taking the test. Yet I still get the same error when putting my phone to sign in saying multiple accounts linked. Then when I put in my email it says “email not found.” Very frustrating issue when you need BigFutureSchool to work. Many others who took the SAT with me are experiencing the same issue.

Why are they gonna email me that I have my scores with the email I’m signing in with and then they’re gonna say unable to sign in. Also, when I signed it, I kept on refreshing the page and I couldn’t see my score. Also, if you see all these bad reviews about this bad app why don’t u just FIX IT or EMAIL the grades likeee let’s be for real. I wish there was an option to rate it a 0.

I got all my scores but when I try to log in on my laptop it won’t take my password and when I try to change the password I don’t get the email no matter what. I have used 5 different emails to change the password and nothing gets sent

The scores don’t go through. My psat still hasn’t been shown even though I was texted 3 months ago that I should have received it. Then on top of that they logged me out and won’t let me back into my account. Their support email operators are a joke. You can provide them with everything and they still won’t help you. I’m disappointed and annoyed

I was already using BigFutureSchool for months. When I did my first SAT it made me authenticate everything and said ‘multiple accounts linked, email not found’ I don’t have multiple accounts w my phone number plus I was already using BigFutureSchool when I took the PSAT and then the SAT, still I can’t use BigFutureSchool

BigFutureSchool deleted my PSAT score without warning! It wasn’t linked to my college board account so that score is gone. As a homeschooler, I’m not sure if it will be to receive the information I need from the school where I took the test.

I enter my phone number and it says “multiple accounts linked” and tells me to enter an email address. It then says none of the ones I try are correct. It’s worked in the past; I don’t know why it’s not working now. Can someone help me log in???

It’s useless and doesn’t even show your score for months later what’s the point in hiding a multiple choice test? It’s auto-gradable if TSI can do it you can too. I got a notice saying my scores would be lit in a day and it has in fact been two days.

BigFutureSchool is complete trash, first off I signed in after getting countless emails abt how I can check my sat score and when I downloaded BigFutureSchool it literally was blank and I tried countless times. BigFutureSchool is useless and a waste of storage and time. Just being back the paper sat and keep it at that.

Incredibly frustrating. Error when submitting my Gmail, saying “email not found.” Email should be the same that I used for collegeboard. My entire class had this issue. App needs serious updates.

I legit cant log in. It asks for my phone number and that fails. I then click on the use recovery email but it just keeps asking for my phone number, not my email. It also has an awful UI and is buggy.

Same problem as everyone else, I can’t login even though I put the correct number in. It keeps saying can’t validate even when I click on use recovery email, it doesn’t work.

If I could give a 0 I would. They made me download it and my scores not even there. Why did it take a whole month to get the scores and it’s literally 3 pm and they’re not there yet how hard can it be

Every time I've tried to log in, it says that my phone number is not valid. I've tried multiple things to change this, but it won't work.

it’s april 23 and i took the sat test about 1 month ago and can only see my psat scores. All my friends at my school can see theirs except me and i only have 1 account. I even went to teachers and they said they can’t help me. HORRIBLE app.

It’s stupid that we need to download an app just to view our SAT score. College Board already HAS a website they can post scores on. Why make this extra step college board?
